No full textThe article investigates the theoretical foundations of strategy formation. The role of strategic planning in ensuring the sustainable development of the modern banking system in conditions of increased competition is determined. The aim of the article is the substantiation of the theoretical foundations of strategy and strategic management, taking into account the specifics of banking activities, as well as to search for modern strategic management mechanisms of banking institutions for ensure their effective operation. Theoretical approaches to the definition of the of «strategy» concept by representatives of conceptual, practical, systemic, integrated approaches are analyzed. Based on the generalization of scientific concepts and definitions, the essence and main task of the strategy are investigated. The peculiarities of the strategy modern interpretation in the banking institutions activities are considered, taking into account macroeconomic instability and fast-paced changes in the external environment. The main types of strategies that are used in the strategic management of banking structures are determined: financial, marketing, information technology, personnel management strategy. The concept of «strategic management» is generalized, its place and role in the development of banking institutions are determined. The constituent elements of the bank’s strategic management system are considered and the peculiarities of the modern strategic management of the banking system are determined. It is substantiated that exactly the strategy is a key element of the bank’s strategic management system in the conditions of market economy transformation. The newest methodological concept of the strategic management of banking institutions is considered. It is determined that the majority of Ukrainian banks do not use modern forms and methods of management at the strategic level. It is proposed to introduce modern strategic management mechanisms into the banking institutions activities to improve their efficiency in the process of banking system digitalization.У статті досліджено теоретичні засади формування стратегії. Визначено роль стратегічного планування у забезпеченні стійкого розвитку сучасної банківської системи в умовах посилення конкуренції. Метою статті є обґрунтування теоретичних засад стратегії та стратегічного управління із урахуванням специфіки банківської діяльності, а також пошук сучасних механізмів стратегічного управління банківськими установами для забезпечення їх ефективної діяльності. Проаналізовано теоретичні підходи до визначення поняття «стратегія» з боку представників концептуального, практичного, системного, інтегрованого підходів. На основі узагальнення наукових концепцій та визначень досліджено сутність та головне завдання стратегії. Розглянуто особливості сучасного трактування стратегії в діяльності банківських установ з урахуванням макроекономічної нестабільності та швидких змін зовнішнього середовища. Визначено основні види стратегій, що використовуються при стратегічному управлінні банківськими структурами: фінансова, маркетингова, інформаційно-технологічна, стратегія управління персоналом. Узагальнено поняття «стратегічне управління», визначено його місце і роль у розвитку банківських установ. Розглянуто складові елементи системи стратегічного управління банку та визначено особливості сучасного стратегічного управління банківською системою. Обґрунтовано, що саме стратегія є ключовим елементом системи стратегічного управління банку в умовах трансформації ринкової економіки. Розглянуто новітню методологічну концепцію стратегічного управління банківськими установами. Визначено, що більшість українських банків не використовують сучасні форми і методи управління на стратегічному рівні. Запропоновано впровадження сучасних механізмів стратегічного управління у діяльність банківських установ України з метою підвищення їх ефективності в процесі цифровізації банківської системи

This causes a change in the traditional model of business introduction, economic development and social relations. Digitalization is a new challenge for modern banking institutions. That is why one of the main tasks today is to find modern marketing tools and form an effective digital marketing strategy to ensure a stable competitive position of banking institutions in Ukraine.Purpose. The purpose of the study is to determine the essence of digital marketing as a priority component of strategic management, as well as to study the main tools of modern digital marketing strategy of the bank. Research results. The article examines the essence of the process of digital transformation of the economy and its impact on the development of banking institutions. The meaning of the concept of "digitalization" from different points of view of scientists is revealed. The digital transformation has been identified as a new challenge for banking institutions. The role of modern tools of strategic management in ensuring the efficiency of the banking system in conditions of increased competition is determined. Theoretical approaches to the definition of "digital marketing" are analyzed. The concept of digital marketing is generalized and its role in ensuring the effective development of banking institutions is defined. The main tools of digital marketing are identified. The differences between the concepts of "Internet marketing" and "digital marketing" are argued. The constituent elements of the bank's digital marketing strategy system are considered and the peculiarities of modern strategic marketing of banking institutions are determined. Conclusions. It is substantiated that the active introduction of digital technologies in the activities of banking institutions is an important area of strategic development of the bank in the transformation of a market economy. Встановлено, що цифрова трансформація є новим викликом для банківських установ. Визначено роль сучасних інструментів стратегічного управління у забезпеченні ефективності діяльності банківської системи в умовах посилення конкуренції. Проаналізовано теоретичні підходи до визначення поняття «цифровий маркетинг». Узагальнено поняття цифрового маркетингу та визначено його роль у забезпеченні ефективного розвитку банківських установ. Визначено основні інструменти цифрового маркетингу. Аргументовано відмінності понять «Інтернет-маркетинг» та «цифровий маркетинг». Розглянуто складові елементи системи стратегії цифрового маркетингу банку та визначено особливості сучасного стратегічного маркетингу банківських установ. Обґрунтовано, що активне впровадження цифрових технологій у діяльність банківських установ є важливим напрямком стратегічного розвитку банку в умовах трансформації ринкової економіки. Запропоновано впровадження сучасних інструментів цифрового маркетингу, які направлені на підвищення рівня взаємодії з аудиторією з метою підвищення їх ефективності у процесі цифровізації банківської системи.

No full textNázev práce: Mikrostruktura a vlastnosti lehké slitiny AZ31 připravené plynulým odléváním mezi válce Autor: Mariia Zimina Abstrakt: Mikrostruktura hořčíkové slitiny AZ31 připravená metodou plynulého odlévání mezi válce byla studována pomocí světelné a elektronové mikroskopie a mikroskopie atomárních sil a byl testován vliv zvýšené teploty na výslednou mikrostrukturu materiálu. Mechanické vlastnosti byly zkoumány měřením mikrotvrdosti a tahovými zkouškami při relativně nízké rychlosti deformace 10-3 s-1 . Výsledky ukazují, že tažnost studovaného materiálu roste s rostoucí teplotou deformace, avšak v okolí 200 řC se tažnost plynule odlévaného materiálu značně snížila. Tento efekt byl pozorován i u konvenčně odlitého materiálu a je pravděpodobně způsoben změnou deformačního mechanismu indikovaného při této teplotě. Dále byly studovány změny mikrostruktury a mechanických vlastností způsobené intenzivní plastickou deformací. Materiál byl deformován metodou pravoúhlého protlačování rovnostrannými kanály, což vedlo ke značnému zjemnění velikosti zrn a zvýraznění počáteční bazální textury, která je však při následném žíhání téměř zcela potlačena. Poprvé byla také úspěšně použita metoda lisování asymetrickou rýhovanou matricí na stejné slitině. No full textIn this essay, two voices are heared, from two women: a certain artist Xena, who talks about her life and its dramas, interwoven with her own experiences from her diaries; and the voice of Maria, who analyzes Xena's life story and her art, diffracted through the prim of the history of 21stC art. Art the outset, "President of Crimea. Constitution", announces its author as Xena-Maria; but it is not yet clear whether the author is one person or two, nor who they are. Is it Maria who writes here, or Xena, or both? Or are they one and the same person? But at the end of the story, which is told rather in a form of certain legends and fairy tales, Maria and Xena turn into one whole, and meaningfully put an ellipsis after the words "to be continued". This reception was specially intended by the artist Maria Kulikovska, author of this essay, in order to protect both herself and the reader from possible persecutions by migration services and goverment officials of various countries, especially Russia. Also, for her it is an opportunity to step aside and analyze her own life and art form a third person, about which, perhaps, a fictional character from her childhood talks - a sensible step for Maria Kulikovska. The step that her creative language conceptually continues is to replicate casts of her own body and establish them in different spaces and contexts. So she fairly confuses the viewer as to where is the truth, and where is fiction; where is herself, and where is her clone - only now, here, she has applied the same trick in her text. This essay tells a very personal story of the life of a human body, a migrant woman in forced relocation, displacements, alienation and persecutions for her views on life and the conduct of society, and for her moral values expressed throught architecture, sculpture, drawings, performances, actions and public statements. Through the prism of geopolitical upheavals, it tells the artist's own story: How her analysis of own body position and boundaries helped her overcome stigma regarding the body of a woman from Eastern Europe, and how art can save and redeem in an unending inner drama.
