Full text linkIl mare Adriatico è una delle regioni del bacino Mediterraneo più impattate poiché soggetto a multipli fattori di stress, come cambiamenti climatici e una lunga storia di intenso sfruttamento delle risorse. Allo stesso tempo ospita una grande varietà di endemismi, aree di riproduzione, nursery e foraggiamento.
Il drammatico declino delle risorse target e non del mare Adriatico richiede un urgente sviluppo di nuove ed idonee misure di gestione e conservazione degli ecosistemi marini. Il cambiamento delle comunità macrobentoniche di fondo mobile può innescare un’alterazione delle reti trofiche, della qualità delle acque, del riciclo dei nutrienti. Pertanto, un’efficiente gestione degli ecosistemi marini non può prescindere dal recupero degli habitat bentonici.
I risultati di questo lavoro di dottorato hanno permesso di evidenziare i principali cambiamenti avvenuti sulle comunità bentoniche dei fondali del largo del mare Adriatico (centro e nord) nel corso di circa 60 anni (1934 – 1998). Si è osservato un declino degli organismi dell’epifauna e delle specie macrobentoniche più fragili con Spugne ed Echinodermi che si sono ridotti fino ad un 90-70%.
Tuttavia, lo sviluppo di modelli di preferenza degli habitat dei pennatulacei ha confermato che i fondi mobili del largo Adriatico sono habitat ideali per le specie Funiculina quadrangularis e Pennatula phosphorea. Virgularia mirabilis, invece, predilige le zone sabbiose-fangose del nord e della costa occidentale. Una dettagliata descrizione morfologica di P. phosphorea e Pteroeides spinosum è stata condotta per cercare di fornire uno strumento che possa agevolare il riconoscimento di specie ancora oggi spesso confuse a causa di descrizioni finora poco dettagliate.

The research was conducted at TK Islam Annur Bastari Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques with interviews and documentation. Data analysis using descriptive method which is the data is arranged and described based on the financial statement data collection, then compared with the theory relevant to the problem, which can then be drawn a conclusion. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the recording basis applied in TK Islam Annur Bastari Pekanbaru as a non-profit organization is not relevant with non-profit accounting. In the classification process, TK Islam Annur Bastari Pekanbaru has recorded a ledger that relevant with the existing transaction evidence, while it is not relevant with PSAK 45. The financial reports of TK Islam Annur Bastari are only financial statements of balance sheets and income statements. The aimed to obtain a description of the form of interjection and the type of interjection in the novel Resign by Almira Bastari. The data source used for this research was the novel Resign by Almira Bastari. The object of this research was written data as the main data studied, which relates to the form of the interject. The research data was in the form of phrases. The method of this research was using descriptive qualitative method with the method of data collection technique used was the listen method. The results of this study were the form of interjection which is divided into two parts, namely 1) primary interjection consisting of the exclamations oh, wah, nah, eh, ah, wow, hmm, yah, hah, lho, 2) secondary interjection consisting of interjections astaga, gila, damn, anjrit, aduh, alhamdulliah, anjing, ya ampun, yaelah, halah, damn, widih. The types of interjections found in Resign's novels were, among others, 1) the interjection of annoyance such as anjing, anjrit, sial, damn, gila; 2) admiration, namely widih; 3) gratitude like alhamdulilla; 4) hope like yah; 5) then wonder like aduh, eh, ah, oh ; 6) shock like astaga, wah, wow, hah, lho; 7) call like eh; 8) the conclusion was nah, hmm, yaelah, halah

Full text linkThe focus of this research is to emphasize the analysis of the use of language styles in odd and even odd novels and the most dominant language styles in odd even novels by Almira Bastari. The purpose of this study is to describe the style of language contained in the novel Odd Even by Almira Bastari. The problems that will be explored in this study are: 1) what are the types of language styles in the Odd Genap novel by Almira Bastari, 2) what is the meaning of the style of language contained in the odd even number by Almira Bastari, 3) what are the most dominant language styles in the novel Ganjil Genap by Almira Bastari. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method with the type of library research. The data used in this study are words, sentences, discourse related to the style of language contained in the novel odd even by Almira Bastari. The data source used is 342 pages odd evenly published novel by Gramedia Pustaka Utama, Jakarta. Data collection techniques carried out by library and record techniques the data analysis technique uses the matching method. Based on the analysis of the use of the language style in Almira Bastari's Odd Even Novel, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1) the language style found in Almira Bastari's odd-even novel based on the sentence structure includes repetition. Based on whether or not the meaning directly includes: ellipsis, litotes, hyperbole, and paradox. Based on figures of speech include: simile or equation, and personification. 2) Meaning of Language Style in Almira Bastari's Odd Even Novel a) repetition means denotation, b) ellipsis means denotation, c) litotes means denotation, d) hyperbole means connotation, e) paradox means denotation, f) simile means denotation, g) metaphor means denotation, and h) personification means connotation. 3) The most dominant language style in Almira Bastari's Odd Even novel is ellipsis

Furthermore, neurodegenerative diseases are characterized by impaired autophagy, altered glucose metabolism, genetic mutations, and structural changes in neurons. Chronic inflammation exacerbates neuronal damage, accelerating disease progression. Given the rising prevalence of neurodegenerative diseases, largely driven by an aging population, there is an urgent need to identify new therapeutic targets. Current treatments are predominantly palliative, highlighting the importance of exploring alternative approaches (Marmolejo-Martìnez-Artesero et al., 2021; Wilson III et al., 2023). Consequently, recent research has focused on enhancing the intrinsic stress response mechanisms of neurons, with neuroglobin (NGB) emerging as a promising neuroprotective factor. NGB, a monomeric heme-globin, is primarily expressed in neurons of both the central and peripheral nervous systems (Burmester et al., 2000). Since its discovery in 2000, NGB has been associated with neuroprotective properties against various stressors linked to neuronal death, such as oxidative stress, hypoxia, ischemia, and oxygen/glucose deprivation (Fiocchetti et al., 2021). Intracellular NGB expression has been connected to several cell-autonomous neuroprotective mechanisms, influenced by both NGB expression levels and its intracellular distribution (Ascenzi et al., 2016). Furthermore, recent studies have identified NGB in astrocyte-derived exosomes (Venturini et al., 2019), suggesting a potential cytoprotective role beyond its intracellular effects. This supports the hypothesis that NGB may function as an intercellular resistance factor through non-cell-autonomous mechanisms. Previous research in our laboratory demonstrated the extracellular release of NGB in breast cancer models, showing that extracellular NGB could protect breast cancer cells from oxidative stress-induced apoptosis (Fiocchetti et al., 2020). However, the extracellular release of NGB and its potential neuroprotective effects on surrounding cells neuron like context remain unexplored. For this reason, the primary aim of this doctoral thesis is to investigate the extracellular release of NGB and assess its role in promoting neuronal cell resilience under stress and neurodegenerative conditions. The specific objectives of the thesis are as follows: (i) To characterize the extracellular release of NGB and identify potential regulatory mechanisms involved. (ii) To evaluate the functional significance of extracellular NGB in enhancing cellular resilience under stress conditions associated with neuropathologies in cells with neuronal characteristics and neurodegenerative phenotype. Full text linkThe research analysis of Strawberry Fruit Marketing in the Lake Mas Harun Bastari area, Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency aims to find out marketing channels, marketing margins, and to find out how efficient the Strawberry marketing is in the Danau Mas Harun Bastari tourism area.
This research was conducted in June 2022 in the area of Danau Mas Harun Bastari, Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency with farmers and traders in the Mas Harun Bastari Lake area. The data analysis used in this research is Marketing Channel Analysis, Marketing Margin Analysis, and Marketing Efficiency Analysis. This data analysis was used for Farmers and the 11 Retailers Respondents in the Danau Mas Harun Bastari District, Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency.
Based on this research, it is known that the Strawberry Marketing Channel in Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency has one Marketing Channel. Where farmers (producers) sell directly to retailers, then retailers sell to consumers at a price of Rp. 60,000 with a 0.5 kg mica box at a price of Rp. 35,000 and 0.25 kg at a price of Rp. 25,000 where the cost of Rp. 60,000/Kg will get profit of IDR 30,000/kg. This value explains that the retailer receives a higher price than the price received by the consumer, which means that the retailer is not disadvantaged in the marketing channel because the profits obtained by the retailer are greater than the marketing institutions in the marketing channel. The costs incurred by Retailers are in the form of transportation costs, packaging costs, equipment depreciation costs. because the strawberries are well sorted to suit the wishes of consumers. The advantage of marketing institutions is in the form of remuneration received by each marketing agency that participates in marketing strawberries starting from the Farmer level to the Consumer level.
