They were among a group of performers known as the “Ka Uʻi Wahine Dancers and Company” who put on female impersonation shows in Waiʻanae and across the islands, including performances at neighbor island hotels and community centers. They continue to be involved in the Waiʻanae community and are part of the Waiʻanae Moku Kūpuna Council
