    This research is try to find about relevation of education (ta’dib) concept which formulated by al-Attas as an alternative to poduce a good leadership. This research is qualitative research which used character study methodology, as well as used education philosophy, sufistic and lingusitic approach. This research is emphasize internal coherence method to analyzed data, that is understanding all of his concepts of thought based on relevance between one and the other, also establish the most basic of thought and the most central of topics. From this research, the author has discovered that ta’dib is mean instilled adab to human self. Then, leadership is trust from God, which will ask that responsibility. This leadership include two dimension, that is for individu (self) and collective (society).  This leadership is based on justice, wisdom and adab, that justice is realization of adab, in the same manner as refelction of wisdom. Therefore, wisdom (hikmah), courtesy (adab) and justice (‘adl) must be instilled to form leadership.  In the implementation of the ta'dib, there are also several things that must be considered: (1) emphasis on the soul, (2) integration between the knowledge of fardhu ‘ain and fardhu kifayah, and (3) dependence on authority. Beside that, in the implementation of the ta'dib, is use tawhid method.Â

    Classifying ownership in the concept of standard ownership, obligations and needs in Islam, then the concept of ownership must be studied in depth, what is the Islamic view of ownership, how to invest, develop, use it and how to distribute it.Through descriptive-analytical research method by collecting primary and secondary data including books, as well as empirical facts related to the theme that the author is studying using the fiqh approach. then the two discussions become complex matters to be discussed.     Pemimpin adalah hal yang sangat fundamental dalam kehidupan. Perannya begitu penting dalam mencapai tujuan kelompok; pengganti dalam roda pemerintahan; menegakkan hukum Tuhan, dan; menyelesaikan suatu perkara. Namun, di setiap zaman, kepemimpinan ini selalu menimbulkan polemik dan persoalan. Hal ini dikarenakan terdapat kekuasaan yang begitu besar yang dimiliki oleh seorang pemimpin. Sehingga, rentan terjadinya penyelewengan dalam pelaksanaanya. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu usaha untuk menghasilkan seorang pemimpin yang baik, yang dapat menunaikan amanah yang diberikan kepadanya. Al-Attas adalah salah seorang tokoh yang menganalisis munculnya masalah kepemimpinan bermula dari masalah ilmu. Ia kemudian mengajukan konsep pendidikan berbasis adab (ta’dib) sebagai suatu solusi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti relevansi konsep pendidikan yang dirumuskan al-Attas sebagai suatu alternatif menghasilkan kepemimpinan yang baik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode studi tokoh serta pendekatan filsafat pendidikan, sufistik, dan bahasa untuk mengurai konsep ta’dib dalam kaitannya membentuk kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini menekankan pada metode koherensi intern, yaitu dengan memahami seluruh konsep pemikiran tokoh menurut keselarasannya antara satu dengan yang lain, juga menetapkan pemikiran yang paling mendasar dan topik-topik yang sentral. Dari penelitian ini, penulis menemukan bahwa ta’dib bermakna proses penanaman adab ke dalam diri manusia. Sedangkan, kepemimpinan merupakan amanah yang telah diberikan Allah dan akan dimintai pertanggung jawabannya. Kepemimpinan tersebut mencakup dua dimensi, yakni terhadap individu (diri sendiri) dan kolektif (masyarakat). Fondasi kepemimpinan adalah adab, kondisi ketika adab direalisasikan disebut adil, dan adab adalah refleksi dari hikmah. Oleh karena itu, untuk membentuk kepemimpinan perlu ditanamkan hikmah, adil dan adab dalam konteks ta’dib. Leaders are fundamental in life. Its role is so important to achieving group goals; substitute in government; establish God’s law; and solve the problem. But, this leadership always creates polemics and problems in every age. This is because there is so much power a leader has. Thus, prone to abuse of power. Therefore, an effort is needed to produce good leaders, who can fulfill the mandate given to them. Al-Attas is one of Muslim figure who analyzed the emergence of leadership problem begin from the knowledge problems. He proposed an educational concept based on etiquette (ta’dib) as a solution. This research aims to examine the relevance of education (ta’dib) concept which formulated by al-Attas as an alternative to produce good leadership. This research is a qualitative research using the character study method, and uses an education philosophy, sufistic, and linguistic approach to parse the concept of ta’dib in relation to forming leadership. This research emphasizes on the internal coherence method to analyzed data, that is understanding entire concept of character thinking according to the harmony of one another, also establishing the most fundamental thought and central topics. From this research, the author has discovered that ta’dib means the process of instilling adab into human self. Meanwhile, leadership is the trust that God has given, that will be held accountable. The leadership includes two dimensions, namely the individual (self) and the collective (society). The foundation of leadership is adab, the condition when adab is realized is called justice (‘adil), and adab is a reflection of wisdom (hikmah).
