Konsep dan Strategi Upaya Pelestarian Kerajinan Laker Palembang Melalui Pelatihan dan Workshop
This research is focused on aspects of the Process and Identification of Lkauer Crafts in Palembang, with the objectives being, 1) to support efforts to preserve the art of laker crafts in Palembang, 2) to find out the development of the design of the laker craft, 3) to find out the local cultural values contained in Palembang laker crafts, 4) to add insight and teaching materials to art and design lectures, especially DKV. The method used is descriptive qualitative method, with the method of collecting field observation data, which is to see firsthand the laker handicraft products in the craft center, and at the Bala Putra Dewa Museum in Palembang, the data collection method is also carried out by interviewing techniques and documenting the object research. The results of the data processing are the authors' analysis through the identification of problems encountered in the field. From these results the conclusions drawn by the author are summarized in the form of a draft strategy for the preservation of the laker craft. In addition to preservation efforts, the laker craft can also provide business opportunities and employment opportunities for the people of Palembang city, of course it cannot be separated from the assistance of the Regional Government in the form of training, workshops, capital assistance as well as providing a place for marketing

Analysis of industry 4.0 and circular economy enablers: a step towards resilient sustainable operations management
Originating in Germany, Industry 4.0 quickly became the new standard with industries adopting it worldwide. However, in the hurry to become digitalized for increasing production and efficiency, industries have failed at embracing the sustainability aspect of production. With the rise in concern for environmental safety and the re-introduction of circular economy, the authors have identified the integration of I4.0 and CE as a strong research point for overcoming the obstacles in achieving sustainable operations management (SOM). The research explains the criticality of the integration of I4.0 and CE and how it is the next step in becoming sustainable and resilient in today's turbulent environment. The study incorporates a four-step hybrid methodology with the identification and validation of enablers as the first phase using the PRISMA statement and PF-Delphi technique respectively. The second phase employs the PF-AHP technique for calculating the criteria weights which are subsequently used in the third phase by applying PF-CoCoSo to rank the enablers in priority order. Lastly, sensitivity analysis is performed to check the robustness of the results. The paper identified service and policy framework as the most critical criteria and product lifecycle management as the highest priority enabler for achieving SOM. The authors have also put forward seven recommendations for industries looking to implement I4.0 and CE for SOM by taking instances from previous case studies

Role of big data analytics capabilities to improve sustainable competitive advantage of MSME service firms during COVID-19- a multi-theoretical approach
The extant literature suggests that digital technologies (big data analytics, artificial intelligence, blockchain) help firms gain a competitive advantage. However, the studies do not focus on the micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) sector. Moreover, MSMEs face various challenges, including significant supply chain disruption due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Hence, there was an urgent requirement to shift to digital technologies to survive during this difficult time. In the context of MSME, various positive changes are discussed in the recent literature. However, a dearth of studies discusses the role of big data analytics capabilities (BDAC) to gain sustainable competitive advantage (SCA). Our study aims to fill this gap and answer this question – How do BDAC help MSMEs gain SCA? To understand the phenomenon, we receive theoretical support from organizational information processing theory (OIPT) and institutional theory (IT). We develop a conceptual framework that links BDAC and SCA through supply chain coordination, swift trust, and supply chain risk. Additionally, the age and size of the firm are used as control variables. The data is collected from Indian service sector employees of MSMEs, resulting in 497 usable responses. We use PLS-SEM using Warp PLS 7.0 to test the hypotheses. A critical finding is that the BDAC indirectly impacts the SCA. Finally, the other findings, limitations, and scope for future research are discussed

aiWOM: artificial intelligence word-of-mouth. Conceptualizing Consumer-to-AI communication
The advent of innovative technologies with installed artificial intelligence (AI) has raised the need to understand evolutive consumers’ behaviours. The dyadic communicative experience between consumers and technological artifacts with programmed social humanoid features shed the light on the emergence of an adaptative form of word-of-mouth (WOM) and that we label as “AI word-of-mouth” (aiWOM). We argue that there is a need for defining and investigating aiWOM as an emerging phenomenon which derive but diverge from WOM. Our conceptualization suggests that the communication interaction between consumers and AI technologies produce new consumers’ behaviors and psychological reactions

Impact of barriers of value co-creation on consumers’ innovation resistance behavior : investigating the moderation role of the DART model
This study investigates the influence of barriers to value co-creation (VCC) on consumers' resistance behavior in the online B2C retailing context. The study also examines the moderation effect of the dimensions of the DART model, such as dialogue, accessibility, risk, and transparency. Structural equation modeling and Process macro were applied to analyze 524 responses collected through an online questionnaire. The study found inertia, perceived complexity, perceived risk, and perceived justice as crucial barriers. The dialogue, accessibility, risk assessment, and transparency were found to be crucial moderators. This study enriches the consumers' resistance behavior literature. The study findings help marketers develop strategies to enhance value co-creation and reduce the consumers' resistance behavior toward online shopping
Investigating the interactions between paxillin, vinculin and talin in regulating the dynamics of cell-extracellular matrix adhesions
Focal adhesions provide a bi-directional, highly dynamic interface between the extracellular and intracellular environments. The abundance and diversity of proteins recruited to the adhesion sites enable focal adhesions to act as highly efficient mechanosensitive signalling hubs that regulate multiple aspects of cell behaviour including cell movement. Paxillin is one of the proteins identified to localise to focal adhesions. This study explored the interaction of paxillin with the focal dhesionassociated proteins talin, vinculin and focal adhesion kinase, and how such interactions are regulated. Biochemical characterisation using a suite of assays, including fluorescence polarisation, microscale thermophoresis, nuclear magnetic resonance, size exclusion chromatography and pulldowns, identified two novel interactions: 1) the paxillin LIM domains bind talin R9-R12, and 2) multiple paxillin LD motifs cooperatively bind to the head and talin domains of vinculin. We propose a model whereby talin facilitates the localisation of paxillin in proximity of vinculin at adhesions. Once recruited, paxillin functions to control the activation state of vinculin and thus regulate adhesion dynamics, influencing a whole host of cellular activities including cell migration and apopotosis
Leadership in the Circular Economy
The concept of the circular economy, introduced by Pearce and Turner (1990), envisions an economy where waste is reused as a resource to minimise the use of primary materials. It has gained traction globally, supported by entities like the Ellen MacArthur Foundation and McKinsey & Company. Unlike the linear economy, the circular economy focusses on maintaining material value through closed loops. However, its implementation faces challenges such as legislative barriers, high costs, and consumer acceptance. Despite its potential, the circular economy is not a synonym for sustainability, requiring continuous scrutiny and leadership to address its complexities and potential trade-offs
