Pengaruh Experiental Marketing Terhadap Atittudinal Loyality Melalui Costumer Satisfaction Sebagai Variabel Mediasi Pengunjung Wisata Pantai Balekambang, Goa Cina Bajul Mati, Watuleter, Dan Teluk Asmara
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Eksperiential Marketing terhadap Customer Attitudonal Loyalty pada pengunjung wisata Pantai Selatan Kabupaten Malang yang dimediasi oleh Customer Satisfaction baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Hipotesis Testing yang menjelaskan hubungan kausal antar variabel-variabelnya melalui pengujian hipotesis. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 97 responden yang pernah mengunjungi Pantai Selatan Kabupaten Malang paling sedikit satu kali selama setahun terakhir. Analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dan dibantu oleh software SmartPLS 3.2.7 untuk memudahkan penelitian. Dari hasil pengujian terhadap keempat hipotesis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Eksperiential Marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan
terhadap Customer Attitudinal Loyalty pada pengunjung wisata pantai Balekambang, Goa Cina, Bajul Mati, Watuleter, dan Teluk Asmara. Pengaruh enviromental sustainability terhadap competitive advantage dimediasi sustainability practice adoption pada biro perjalanan wisata
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukan pengaruh Environtment Sustainability (ES) melalui Penerapan Strategi Sustainability (SPA) terhadap Competitive Advantage (CA) pada Biro Perjalanan Wisata (BPW). Objek penelitian ini adalah BPW di Kota Malang, Sampel penelitian ini adalah BPW dalam skala kecil. Proses pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner menggunakan Teknik snowball sampling. Item kuesioner diukur dengan skala likert. Pengolahan data selanjutnya menggunakan Smart PLS sebagai alat yang digunakan untuk mengolah data penelitian. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi teori maupun praktis dalam penelitian strategi sustainability. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa environtment Sustainability berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Competitive advantage (CA) pada BPW. Environtment Sustainability merupakan salah satu komponen yang diperlukan dalam untuk meningkatkan Competitive advantage (CA) usaha salah satunya BPW. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa praktik penerapan sustainability (SPA) memediasi hubungan antara environment sustainability (ES) dan competitive advantage (CA). Adanya praktek berkelanjutan dari perantara pariwisata memperkuat penerapan environtment Sustainability untuk meningkatkan competitive advantage pada BPW. Pengaruh Orientasi Kewirausahaan Dan Orientasi Manajemen Pengetahuan Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan Dimediasi Oleh Orientasi Pasar
Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) berkontribusi hingga 40%
terhadap Pendapatan Nasional Bruto (PDB) dan telah menciptakan lapangan kerja
baru. Berdasarkan Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) (2020), sekitar 25% dari total
jumlah UMKM di Indonesia harus berhenti beroperasi selama pandemi. Selain itu,
masalah internal seperti kurangnya pengetahuan bisnis, pembaruan TI, dan
pemahaman pasar yang buruk telah menyebabkan kinerja perusahaan yang
rendah pada sebagian besar UMKM. Kinerja perusahaan merupakan bagian
penting dari suatu perusahaan untuk mengamati dan mengevaluasi kesesuaian
hasil kegiatan usaha dengan rencana yang telah ditetapkan. Beberapa peneliti
percaya bahwa kinerja perusahaan dipengaruhi oleh orientasi kewirausahaan,
orientasi manajemen pengetahuan, dan orientasi pasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan
pada UMKM yang menjalankan usahanya di Kota Malang, Jawa Timur, Indonesia.
Pengumpulan data menggunakan pendekatan metode probabilitas dengan teknik
simple random sampling. Jumlah responden yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian
ini berjumlah 112, namun yang dapat digunakan dalam pengolahan data berjumlah
100. Metode analisis data menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling)
berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan software aplikasi
SmartPLS 3.3. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran orientasi
kewirausahaan, orientasi knowledge management, dan orientasi pasar dalam
meningkatkan kinerja UMKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orientasi
kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar terbukti berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan
kinerja UMKM. Namun, orientasi kewirausahaan tidak berpengaruh langsung
terhadap peningkatan kinerja. Orientasi kewirausahaan harus didukung oleh
orientasi pasar dalam meningkatkan kinerja UMKM. Di sisi lain, penelitian ini
menemukan orientasi knowledge management tidak berdampak pada
peningkatan kinerja. Pengetahuan dapat menjadi aset tidak berwujud dalam
jangka panjang untuk mencapai daya saing perusahaan, jika dikelola dan diproses
secara sistematis
The role of Public Entrepreneurship Orientation orientation and organizational learning capability on organizational performance mediated by innovation in service (study on top management of government institutions)
Organizational Performance is a very important aspect for the success of an organization. Good organizational performance is not only necessary for business enterprises, but it is also essential in running public service organizations such as government institutions. An organization with good performance will be able to produce quality products or services, increase customer satisfaction, and achieve the organization\u27s strategic goals. Therefore, organizational performance in government institutions is very important to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of quality governance. This study aims to identify the factors that drive the improvement of organizational performance in the public sector. This research will analyze the role of intrapreneurship and organizational learning capabilities in driving the improvement of organizational performance in the public sector. Additionally, this study aims to analyze and explain the mediating effect of service innovation on the relationship between organizational learning capabilities and organizational performance. This research is innovative in measuring organizational performance in public sector organizations. Generally, research on organizational performance measurement is conducted in business enterprises. This study is expected to reveal the factors that shape organizational performance in public sector organizations, so that public sector organizations can be more creative, innovative, transparent, and responsive in providing public services. This study employs a quantitative research method using surveys or questionnaires, which involve collecting information by compiling a list of questions to be asked of respondents. The findings of this study fully support the findings of previous research. This study found that entrepreneurial interest is one of the factors that can optimize the role of the family environment and entrepreneurship education in strengthening the self-efficacy of prospective young entrepreneurs in Indonesia
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases.
