Eigenfrequencies of the randomly pinned drum and conductivity of graphene
Graphene is a convenient material for nanomechanical applications since high-frequency oscillations are easily accessible. In this article, we consider graphene on a rough substrate attached to imperfections at random locations. We explore the statistics of low-lying phonon modes, which exert most influence on the conductivity of graphene. Our numerics suggest the hypothesis that the nearest-neighbor spacings of low-lying eigenfrequencies have the Wigner-Dyson probability distribution after averaging over the random configurations of disorder. Due to interaction of electrons with the oscillations of the membrane, an electron can be transferred to higher or lower energies, which is a manifestation of the phonon-assisted Tien-Gordon effect. The Tien-Gordon effect suppresses the conductivity of graphene. In the regime of low Fermi energies and small sizes of the sample an increase of conductivity is observed which we refer to as Klein tunneling and electron-hole pair creation. Eventually, when the increase of the transmission becomes too prominent, the pair creation changes the ground state of the system, signalizing the limit of applicability of the single-particle Dirac equation used in this article.QN/Quantum NanoscienceApplied Science

The Play “Francesca da Rimini” by d’Annunzio: Translation Strategies of V. Ya. Bryusov and Vyach. Ivanov
The article discusses the text of the translation of the play by Gabriele d’Annunzio “Francesca da Rimini” into Russian, which is a joint work of two poets of the Silver Age – Valery Bryusov and Vyacheslav Ivanov. The purpose of this study is to reveal the peculiarities of the translation strategies of the two authors regarding the intertextual relations of the original text. Francesca and Paolo are the images that world culture has often turned to. There are various interpretations of their history in literature, sculpture and painting. Gabriele d’Annunzio uses references to the texts of Dante and Boccaccio, which require the special attention of the translator. Comparative, cultural-historical and comparative-historical methods are used to analyze the trans- lations. Systematic deviations from the original are revealed, which demonstrate a clear intention: to make the image of Francesca more sublime, to bring it closer to Dante’s interpretation, which is closer to the Russian reader and viewer than that of Boccaccio. Dante, who is directly acquainted with Francesca’s family, presents her as a victim of a sudden outburst of passion, while Boccaccio describes Paolo and Francesca as traitors who have been hiding their criminal love affair for a long time. Dante’s sympathies are on the side of Francesca, Boccaccio’s sympathies are on the side of her husband. D’Annunzio, despite the references to Dante, interprets Francesca’s story in the spirit of Boccaccio, and Bryusov and Ivanov deliberately bring it closer to Dante’s in- terpretation by choosing certain lexical units and alternative translations of the song titles and medieval leg- ends mentioned in the play. The translation of allusions and reminiscences, used by the two authors in various scenes, brings the text closer to the semiotics of a chivalrous novel, a sublime love for a beautiful lady, which was urgent among the authors of the Silver Age. Into the bargain, the interpretation of the image of Francesca can be associated with specific actresses who were seen in this role by the author of the original and the au- thors of the translations. D’Annunzio created a text dedicated to Eleanor Duse, and Bryusov and Ivanov worked on a translation for V. F. Komissarzhevskaya
Regular boundary value problems for complete second order elliptic differential-operator equations in UMD Banach spaces
We consider coerciveness and Fredholmness of nonlocal boundary value problems for complete second order elliptic differential-operator equations in UMD Banach spaces. In some special cases, the main coefficients of the boundary conditions may be bounded operators and not only complex numbers. Then, we prove an isomorphism, in particular, maximal L (p) -regularity, of the problem with a linear parameter in the equation. In both cases, the boundary conditions may also contain unbounded operators in perturbation terms. Finally, application to regular nonlocal boundary value problems for elliptic equations of the second order in non-smooth domains are presented. Equations and boundary conditions may contain differential-integral parts. The spaces of solvability are Sobolev type spaces W (p,q) (2,2) .Israel Ministry of AbsorptionThe first author is a member of G.N.A.M.P.A. and the paper fits the 60% research program of G.N.A.M.P.A.-I.N.D.A.M.; The third author was supported by the Israel Ministry of Absorption

О распыливании топлива в двигателях Дизеля
This is a translation of a 1938 series of Russian articles on turbulent jet breakup. The author, V. Ya. Natanzon, develops a maximum entropy theory of droplet size using a turbulent kinetic energy constraint. This is remarkable as models of jet breakup using the maximum entropy formalism or the turbulent kinetic energy did not become popular until about 50 years after Natanzon's papers. The use of both simultaneously is still novel 80 years later. The atomization of fuel spray in internal combustion engines depends mainly on the dynamic effect of the air on the fuel particles and perturbations of the fuel flow in the nozzle.
The influence of the first factor was typically studied up to the present time. In this paper, we provide a method for determining the size distribution curve of fuel particles and their average size, based on the statistical methods of the kinetic theory of gases under the influence of the second factor.Mechanical Engineerin

Symptoms of Imminent Eclampsia Among Women Attending Care at Muhimbili National Hospital: A Case Refferent Study
Preeclampsia affects about 5 to 10% of all pregnancies and eclamptic seizure is one of its serious complications. In many developing countries including Tanzania, maternal and perinatal mortality due to eclampsia are high. As yet, primary prevention of eclampsia is not possible since the causes are largely unknown. Headache, visual disturbance, abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting have been reported by various studies to precede most eclamptic seizures; thus could be used to predict and therefore prevent some cases given the availability of magnesium sulphate. These symptoms however are also common in normal pregnancy and post delivery mothers due to physiological changes of pregnancy and common disease conditions that usually affect pregnant women in our settings. The present study evaluated the characteristics of symptoms that are consistent with imminence of eclampsia This was a case referent study in which 123 eclamptic and 123 non eclamptic mothers that best matched in terms of age, parity, gestation age and delivery were enrolled, making a total of 246 women. The presence and characteristics of headache, visual disturbance, abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting were enquired. A 4 grade scale was used to grade the severity of headache. In the rest of symptoms, common presenting features were utilized. Headache was common in both groups but was more frequent in eclamptic than in referent group of women (88% vs. 43%, p <0.001). In eclamptic mothers headache was mainly severe, frontal and most of the seizures happened within one week of the onset of headache, as compared to referent women where headache was mostly mild and either frontal or generalized. Visual problems were significantly frequent in eclamptics than in referent women, (39% vs. 3% p<0.001). Of the eclamptic mothers who presented with visual problems, 45(94%) had blurring of vision, 32(67%) had blind spots, 10(21%) had photophobia and only 7(15%) had total blindness. A total of 47(98%) of eclamptic mothers developed seizures within 12hours of the onset of visual problems. The frequency of abdominal pain was not significantly different between eclamptic and referent mothers (47% vs.38% p=0.156), however upper quadrant abdominal pain was significantly reported in eclamptic than in referent group of women (36% vs.9%, p=0.001). There was no significant difference on the type of abdominal pain presented by both groups. Nausea was common in both eclamptics and referent group of women (60% vs. 54%, p=0.303). There was no difference on presentation with vomiting among eclamptic and referent women (62% vs. 68% p=0.516) and in both groups the type of vomiting was commonly non projectile. This study has revealed that headache, abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting are common to pregnancy whether or not complicated by preeclampsia/eclampsia. The characteristics of headache, visual disturbances and abdominal pain differ between eclamptics and women without preeclampsia/eclampsia. In a pre eclamptic woman, an onset of a severe frontal headache or upper quadrant abdominal pain would suggest an occurrence of seizures within one week. Visual disturbance is the most ominous sign as seizures ensue within 12 hours of its onset. Nausea and vomiting cannot be reliably used to predict clampsia.\u

Abstract
Objective: to substantiate approaches and develop principles of integrated medical and psychological aid to the women with neurotic anxiety and depressive disorders, caused by modern psycho-traumatic factors, taking into account the peculiarities of their clinical manifestations and mechanisms of formation. Contingent and methods. 200 women have been examined: 150 persons had agitation and depressive disorders of the neurotic register (78 of them were internally displaced persons (IDP) and 72 were spouses of military men of the ATO-troops), 25 persons had endogenous depression and 25 were mentally health women. Clinical, psychopathological and psychodiagnostic methods were used. The research was carried out on the basis of the Lviv Regional Clinical Psychiatric Hospital. Results. The study presented resulted in updating of clinical picture and mechanisms of neurotic agitation formation, depression disorders in the women under study. Neurotic disorders had their own specificity which depends on psychological injury factor. In general, IDP - women took in the worse sense the traumatic circumstances than the spouses of the military men participating in the military operations. The basic principles of providing comprehensive medical and psychological assistance to the contingent under study have been identified. On the basis of the generalization of the data obtained, the principles and the structure of the medical and psychological components of the complex care were differentiated depending on the severity of the anxiety and depressive manifestations and difficulties of functioning. The system developed is effective in the aspects of reducing psychopathological symptoms and improving the quality of the patients’ life.
