Abstract
Digital competences in education not only improve the learning process, but also stimulate changes in the pedagogical process on the path of informatization of Ukrainian education and society as a whole and directly affect the reduction of the «digital divide». In recent years, the position of information and communication technologies (ICT) in Ukrainian society and education has strengthened. In addition to ICT infrastructure, digital content creation and teacher training initiatives, recent curriculum reforms support the use of digital technologies in many subjects. In order for citizens to improve their digital competence, the European Commission has proposed a tool known as The European Digital Competence Framework (DigComp). In this article, we analyze a number of concepts and approaches related to the European structure of digital competences in Ukrainian society and related with it the projects and initiatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine on several educational, cultural and disciplinary grounds.

Abstract
The article examines the possibilities of electronical educational and methodological complexes for the formation of professional competence of masters of higher medical education institutions and assessment of their academic achievements. It is claimed that obtaining a quality education is inextricably linked to the use of digital information and communication technologies, connected with the ability of students to understand electronic materials presented in the form of texts, graphs and tables, and to independently master theoretical material. Emphasis is placed on the tendency to use professionally oriented materials as a source of knowledge. The article presents the results of research into the forms and methods of effective implementation of electronical educational and methodical complexes on the Moodle platform among students which are studying at the Kharkiv National Medical University on the example of the academic discipline Medical and Biological Physics. The advantages and disadvantages of using electronic educational and methodological complexes in higher educational institutions are discussed.

Abstract
The article examines the issue of the strategy for the development of digital competence in the national education system of Ukrainian society under the influence of intensive development of ICT and in the context of practical recommendations provided by UNESCO regarding the structure of ICT competence of teachers. It was determined that there is no uniform policy of ICT education transformation in public institutions of Ukraine and there are no ICT standards - competences of participants in the educational process. The conceptual vision of informatization of the national education system of Ukraine is described, in the context of strengthening the role of digital competences and technologies. A comparative analysis of the large-scale informatization of the global education system, which led to the emergence of new methods and forms of education, was carried out. It is emphasized that the national education system of Ukraine is slowly introducing new methods and forms of education, which leads to a decrease in the competitiveness of Ukrainian education in the globalized educational space, and as a result leads to a decrease in the country's competitiveness in socio-economic and scientific and technical progress as a whole.

Abstract
Background. The impact of religion on the human body has been the subject of a number of studies, including ours. The proposed article is a continuation of them. Purpose of the study: to detect in the supervised observation the characteristic effects of the Liturgy on some biophysical and physiological parameters of healthy people. Materials and methods. Under a observations were 10 healthy men by age 26-56 years. In the morning in basale condicions registered parameters of Gas Discharge Visualization (GDV), electroskin conductivity of Points Acupuncture (CPA), Heart Rate Variability (HRV), Leukocytogram, phagocytic function of neutrophils as well as anxiety and plasma levels of main adaptive hormones: Cortisol, Triiodothyronine and Testosterone. After testing, one volunteer went to a chapel to attend a half-hour Liturgy, and another volunteer was in the park nearby, serving as a control. After that, both participants returned to their duties, and after 1 hour all tests were repeated. Results. The characteristic effects of the Liturgy are: minimization the decrease in CPA TR(X) and G8Dg on the right, reactive anxiety, cortisolemia and one marker of vagal tone; limitation the increase in the area of the GDV in the frontal projection and the intensity of phagocytosis; initiation an increase in plasma testosterone, entropy of the leukocytogram and the proportion of rod-core neutrophils, as well as reversion the decrease in the tone of the vagus and the decrease of the energy of the virtual seventh chakra, which takes place in the control group. Conclusion. Liturgy affects the parameters of gas discharge visualization, acupuncture points and neuro-endocrine-immune complex in healthy men.
Key words: Liturgy, gas discharge visualization, acupuncture point electroconductivity, heart rate variability, testosterone, cortisol, triiodothyronine, phagocytosis, entropy, anxiety

Background. The conception of general adaptation reactions of organism (GARO), created by Garkavi LKh, Kvakina ЕB and Ukolova MA in 1977 on the base of Selye H classic conception of stress and developed then by them (1998), and also by Radchenko ОМ (2004), sufficiently successfully used in medicine and valeology for the estimation of general condition of organism. The downside the concept was qualitative assessment of GIRO. So Popovych IL (2000, 2006) proposed to quantify the various GARO Adaptation Index, which significantly correlated with the levels of key hormones adaptation and HRV parameters as well as phagocytosis. Another disadvantage of the concept is the lack of EEG markers GARO. We set a goal to analyze the relationships Popovych’s Adaptation Index with parameters of HRV and EEG. Methods. In basal conditions in 22 men, patients with chronic pyelonephrite and cholecystite in remission, recorded twice during 9-11 days HRV (“Cardiolab+VSR”, KhAI Medica, Ukraine) and EEG (“NeuroCom Standard”, KhAI Medica, Ukraine). In portion of blood counted up leukocytogram, on the basis of which determined Popovych’s Adaptation Index (PAI). Results. Registered 14 normal (harmonious) GARO, 20 premorbidic (disharmonious) GARO and only 9 reactions of superactivation, in the absence stress-reactions. Revealed the closest relationship between PAI and normalized Power Spectral Density (PSD) LF (r=0,44), Baevskiy’s Stress Index in Orthostase (r=0,41), Laterality Index PSD θ-Rhythm (r=-0,43), PSD β-Rhythm in Right Occipital locus (r=-0,40). Canonical correlation between PAI, on the one hand, and the parameters of HRV and EEG, on the other hand, is strong: R=0,846; R2=0,716; Adjusted R2=0,628; F(10)=8,1; χ2(10)=47,3; p<10-5. Conclusion. Popovych’s Adaptation Index reflects the activity of a number of regulatory nerve structures.

Biographical Time of the Artist in the Modern Artistic Prose (“Masks are Falling Slowly” by S. Protsiuk, “To Be Boskh” by A. Korolov)
The article focuses upon the peculiarities of creation of the modern fictional biographical text. The reasons and specific features of defragmentation of biographical time of the artist have been analysed taking into account novels by S. Protsiuk and A. Korolov. They, according to the author, lies in the fact that the writers engaged projection figures depicted in the artist’s own author of “I”. This approach provides a space for contemporary authors finding their own identity (in the context of the search for a way out of the situation postmodern “death of the Author”)

Background. Index I Kerdö, the author proposed back in 1966, ie before the era HRV, to quantify the autonomic tone continues to be widely used. We set a goal to analyze the relationships Kerdö's Vegetative Index (KVI) with parameters of HRV and EEG, as well as with Mineralocorticoide, Calcitonin and Parathyrin Activities. Methods. In basal conditions in men, patients with chronic pyelonephritis and cholecystitis in remission, recorded Blood Pressure and Heart Rate (“Omron-4MI”, Netherland), HRV (“Cardiolab+VSR”, KhAI Medica, Ukraine) and EEG (“NeuroCom Standard”, KhAI Medica, Ukraine). In urine determining the concentration of Phosphates, Calcium, Potassium and Sodium. Results. No correlation ascertained between KVI and LF/HF Ratio (r=-0,18) and Baevskiy’s Vegetative Index (r=0,17). However, KVI weakly correlated with Power Spectrum Density (PSD) LF (r=-0,35), (VLF+LF)/HF Ratio (r=-0,32) and Baevskiy’s Stress Index (r=0,32) as well as with Parathytin Activity (r=0,33), estimated by Urina Phosphates/Calcium Ratio. Medium strength correlation (r=0,56) found between KVI and Baevskiy’s Activity Regulatory Systems Index in Orthostase. However, the strongest correlations of KVI proved with Amplitude of α-Rhythm Ongoiging EEG (r=0,57) and PSD P4-α (r=0,65). Canonical correlation between KVI, on the one hand, and the parameters of EEG, HRV and Parathyrin Activity, on the other hand, was very strong: R=0,933; R2=0,870; Adjusted R2=0,758; F(18)=7,8; χ2(18)=62; p<10-5. Conclusion. Kerdö’s Vegetative Index reflects above all Amplitude of α-Rhythm EEG and its Power Spectrum Density in Parietal and Central loci, less options HRV, but is not marker of sympatho-vagal balance.

Background. It is known that the nervous, endocrine and immune systems interact closely with each other to form a three-pronged neuro-endocrine-immune complex. On of manifest of causal neuroendocrine-immune relationships is Leukocytogram of peripheral blood that differ by various constellation of Principal Adaptation Hormones. Material and research methods. We determined twice at ten women and ten men aged 33-76 years without clinical diagnose serum levels of Cortisol, Aldosterone, Triiodothyronine, Testosterone and Calcitonin (ELISA) as well as Popovych’s Adaptation Index by Leukocytogram. Results. All case was distributed among four clusters. Cluster N1 contains 5 cases with drastically hypercortisolemia and moderately hypercalcitoninemia; 5 other cases characterized moderately hypercortisolemia and borderline level of Triiodothyronine, together reflected chronic stress. Majority of cases (Cluster N3) characterized upper borderline level of Cortisol and normal levels others hormones, while in 5 cases (Cluster N4) hormonal costellation is also normal but with lower borderline level of Cortisol. Estimation by Leukocytogram Popovych’s Adaptation Index shown that at 25 cases take place Harmonious General Adaptation Reactions (GAR) as markers of health while at 15 cases detected Disharmonious GAR as markers of premorbidic stage. Conclusion. Constellations of principal Adaptation Hormones displays widely variability representing different gradations of health and premobide states. Calcitonin may be considered as one of principal Adaptation Hormones.

Abstracts
Background. Previously we shown that Kerdö’s Vegetative Index is not marker of sympatho-vagal balance, but reflects above all Amplitude of α-Rhythm EEG and its Power Spectrum Density in Parietal and Central loci, less options HRV. The aim of present study is analyze the relationships other marker of sympatho-vagal balance Ca/K Plasma Ratio with parameters of HRV. Methods. In basal conditions in twentee volunteers – ten women add ten men aged 33-76 years with diathesis urica recorded Heart Rate Vatiability (HRV) (“Cardiolab+VSR”, KhAI Medica, Ukraine). In blood plasma measured the concentration of Calcium and Potassium. Results. No correlation ascertained between Ca/K Plasma Ratio and LF/HF Ratio (r=-0,07) and LFnu (r=0,09). However, Ca/K Plasma Ratio moderately negatively correlated with vagal markers: SDNN (r=-0,30), RMSSD (r=-0,34), pNN50 (r=-0,36), HRV TI (r=-0,34), absolute PS HF (r=-0,33) and positively with sympathetic marker Amplitude of Moda (r=0,24 for actual values and 0,38 for portion of age norm) as well as with relative PS ULF (r=0,39). The strongest correlations of Ca/K Plasma Ratio proved with absolute PS LF (r=-0,45) and variational sweep: r=-0,42 for actual values and -0,49 for portion of age norm. Canonical correlation between Ca/K Plasma Ratio, on the one hand, and the parameters of HRV, on the other hand, is strong: R=0,713; R2=0,509; Adjusted R2=0,437; F(5,3)=7,0; χ2(5)=25,2; p=10-4. Conclusion. Ca/K Plasma Ratio reflects inversely vagal tone and less direct sympathetic tone, therefore is really marker of sympatho-vagal balance.
