Bank syariah adalah bank yang menjalankan kegiatan usahanya dalam rangka meningkatkan taraf hidup rakyat berdasarkan prinsip syariah. Bank pada dasar nya adalah alat intermediasi keuangan . Bank pada umum nya memiliki tugas utama yaitu penghimpum dan menyalurkan dana. Keberhasilan sektor perbankan dalam menacapai tujuan nya salah satu nya adalah pemasaran, Semakin ketatnya bisnis dan persaingan antar bank dalam memasarkan produk, BNI Syariah dituntut untuk selalu inovatif dan kreatif dalam memasarkan produk – produk nya.
Pokok permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah strategi bauran promosi pemasaran dan tinjauan Ekonomi Syariah terhadap strategi bauran promosi pemasaran pada produk BNI Griya di PT. Bank BNI Syariah Pekanbaru. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah para karyawan PT. BNI Syariah Pekanbaru, sedangkan objeknya adalah bauran promosi pemasaran BNI Griya iB Hasanah pada PT. BNI Syariah Pekanbaru. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh sales funding BNI Syariah Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 2 orang, dan sampel sebanyak 2 orang, yang terdiri dari funding officer dan assisten Pada Bank BNI Syariah Kota Pekanbaru. Data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah data yang diperoleh secara langsung dilapangan melalui wawancara terhadap karyawan BNI Syariah Pekanbaru, sedangkan Data sekundernya, yaitu data yang diperoleh dari berbagai buku, dokumen PT. BNI Syariah Pekanbaru dan lain-lain data pendukung yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan metode analisis penulisan ini menggunakan metode deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk menyederhanakan hasil dari olahan data, sehingga mudah untuk dipahami.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi bauran promosi yang dilakukan BNI Syariah Pekanbaru adalah Adversting, Pesonal selling, sales Promotion, publisitas, dan tinjauan strategi bauran promosi yang dilakukan PT. BNI Syariah pekanbaru telah sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah karena berdasarkan “Hukum asal dalam masalah muamalat adalah halal dan mubah selama tidak ada dalil yang menunjukkan pada keharamannya"

Inovasi Geomembran dan Peran Stakeholders pada Usaha Tambak Garam Rakyat
No full textThe problem of salt farmers in Madura, known as the Salt Island, is very complex. Starting from the high level of poverty, the quality of production, and the low price of salt to a serious threat to the sustainability of salt farmers. The purpose of this study is to analyze the growth of the people's salt farming business with the geomembrane method compared to traditional methods to describe the impact of innovation on business sustainability and to explore the sustainability of the people's salt farming business from the perspective of internal stakeholders based on stakeholder theory. This research uses a case study approach configurative ideographic studies as a research method. The results of the study found that the business growth rate using geomembrane was more profitable than using traditional methods, but only part of the farmers' land used geomembrane. People's salt farming business still have difficulty accessing People's Business Credit so that some still depend on receivables from traders/middlemen. Only a small part of the salt produced by the people's salt farming is purchased by PT Garam for quality reasons. With all the challenges, from the perspective of the actors, the people's salt business is still considered more profitable than other agricultural businesses. Permasalahan petani garam di Madura yang dikenal dengan sebutan Pulau Garam sangat kompleks. Mulai dari tingginya tingkat kemiskinan, kualitas produksi, dan rendahnya harga garam menjadi sebuah ancaman serius bagi keberlanjutan petani garam Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis pertumbuhan usaha tambak garam rakyat metode geomembran dibandingkan dengan metode tradisional untuk menggambarkan dampak inovasi terhadap keberlangsungan usaha dan mengekplorasi keberlanjutan usaha tambak garam rakyat dari sudut pandang internal stakeholders (pelaku usaha) berdasarkan teori stakeholders. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus configurative ideographic studies sebagai metode penelitian. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa tingkat petumbuhan usaha menggunakan geomembran lebih menguntungkan dibandingkan dengan menggunakan metode tradisional, tetapi hanya sebagian lahan petani yang menggunakan geomembran. Pengusaha tambak garam rakyat masih kesulitan mengakses KUR (Kredit Usaha Rakyat) sehingga sebagian masih tergantung pada hutang piutang dengan pedagang/tengkulak. Garam yang dihasilkan oleh tambak garam rakyat hanya sebagian kecil saja yang dibeli oleh PT Garam karena alasan kualitas. Dengan segala tantangannya, berdasarkan sudut pandang pelaku, usaha garam rakyat masih dianggap lebih mengutungkan dibandingkan usaha pertanian yang lain

No full textThe Planning, Development, Research and Regional Agency (Bapperida) was formed based on the needs, development and progress of the government sector and specifically assists regional governments in implementing development in the government sector. Responsibility accounting is an accounting system that assigns responsibility to a responsibility center which will ultimately be measured to determine the performance of the center concerned. The research used in this article is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Based on the results obtained from Bapperida Pamekasan's calculations and the results of the author's interview, it can be explained that in 2021 the percentage was 87.01%, in 2022 the level of effectiveness experienced a quite drastic increase, namely 8.09% to 95.10%. In 2023 the level of effectiveness will decrease by 2.1% to 97.20%, this exceeds the percentage value of the level of effectiveness in 2021. So the trend in the role of cost responsibility accounting in the Planning, Development, Research and Regional Agency of Pamekasan Regency can be said to be in the criteria effective so the results of this study are considered positive.

No full textPulau Madura terkenal sebagai pulau sapi karena populasi budidaya sapi yang masif. Budidaya sapi sudah lama dikembangkan dengan pola kerjasama (paroan). Tujuan penelitian untuk mengungkap faktor yang mempengaruhi penggemukan sapi, model konsep bisnis “Paroan”dan makna keuntungan nilai serta makna di balik keuntungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model mix method yang memadukan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Model kualitatif digunakan setelah penelitian kuantitatif dilakukan. Hasil analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa konsep keuntungan memiliki pengaruh terhadap perkembangan bisnis sistem paroan. Secara kualitatif, terdapat 2 konsep paroan yaitu paroan uang dan paroan hasil anak sapi. Jenis keuntungan berupa keuntungan material dan non material. Keuntungan materi dimaknai sebagai usaha mencari uang atau rejeki, sebagai penghasilan tambahan, sebagai tabungan. Sedangkan non materi dimaknai sebagai: (1) anugerah produktivitas, (2) bersama beramal, (3) menyambung saudara, (4) menjunjung tinggi budaya

Mompreneurs: Standing Up With Life Choices, Family Support, Patriarchal Culture in Madura, and The Covid-19 Pandemic
No full textThis study aims to explore the learning experience of mompreneurs who have studied in college with patriarchal culture setting in Madura in combating the crisis caused by the covid-19 pandemic. This study used a case study methodology with a multi-case approach. Data were obtained through observations, interviews, and digital tracing. This study reveals that based on all the cases, being mompreneurs and not working in the formal sector is a choice to focus on running the duty as a mother and on getting full support from husband and family. In running the business and family, there is collective consciousness that all the revenue received by family members are blessings (rejeki) from Allah by getting it through halalan tayyiban principle. The promotions have used social media with various intensities. The Covid-19 Pandemic significantly affects mompreneurs whose primary basis is in-person selling, while online selling was not affected. The experimental learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic is maximizing promotions through social media, cutting operational costs, changing the payroll system to profit sharing, and broadening the business lines.

No full textThis paper talks about giving breastfeeding from career women to children in terms of Islamic law. In this day and age, many women who choose to have a career are no exception for a woman who is married and is breastfeeding, usually a career woman whose house is close to the instant where she works is close, the woman (mother) will breastfeed her child during rest hours but if the institution where she works far from rukah, career women (mothers) will provide other alternatives such as formula milk or use a breast milk pump so that breast milk can be stored and used when the woman (mother) is not at home. The method used in writing this article is a qualitative research method and the source of the data that the author contains in this article is secondary data which contains theories related to research problems and primary data which is carried out by conducting direct interviews with respondents. Breastfeeding for career women who does not meet the maximum limit of breastfeeding, which is two years, but breastfeeding may not be full for two years, this is based on the al-Qur'an surah al-Baqarah verse 233 which reads "and mothers should breastfeed their children. for two years, for those who want to perfect "besides that it is also based on the Qaidah Fiqiyah which states that" fardhu is better than nafl " left out

No full textСтаття присвячена феномену практики. Автор аналізує основні її функції з огляду на базові концепції теорії практик, описує структурну архітектоніку звичайної повсякденної практики. Дослідна оптика автора має в основі соціокультурну методологію, яка дозволяє розглядати практику як маркер культурної буттєвості агента. В рамках означеного фокусу дослідження автор концептуалізує і дотичні поняття, зокрема поняття смислу і габітусу, визначає взаємообумовленість цих понять в контексті структурно-функціонального відтворення практики, її ролі як на мікрорівні - в повсякденності, так і значення на макрорівні – в системі культури. Ключеві слова: практика, функції, структура, сенс, габітус. The article is devoted to the phenomenon of practice. The author analyzes his main functions, taking into account the basic concepts of the theory of practice, describes the structural architectures of ordinary everyday practice. Experimental optics of the author is based on the sociocultural methodology, which allows to consider practice as a marker of the cultural life of the agent. In the framework of the noted focus of the study, the author conceptualizes similar concepts, in particular the concept of meaning and habitus, determines the interdependence of these concepts in the context of the structural and functional reproduction of practice, its role at the micro level - in everyday life, and at the macro level - in the system of culture. The path to art therapy: A heuristic arts-based inquiry on my career choices, a decolonial feminist reflection
No full textThis arts-based heuristic inquiry (HABI) aims to bring to light the authors’ process of finding her career choice, to become an art therapist while living in a male-oriented society that constantly influences career decisions for women. Through this self-reflection, informed by decolonial feminist theories (Lugones, 2011; Segato, 2015), the author provides a space for herself and an invitation to the readers to cultivate compassionate cultural humility, explore the influences of socio-cultural values and pressures in career choices and reflect on the influences of privilege and oppression within this decision-making process. In the author’s case, she resisted the mandate for masculinity (Segato, 2016) by choosing the stronger side within her academic interests: psychology – neurocognition, drifting away from her true-self: art and being a helper. Through an intricate path she found art therapy. While conducting the literature review, the author kept a narrative and visual journal where she proposed five questions framed within Bronfenbrenner’s Ecological Systems Model (1979/1992). The author answered the inquiries using the Five Whys technique (Pojasek, 2000). These answers were used as prompts to create a series of artwork responses. The researcher reflected on her personal experiences about her career path and the possible cultural patriarchal influences through this process. The author grew up in Mexico City and locates herself as a Latina, multi-ethnic, middle-class, cis-gender woman. Through this research, she found that the narrative of women's minoritization (Segato, 2010) enforces oppression to all minorities, and post-colonial practices of land exploitation detriment mental, spiritual, and community well-being.

Mitral valve repair and bioprosthetic replacement without postoperative anticoagulation does not increase the risk of stroke or mortality
No full textObjectives: The study aimed to determine if mitral valve repair (MVRR) or bioprosthetic mitral valve replacement (BMVR) without postoperative anticoagulation is associated with a similar risk of thromboembolism and death as anticoagulation. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed our 2004-09 experience in 249 MVRR and bioprosthetic replacement patients (53percent female; 63 year mean age). Concurrent procedures principally included antiarrhythmic surgery, aortic valve replacement, tricuspid valve repair and coronary bypass grafting. Warfarin therapy was instituted at the discretion of the surgeon. Thirty-day, a period known to have the highest risk of valve-related thromboembolism, outcomes were compared relying on the incidence of stroke and death as surrogates of thromboembolic complications. Intermediate-term survival was compared between the groups using Cox proportional hazard models. The mean follow-up was 2.9 years. Given the non-randomized warfarin use, a propensity score using patient comorbidities and concurrent procedures was created and added to the Cox models. Results: One hundred and ninety-two (77percent) patients were discharged on warfarin and 57 (23percent) were discharged without warfarin. Thirty-day mortality in patients discharged from the index hospitalization was 1.2percent and was similar for the two groups (P = 0.99). Four ischaemic perioperative strokes were detected; 3 in the warfarin group and 1 in the no warfarin group (P = 0.99). Overall survival was 84percent, with 84percent survival in the warfarin group and 86percent in the no warfarin group (P = 0.79). Bleeding complications were comparable between the two groups (P = 0.72). In a multivariate analysis, warfarin was not related to mortality. Conclusions: Despite current guidelines recommending postoperative anticoagulation following MVRR or bioprosthetic replacement, the avoidance of warfarin does not increase perioperative complications and has no impact on intermediate survival. Accordingly, a prospective randomized study to adjudicate the role of extended warfarin thromboprophylaxis in mitral valve surgery is warranted. © The Author 2012.
