Spanish Adaptation of the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument: Reflection on the Difficulty in Transferring the ad hoc Factor
No full text[EN] The Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument is a common instrument for measuring organizational culture in English-speaking countries based on four factors: Clan, ad hoc, Market and Hierarchy. However, to date, there is no proper translation of the scale into Spanish. In this study, we describe the translation and adaptation of the instrument through Exploratory Factor Analysis with a Spanish sample (n(1) = 246; 69.9% men and 30.1% women) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis with a Peruvian sample (n(2) = 510; 70.4% men and 29.6% women). The result reduces the four-factor internal structure to a three-factor structure that retains the Clan, Market and Hierarchy factors, but completely excludes the ad hoc factor. Confirmatory Factor Analysis shows acceptable indicators, reliabilities are good and indication of validity is also confirmed. Pottery Production in Quebrada de La Cueva: Petrography at Pukara de La Cueva and Antiguito (Quebrada de Humahuaca, Jujuy, Argentina)
No full textThis paper presents the results of qualitative and quantitative petrographic characterization (with point counting) of 35 pastes from several vessels recovered from Pukara de La Cueva (HUM.06) and the Antiguito (ANT) site Quebrada La Cueva , Humahuaca, Jujuy, Argentina). The sample (stylistically attributed to the Regional Developments II and Inca periods) almost exclusively reflects reports the geological lithological features typical of the landscape around Pukara de La Cueva (HUM.06), where the Puncoviscana Formation is dominant. We propose that during the later occupation, pottery was primarily locally manufactured, providing limited evidence of regional interaction.Fil: Ramundo, Paola Silvia. Análisis del material arqueológico de la cueva nacimiento 1, Puna De Salta (Argentina), período tardío
No full textPresentamos el primer análisis del registro conocido del material lítico y zooarqueológico del sitio Cueva Nacimiento I correspondiente al Periodo Tardío, que informa acerca de las estrategias de uso de los recursos animales y de las estrategias de la tecnología líticas documentadas. Los resultados apoyan la hipótesis del rol clave de la caza en esta ocupación, con una incidencia superior al 80 % establecida por osteometría, si bien la integridad del conjunto obliga a tomar con cautela aspectos relacionados con la distribución estratigráfica de los materiales y las inferencias conductuales derivadas de ellas. En el material lítico se documenta la manufactura de instrumentos de formatización sumaria, indicando una tecnología de bajo costo y sobre materias primas predominantemente alóctonas. Las puntas de proyectil presentan niveles altos de estandarización, sugiriendo la confección de cabezales líticos con buena performance para la caza.Fil: Varde, Maria. Gestionar la destrucció : les obres d'Isidre Puig Boada a l'Urgell
No full textEl artículo analiza las obras de restauración y reconstrucción de iglesias que Isidre Puig Boada realizó en la comarca histórica de L'Urgell como arquitecto responsable de las obras de los obispados de Solsona y de L'Urgell, cargos que ocupó sucesivamente. Por un lado, presentamos los informes que realiza para la reparación de las iglesias que habían sufrido desperfectos de mayor o menor consideración durante la Guerra Civil, y por otra parte, centramos nuestra atención en dos de sus proyectos de nueva planta, como serían la iglesia parroquial de Mollerussa y la de La Guàrdia de Tornabous.L'article analitza les obres de restauració i reconstrucció d'esglésies que Isidre Puig Boada va realitzar a la comarca història de l'Urgell com arquitecte responsable de les obres dels bisbats de Solsona i de L'Urgell. Variations on the Author
No full text“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
