No full textIn English.Includes bibliographical references and index.As tourism has surged, there have been increased concerns expressed about overtourism - a phenomena of unsustainable tourism which negatively affects the livelihoods of local communities and the resources upon which tourism is based. As it is becoming increasingly clear that the environmental, social and economic impacts of tourism on destinations must be managed appropriately to secure their long-term viability, there is a critical need to understand governance and planning tools that can resolve current problems of overtourism without losing the benefits of tourism development. The concerns about overtourism expressed in both academic and popular literature include: too many tourists in one place, rowdy and other inappropriate behaviour by tourists, antagonism between residents and tourists, crowding, strains on infrastructure, loss of authenticity, loss of amenity and reduction in quality of life of residents and reduced enjoyment of experiences by tourists. Overtourism is the first book to examine in detail the origin and causes of overtourism and place the topic in a conceptual context with other forms of tourism including sustainable and mass tourism. It includes a number of case studies of overtourism in both urban and rural settings and discusses potential steps to reduce the impacts on both residents and the natural environment of affected areas. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
No full textThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Tyrosine phosphorylation of myosin heavy chain during skeletal muscle differentiation: an integrated bioinformatics approach
No full textBackground: Previously it has been shown that insulin-mediated tyrosine phosphorylation of myosin heavy chain is concomitant with enhanced association of C-terminal SRC kinase during skeletal muscle differentiation. We sought to identify putative site(s) for this phosphorylation event.Results: A combined bioinformatics approach of motif prediction and evolutionary and structural analyses identified tyrosines163 and 1856 of the skeletal muscle heavy chain as the leading candidate for the sites of insulin-mediated tyrosine phosphorylation.Conclusion: Our work is suggestive that tyrosine phosphorylation of myosin heavy chain, whether in skeletal muscle or in platelets, is a significant event that may initiate cytoskeletal reorganization of muscle cells and platelets. Our studies provide a good starting point for further functional analysis of MHC phosphor-signalling events within different cells.<br/

No full textThis thesis aims to interpretation of William Shakespear?s play Richard III. The word ?interpretation? is used to describe generally valid analysis of the play, not an individual reading of the text.
The aim of the thesis is to search for the limits of this text and on the other side to detect the variability of the drama. Author is interested especially in those parts of the play, which could be explicated in more different ways.
The chapters are focused on conditions in the world of Richard III, on the position of Richard in the society, and describe Richard?s attitude to this world as well.
Special attention is payed to Richard?s clashes with other characters, causes of Richard?s fall and circumstances beyond his control.
The last part describes the theatrical potential of this drama
