Logistical Connestions of Bioreactors
No full textA bioreaktorok nemzetközi helyzetelemzése és hazai környezetének értékelése alapján megállapítható, hogy az alkalmazott technológiák a különböző megvalósulási környezetekben eltérő hatásokat mutatnak, többször – látszólag – ellentmondó jellemzőket eredményeznek.
Komplex analízis és szintézis eredményeként dokumentálható az az egyértelmű törekvés, amely ma már ipari méretekben kialakított és az üzemi viszonyok között jól működő technológiákat egy szélesebb környezetbe helyezi. Továbbá egyre általánosabb szakmai igény a bioreaktorok kialakításának és működésének komplex rendszerekben történő vizsgálata, értékelése és elemzése. Mindezek jelentik a bioreaktorok alapanyagainak előállítását, beszerzését, az alapanyagoknak termesztését és fermentációra való előkészítését, a fermentációt, a gáznyerést valamint a kigázosított anyag hasznosítását.
Elemzéseimből megállapítható, hogy a bioreaktorok, biomassza-anyagfolyamatai és az ehhez kötődő energiafolyamatok meghatározó kapcsolatban vannak az időbeli változásokkal, és a természeti – földrajzi térszerkezet változásaival. Ezek a változások nemcsak a gazdasági, természeti – környezeti, hanem a társadalmi – humánkörnyezeti sajátosságokra is hatással vannak és jól leírhatók az említett biomassza anyag- és a hozzájuk kapcsolódó energia folyamatokat meghatározó jellemzőkkel.
A rendszerszemléletű vizsgálatok az anyag- és energiafolyamatokon át komplex kölcsönhatásaiban, folyamat- és rendszerváltozásaiban elemeztem és foglaltam össze a bioreaktorok általános összefüggéseit és Magyarországra adaptálható hatásait.
A kutatási cél és az alkalmazott módszerek a logisztika alapelveire épült, s ugyanakkor sajátosan új értelmezését adja a bioreaktorok alapanyagaként használt szervesanyagok keletkezésének, átalakításának és hasznosításának.
A biomassza termelés térbeni sajátosságai, időbeni anyagváltozásai és a bioreaktorokban történő átalakításuk lehetőségei és feltételei a logisztika módszereivel olyan új kölcsönhatásokat mutattak, amelyek egyes részfolyamatonkénti értékelését is biztosítják, ugyanakkor a rendszerösszefüggések egészének meghatározását is lehetővé teszik.
A szállítási távolság és a mezőgazdasági biomasszából előállított biogáz költségire hatással van a szállítási távolság. Ennek a hatásnak a mértéke függ a szállítás módjától, a szállított anyag fajtájától és minőségétől, valamint a szállítási távolságtól.
Biogáztermelés kapacitásnövelése során a tervezési fázisnál figyelembe kell venni a szállítások költségeinek és a nyereség arányát. Az optimális szállítási költségeket meghatározó költségfüggvény választott paraméterei a gyakorlat mutatja meg, ennek feltárását és pontos – hazai viszonyokat figyelembe vevő – meghatározását fontosnak tartom.
A bioreaktorok rendszerszemléletű elemzése technológiai és környezeti sajátosságainak a meghatározása és feltárása az általam alkalmazott adaptációjában új logisztikai módszer és a hozzá kapcsolódó leírás segítségével valósulhatott meg.
According to the international status analysis and the national environment-evaluation of bioreactors, it can be stated that the applied technologies have different effects under different circumstances, many times-seemingly-contradictory ones. As a result of complex analysis and synthesis an obvious attempt can be documented to transfer today's industrial and well operating plant technologies into a wider environment. Moreover, there is a more and more general professional requirement to examine, evaluate and analyze complexly the forming and operation of bioreactors. All these mean the production, supply and preparation for fermentation of bioreactor raw material, gas production and the utilization of fumigated materials.
My analyses state that the biomass material-processes of bioreactors and the connecting energy processes are determined by time and natural-geographical structural changes. These changes have an effect not only economic, natural-environmental, but also on social-human environmental specifications and they can be well described by the characteristics of the above mentioned biomass material- and the connecting energy processes. I analyzed and summarized the general correspondences of bioreactors and their adaptable effects in Hungary reviewing their material- and energy processes, their complex relationships and process and system changes. The research objective and the applied methods are built on the principles of logistics. At the same time it gives a new, unique interpretation of the origin, transformation and utilization of organic materials that are used as raw materials in bioreactors. The special characteristics, temporal material changes of biomass production and the possibilities and conditions of its transformation in the bioreactor show such new correspondences with logistic methods that enable the analysis of certain partial processes as well. On the other hand they also make the determination of system correspondences possible.
The transportation distance affects the costs of biogas production from agricultural biomass. The rate of this effect depends on the way of transportation, the type and quality of the transported material and the distance of transportation. At capacity increase of biogas production, the rate of transportation costs and the profit must be considered in the planning phase. Practice shows the chosen parameters of optimal transportation costs. I consider of great importance to research and determine appropriately it-taking notice of domestic relations.
The system analysis and the determination and research of the technological and environmental characteristics of bioreactors could be realized by a new logistic method and the connecting description applied by me

Although the school lasted only one year, Moholy-Nagy soon reorganized it as the School of Design in Chicago and then as the Institute of Design, which was later incorporated into the Illinois Institute of Technology.
