No full textDurante mucho tiempo los animales han sido considerados como simple objetos de propiedad de
su dueño, en esa relación entre hombre y animal han existido actos crueles de maltrato físico y
sexual hacia estos por parte del ser humano, quienes han utilizado para satisfacer sus necesidades
o aberraciones sexuales, sin que los animales tengan derecho para exigir justicia.
Ante esta problemática el objetivo de la presente investigación científica es, demostrar la
necesidad de tipificar en el Código Orgánico Integral Penal (COIP), la zoofilia o bestialismo
como un delito de acción pública, cuyo ejercicio de la acción penal corresponda a la Fiscalía para
que intervenga con su equipo técnico e investigue de oficio estos hechos ilícitos que causan
alarma social, con la finalidad de que sea sancionado el responsable de la infracción y no quede
en la impunidad.
En los delitos de acción privada, la víctima debe interponer la acción penal e impulsar el proceso
penal ante el juez competente, hay que tener en cuenta que el sujeto pasivo no puede intervenir
por sí misma, para lo cual requiere del representante legal para que éste actúe por el animal y
exija la reparación integral por el bien jurídico lesionado.
La metodología y la encuesta técnica empleada en el presente trabajo con los profesionales del
Derecho del cantón Riobamba, permitió determinar con claridad la imperiosa necesidad de que la
zoofilia sea catalogado como un tipo penal de acción pública, que proteja los derechos

Several poems from Se ha despertado el ave de mi corazón (autotranslated into Spanish by the author) will be examined to underline the importance of the intricate connection between human and nature. The symbolic dimension used by the author intertwines with the ethnocultural dimension of the mapuches, which will however remain of secondary importance for the investigation. The article aims to emphasize the centrality of communication between nature and the human that Lienlaf conveys through his poems, one that ultimately becomes a coexistence with the enviroment.Este artículo analiza la poesía de Leonel Lienlaf, poeta mapuche, desde una óptica ecocrítica. Para ello, se toman varias poesías del poemario Se ha despertado el ave de mi corazón (autotraducidas al español por el autor) con el fin de subrayar la importancia de la relación hombre-naturaleza. Neumonía nosocomial asociada a la ventilación mecánica en paciente masculino de 51 años
No full textThe realization of this case in a 51-year-old patient with nosocomial pneumonia associated with mechanical ventilation is based on the work carried out by the respiratory therapist within the intensive care unit where all the measures and techniques are implemented according to this type of patient. This type of infections that affect the lung parenchyma in a patient admitted to the intensive care unit is very complex because it occurs in patients under ventilatory support where antibiotics must be used quickly, without neglecting the underlying disease for which they were admitted to the area. Nosocomial pneumonia associated with mechanical ventilation is one of the highest percentages of death in patients who are in the critical area with invasive ventilatory support, because these patients cannot expel their secretions, therefore they are relaxed (sedatives) and the mucus lodges in the endotracheal tube forming infectious foci. The objective of this clinical case is to determine the risk of nosocomial pneumonia associated with mechanical ventilation in a 51-year-old male patient. Through this study, the factors that cause this infection that affects the lung parenchyma in patients undergoing mechanical ventilation can be determined. Also, it was possible to determine the prevention measures for health professionals within the intensive care area for this type of pathology. Antibiotherapy and inhalation therapy are carried out. Este tipo de infecciones que afectan al parénquima pulmonar en un paciente ingresado en la unidad de cuidados intensivos es muy complejo porque se presenta en pacientes bajo soporte ventilatorio donde se debe emplear rápidamente antibioterapia, sin descuidar la enfermedad de base por la que fue ingresado al área. La neumonía nosocomial que se encuentra asociada a la ventilación mecánica es una de los más altos porcentajes de fallecimiento en los pacientes que se encuentran en el área crítica con un soporte ventilatorio invasivo, debido a que estos pacientes no pueden expulsar sus secreciones por lo que se encuentran relajado (sedantes) y las mucosidades se alojan en el tubo endotraqueal formando focos infecciosos. El presente caso clínica tiene como objetivo determinar el riesgo de la neumonía nosocomial asociada a ventilación mecánica en paciente masculino de 51 años, mediante este estudio efectuado se puedo determinar los factores que causan esta infección que afecta el parénquima pulmonar en los pacientes sometidos en ventilación mecánica, así también, se pudo determinar las medidas de prevención para los profesionales de salud dentro del área de cuidados intensivos para este tipo de patología. Se efectúa un tratamiento antibioterapia e inhaloterapia. Se aplicó la escala de valoración de infección clínica pulmonar (CPIS) para evaluar la gravedad de la infección pulmonar

No full textEl objetivo principal de este trabajo de graduación es la de cuantificar los niveles de radiación magnética que producen las cocinas de inducción, para conocer si los mismos son perjudiciales para la salud conforme a los niveles referenciales de exposición a campos magnéticos ocupacionales como poblacionales según la normativa vigente nacional como internacional. Para las mediciones del campo magnético en las cocinas de inducción se utilizó el equipo analizador de campos electromagnéticos ME3951A, los datos se analizaron y compararon con los niveles de referencia, encontrándose muy por debajo de estos, por lo que su uso no produce efecto alguno en la salud.Ingeniero Electrónic

No full textO objetivo desse trabalho é discutir a importância do Ensino Religioso nas escolas públicas brasileiras a partir da obra Ensino Religioso e Ensino Leigo de Leonel Franca publicada em 1931 com a finalidade de garantir constitucionalmente o retorno do Ensino Religioso nas escolas. Leonel Franca empenhou-se a fim de reinseri-lo nos bancos escolares por acreditar que tal ensino é indispensável à formação moral do cidadão. Sua obra traz elementos acerca da educação moral e de sua interferência no âmbito social. Utiliza pesquisas empíricas e deixa sempre em evidência que as sociedades adeptas ao Ensino Religioso tinham números de criminalidade muito baixos em comparação com as escolas laicizadas, resultado de uma educação integral que auxilia na formação da consciência moral sendo esta uma questão ético-religiosa que repercute na vida social. Desse modo é imprescindível que o aluno encontre respostas a questionamentos que todo o ser humano se faz durante a sua vida, no que se refere a sua finalidade, destino e além-túmulo. Esse trabalho preocupou-se em considerar o contexto ao qual o autor esteve inserido, bem como as principais influências que nortearam o seu trabalhoThe objective of this paper is to discuss the importance of the religious teaching in Brazilian public schools based on the book "Lay Religious Education and Teaching" by Leonel Franca, published in 1931 in order to constitutionally guarantee the return of religious education in schools. Leonel Franca strove to reinsert religious education believing that the religious teaching is indispensable for the moral formation of the citizen. His work brings elements about moral education and it s interference in social scope. It uses empirical research and leaves in evidence showing a society that had religious teachings had a low index of criminal activity compared to the ones which did not. The result of a comprehensive education like this helps in the formation of moral conscience, thus being an ethical-religious question that resonates in social life. Therefore, it is essential for the student to find answers to the questions that every human being asks themselves during their lives pertaining to life s end, our destiny and afterlife. John Dunstable and Leonel Power : a stylistic comparison.
No full textThis thesis is an attempt to define and compare the styles
of two English composers active early in the fifteenth
century - John Dunstable and Leonel Power. The two are
commonly confused in the surviving manuscript sources of
their music and to date there has been no reliable method
for the determination of authorship in cases of
conflicting attribution.
Part One of the investigation consists of an analysis
of works which bear uncontradicted ascriptions. The
information is used to set up a database for each of the
composers. The analysis is largely computer-aided and
covers aspects of form, pitch, range, chord structure,
melodic structure, speed, text setting and cadence
progressions.
Part Two compares a variety of uncertain works
against the databases and in each case employs the
statistical method of Discriminant Analysis to calculate
which of the two composers is more likely to be
responsible for the composition. In all of the six pieces
with ascriptions to both men, the results indicate the
likely author to a probability of over 1.00. The data are
also used to assess many anonymous pieces and mass pairs
