Los estudios de Renzo de Felice y Emilio Gentile en la historiografía argentina : tres ejemplos

Para cumplir tal objetivo se recurre a las lecturas metodológicas y conceptuales que se verifican en tres intelectuales argentinos: los historiadores Fernando Devoto (n. 1947) y Federico Finchelstein (n. 1975) y el sociólogo Juan José Sebreli (n. 1930).The author traces back the studies on Fascism made by Italian historians Renzo de Felice (1929-1996) and Emilio Gentile (b. 1946) as part of Argentinian historiography. To achieve this objective, the author reviews their methodological and conceptual readings as noted by three Argentinian intellectuals: historians Fernando Devoto (b. 1947) and Federico Finchelstein (b. 1975), and sociologist Juan José Sebreli (b. 1930)
Spatial modulation for generalized MIMO: challenges, opportunities and implementation
No full textA key challenge of future mobile communication research is to strike an attractive compromise between wireless network's area spectral efficiency and energy efficiency. This necessitates a clean-slate approach to wireless system design, embracing the rich body of existing knowledge, especially on multiple-input-multiple-output (MIMO) technologies. This motivates the proposal of an emerging wireless communications concept conceived for single-radio-frequency (RF) large-scale MIMO communications, which is termed as SM. The concept of SM has established itself as a beneficial transmission paradigm, subsuming numerous members of the MIMO system family. The research of SM has reached sufficient maturity to motivate its comparison to state-of-the-art MIMO communications, as well as to inspire its application to other emerging wireless systems such as relay-aided, cooperative, small-cell, optical wireless, and power-efficient communications. Furthermore, it has received sufficient research attention to be implemented in testbeds, and it holds the promise of stimulating further vigorous interdisciplinary research in the years to come. This tutorial paper is intended to offer a comprehensive state-of-the-art survey on SM-MIMO research, to provide a critical appraisal of its potential advantages, and to promote the discussion of its beneficial application areas and their research challenges leading to the analysis of the technological issues associated with the implementation of SM-MIMO. The paper is concluded with the description of the world's first experimental activities in this vibrant research field

No full textThe Author analyses the decision from the European Court of Human Rights, Grand. Chamber, 19-2-2013, n. 19010/07 (X. vs. Austria), according to which the stable relationship of a cohabiting same-sex couple falls within the notion of "family life" pursuant to art. 8 of the ECHR read in conjunction with art. 14 ECHR, in the same way that a couple of different sexes would fall into the same situation. The Austrian law (art.182 ABGB) which allows, with the consent of the other natural parent of the minor, the adoption of the partner's child to unmarried couples, but not to same-sex couples, infringes the art. 14 ECHR in combination with art. 8 of the ECHR, because in this case the difference in treatment, being based only on sexual orientation, turns out to be unjustified. The Author criticizes some aspects of the reasoning of the sentence but investigates what could be the remedies offered by Italian law in similar cases

No full textIn this paper the author analyzes commonalities and differences between scientific inquiry and diagnostic assessment, to highlight the thought and method rigorousness implied in the nursing diagnosis. The first part of the paper is dedicated to explore the relationship between the subjectivity of the heuristic attitude and the objectivity of the scientific methodology. In the second part, the use of inductive and deductive approaches in diagnostic inquiry are compared and the validity of their outcomes is discussed. Finally, the last section describes concepts and methods mostly used and is completed by an analysis of criteria for classification useable in nursing diagnosis
