Author of an extremely fragmentary poetry, Ana C. constructed her workmanship very close to the artistic vanguards of the XX century, including the most experimental cinema. Our objective is to observe how the poet constructs the fragmentation in her poetry, keeping, at the same time, a singular fluency between the fragments; fluency that would not be narrative, but that approaches her poems to a certain cinematographic way of composition and experience

No full textIn Ana Cristina Cesar and Sophie Calle: clues and clues, the focus is given to the detective aspect of the works of Sophie Calle and Ana Cristina Cesar. The works Detective (CALLE, 1980) and Suite Vétinienne (1984), both by the artist Sophie Calle, are associated with Poe's Man in the Crowd (2010) and Baudelaire's The Painter of Modern Life (2010). The author Hugo Friedrich in Structure of the modern lyric (1991) has the role of helping the reading of works by Ana C. and Calle from their reflection on the Baudelairean method of “fantasy guided by the intellect” and “enthusiastic excitement” designed by Edgar Allan Poe. Ana Cristina Cesar's poetics is placed in the detective aspect when the poet cites several references in the body of her text leaving clues for her readers to identify (or not) excerpts from poems, works of art, songs, among others that she points out in her poetics.Em Ana Cristina Cesar e Sophie Calle: pistas e despistas, o enfoque é dado ao aspecto detetivesco das obras de Sophie Calle e Ana Cristina Cesar. With theoretical and critical support from literary theory and psychoanalysis, it investigates: a) the desire to write, unfolded in Want-To-Write and drive for writing; b) the interlocution and the addressing, pivotal procedures in the work of aforementioned author; c) the letter, a notion that brings literature and psychoanalysis together.Este texto reflete sobre a escritura de Ana Cristina Cesar, a fim de acompanhar a pulsão da escrita. Com amparo teórico e crítico oriundo da teoria literária e da psicanálise, investiga-se: a) o desejo de escrever, desdobrado em Querer-Escrever e pulsão da escrita; b) a interlocução e o endereçamento, procedimentos fulcrais na obra da referida autora; c) a letra, noção que aproxima a literatura e a psicanálise.

colombiana, mayor de 30 años, se postuló a la alcaldía de Bogotá en las elecciones de 2027,
después del certamen electoral del último domingo de octubre, fue elegida alcaldesa de Bogotá
en primera vuelta pues saco un millón de votos (1.000.000) por el Pacto Ahistórico y quien le
siguió en votación fue María Fernanda Cavul Bolívar con Seiscientos mil votos (600.000) por el
Centro democrático y Claudia López de Lozano con cuatrocientos mil votos m (400.000) por el
Partido Verde y Briggitte Baptista Petro con doscientos cincuenta mil votos (250.000) por el
Partido verde Oxigeno.
La Doctora Concho se posesionó como alcaldesa el 1 de enero del año 2028. Desde 2025, a
Carolina Concho se le inició un proceso disciplinario y otro penal por el desplazamiento interno
de una comunidad en la guajira para un proyecto de Hospital Público en 2024, se rumoró que
ella como ministra de Salud se concierto con un grupo armado de la región y una empresa de
Contratista para desplazar una comunidad Wayuu y poder demostrar resultados inmediatos en
la construcción de un Hospital Público en el municipio de Barracas
El proceso penal está en curso y ella está vinculada al proceso en calidad de autora intelectual,
sin embargo, en el proceso disciplinario acaba de ser Inhabilitada por 15 años por esos hechos,
por la comisión de una conducta gravísima que atenta contra los derechos humanos de la
comunidad Wayuu, esta resolución es de marzo del 2028 y acaba de ser revisada por un juez
administrativo y la confirma.
A la alcaldesa ya le notificaron la decisión del juez el pasado 22 de julio de los presentes y está
en firme la sanción, en los términos definidos por la Corte Constitucional en la sentencia C 030
de 2023.
La doctora Concho Benedetti presento una tutela en el mes de julio con medida cautelar de
suspensión de la medida mientras se falla la tutela o hasta que se dé una sentencia de
segunda instancia o revisión eventual ante la Corte Constitucional.
La medida cautelar fue rechazada y la tutela fue negada en primera y segunda instancia, de igual
manera paso a revisión eventual de la Corte Constitucional donde fue confirmada la decisión de

No full textResumo: Ana Cristina Cesar, em Luvas de Pelica (1980)1, mostra-nos um tipo singular de dicção íntima em que a finalidade do segredo é desativada, e uma mistura de diário de viagem, cartas e anotações pessoais é transformada em um espaço de deriva poética, no qual a posição do sujeito torna-se matéria de literatura. Há neste texto uma outra possibilidade de entendimento do que poderíamos chamar de “âmbito íntimo”, já que aqui, a intimidade acaba ganhando um estatuto diferente daquele da clausura, característico de décadas anteriores. Sabemos que nesta obra, Katherine Mansfield e Virginia Woolf são referenciadas, mas, em que medida a obra de um outro autor moderno, James Joyce, poderia dar uma nova luz à escritura de Ana Cristina? Joyce abordou de maneira intensa a temática da intimidade em seu livro Ulysses (1922), não somente através de cartas, mas também de um fluxo de consciência, em que a matéria corporal corre “junto” ao que nos é apresentado textualmente. Levando em conta o trabalho de problematização da instância íntima realizado por Ana C., haveria em Luvas de Pelica uma espécie de tonalidade joyceana refletida em seu corpus textual? Este trabalho pretende desbravar este tema, apontando para possíveis relações entre as estratégias de escrita de Ulysses e de Luvas de Pelica, a fim de descobrir pontos em comum que possam iluminar ainda mais a poética da escritora carioca.Palavras-chave: Ana Cristina Cesar; James Joyce; Intimidade; Feminino.Abstract: Ana Cristina Cesar, in Luvas de Pelica (1980), shows us a singular type of intimate diction in which the purpose of the secret is deactivated, and a mixture of travel diary, letters and personal notes is transformed into a space of poetic drift, in which the subject’s position becomes a matter of literature. There is in this text another possibility of understanding what we could call “intimate sphere”, since here, intimacy ends up gaining a different status from that of enclosure, characteristic of previous decades. We know that in this work Katherine Mansfield and Virginia Woolf are referenced, but to what extent could the work of another modern author, James Joyce, shed new light on Ana Cristina’s writing? Joyce intensely addressed the theme of intimacy in his book Ulysses (2012), not only through letters, but also through a stream of consciousness, in which the body matter of the character runs “along” with what is presented to us textually. Taking into account Ana C.’s problematization of the intimate instance, would there be in Luvas de Pelica a kind of Joycean tone reflected in her textual corpus? This paper intends to explore this theme, pointing to possible relationships between the writing strategies of Ulysses and Luvas de Pelica, in order to discover common points that can further illuminate the poetics of the writer from Rio de Janeiro.Keywords: Ana Cristina Cesar; James Joyce; Intimacy; Feminine

Sabendo disso, o presente trabalho procura investigar como o efeito da obra da poeta marginal opera na produção de seus herdeiros, partindo de três aspectos marcantes identificados na poética de Ana C.: linguagem, corpo e feminilidade. Para isso, foram analisadas as obras de dez escritores: Alice Sant'Anna, Ana Martins Marques, Angélica Freitas, Armando Freitas Filho, Ismar Tirelli Neto, Júlia de Carvalho Hansen, Laura Liuzzi, Marcos Siscar, Marília Garcia e Nina Rizzi. Escolheu-se, então, a metodologia de entrevistas, bem como a análise dos textos poéticos dos autores, de modo a compreender os dispositivos explorados pela poeta marginal na escrita contemporânea. Comparando os textos de Ana Cristina Cesar com a obra de seus herdeiros, é possível notar que essa presença produz uma forma de enunciação mais livre e permeada pela intimidade. Para a contextualização da obra da poeta, utiliza-se como base os trabalhos de Ítalo Moriconi (1996), Maria Lucia de Barros Camargo (2003) e Annita Costa Malufe (2010 e 2011). Como fundamentação teórica do efeito, recorreu-se a obra de Wolfgang Iser, em O ato da leitura (1996), que analisa a experiência da recepção do texto a partir dos efeitos de leitura que ele produz. Além disso, de modo a entender as relações que a poesia contemporânea estabelece com a tradição literária, recorreu-se às fundamentações de Marjorie Perloff, em O gênio não original: poesia por outros meios no novo século (2013). Identificando uma linhagem estética da poesia de Ana Cristina Cesar, é possível compreender os modos como sua escrita autorizou a experimentação de certas práticas poéticas, utilizando-se da escrita missiva, da intimidade e da alteridade.Abstract: Ana Cristina Cesar is understood as a reference for several contemporary writers. The present work seeks to investigate the effect of the poet's work in the works of her heirs, starting from three striking aspects identified in Ana C.'s poetry: language, body and femininity. With that in mind, we analyzed the works of ten poets: Alice Sant'Anna, Ana Martins Marques, Angélica Freitas, Armando Freitas Filho, Ismar Tirelli Neto, Júlia de Carvalho Hansen, Laura Liuzzi, Marcos Siscar, Marília Garcia and Nina Rizzi. We chose the methodology of interviews, as well as the analysis of the each author's poetry, in order to understand the devices explored by the marginal poet in contemporary writing. Comparing the texts of the marginal author with the work of her heirs, it is possible to notice that this presence produces a freer and more intimate form of enunciation. For the contextualization of her poetry, the works of Ítalo Moriconi (1996), Maria Lucia de Barros Camargo (2003) and Annita Costa Malufe (2010 and 2011) are used as a basis. As a theoretical basis for the effect, we used the work of Wolfgang Iser in The act of reading (1996), which analyzes the experience of reception from the reading effects the text produces. In order to understand the relationships that contemporary poetry establishes with literary tradition, we took Marjorie Perloff's foundations in Unoriginal genius: poetry by other means in the new century (2013). Letter. Late cretaceous seasonal ocean variability from the arctic
No full textThe modern Arctic Ocean is regarded as barometer of global change and amplifier of global warming1 and therefore records of past Arctic change are of a premium for palaeoclimate reconstruction. Little is known of the state of the Arctic Ocean in the greenhouse period of the late Cretaceous, yet records from such times may yield important clues to its future behaviour given current global warming trends. Here we present the first seasonally resolved sedimentary record from the Cretaceous from the Alpha Ridge of the Arctic Ocean. This “paleo-sediment trap” provides new insights into the workings of the Cretaceous marine biological carbon pump. Seasonal primary production was dominated by diatom algae but was not related to upwelling as previously hypothesised. Rather, production occurred within a stratified water column, involving specially adapted species in blooms resembling those of the modern North Pacific Subtropical Gyre, or those indicated for the Mediterranean sapropels. With increased CO2 levels and warming currently driving increased stratification in the global ocean, this style of production that is adapted to stratification may become more widespread. Our evidence for seasonal diatom production and flux testify to an ice-free summer, but thin accumulations of terrigenous sediment within the diatom ooze are consistent with the presence of intermittent sea ice in the winter, supporting a wide body of evidence for low temperatures in the Late Cretaceous Arctic Ocean, rather than recent suggestions of a 15 °C mean annual temperature at this time
Embassy of us: Finding and delivering relevance
No full textThe present graduating project showcase the development of a method for relevant exhibition experiences. The specific goal of this method is to allow exhibition developers in museums, embassies and cultural institutions to identify the elements that are involved in a relevant exhibition experience. This identification is essential in cases where exhibitions are going to present elements (expressions) that are from different parts of the world, which is the project's scenario. In order to proceed with the project, a collaboration between the Peruvian Embassy in the Netherlands, the Museum Volkenkunde and the Cervantes Institute in Utrecht was established. A research process was conducted to understand the ideas of relevance, local and foreign, visitors based on motivations and cooperation between institutions. In this process, a study about immersive technologies was also conducted. The method uses two significant concepts from the research process: On one hand, Universal themes, and, on the other hand, activities' nature identification through immersive theory. A tool with similar characteristics to a tabletop game was elaborated to use the method. The tool and method were tested at different times to improve them. For the last sessions, physical and digital versions of the tool were developed. The sessions focused on the use of the method and tool with upcoming exhibitions and for conceptualising future exhibitions. These upcoming and conceptual exhibitions were proposed by the different institutions in Peru and the Netherlands. In addition, the tool was analysed by cultural managers in Peru to see the tool's capabilities as part of museum practices and cultural policies. The tool proved useful, as it was capable of adapting to the different needs, goals and concerns of each institution. ALEGATOS DE CONCLUSIÓN EN DEFENSA DE LA INHABILITACIÓN DE IRENE VÉLEZ BENEDETTI
No full textEste alegato de conclusión, en representación de la Procuraduría General de la Nación, defiende la legitimidad y constitucionalidad de la sanción de inhabilitación impuesta a Irene Vélez Benedetti por un período de 15 años, debido a su presunta participación en el desplazamiento forzado de la comunidad Wayuu en La Guajira. El análisis se fundamenta en la Convención Americana de Derechos Humanos, la jurisprudencia de la Corte Constitucional y del Consejo de Estado, y en los principios de proporcionalidad y responsabilidad en el ejercicio de funciones públicas.
Se argumenta que la inhabilitación es una medida adecuada, necesaria y proporcional, dada la gravedad de la conducta imputada a la señora Vélez, quien, como Ministra de Minas y Energía, presuntamente facilitó el desplazamiento de una comunidad indígena para la realización de un proyecto energético. Este alegato sostiene que la sanción no solo protege los derechos fundamentales de la comunidad afectada, sino que también reafirma el compromiso del Estado colombiano con la defensa de los derechos humanos y la integridad del sistema democrático.
Finalmente, se concluye que la inhabilitación es un paso esencial para asegurar que los funcionarios públicos actúen con responsabilidad y respeto hacia los derechos humanos, preservando así la legitimidad democrática y la confianza de la ciudadanía en las instituciones estatales.EspecializaciónEspecialista en Derecho Públic

del marco jurisprudencial en Colombia. Como bien sabemos el Derecho Disciplinario es uno de los
pilares que todas las entidades del Estado procuran mantener y encauzar cuando por diferentes
situaciones tiende a vulnerarse, tomando el carácter de preferente y excepcional, de tal modo que
quien se desempeñe como servidor público, lo haga sujeto a la normatividad y convirtiéndose en
referente en su prestación del servicio a la comunidad.
Lo anterior nos lleva a querer examinar en forma rigurosa dentro de nuestro ordenamiento jurídico,
la normatividad disciplinaria y el precedente jurisprudencial en esta materia y de esta manera poder
afirmar cuales han sido los avances que se han dado, puesto que, actualmente esta rama del derecho
se ha convertido en uno de los principales referentes de justicia, toda vez que, durante las últimas
décadas ha sido uno de los instrumentos jurídicos más competente en la lucha contra la ineficacia
