DER KULT DER HL. LUCIJA IN MEERESSTARKEN GEMEINSCHAFTEN IM OSTEN DER ADRIA
This paper presents the basis of the cult of St. Lucy (Sveta Lucija) and its spatial and chronological spread on the eastern coast of the Adritaic Sea with an indication to some topological confirmation of the cult (Kvarner, Split and Venice). In this sense the late medieval Venetian influence, building structure of Diocletian’s mausoleum, Krk’s originality and symbolism in the mediating of the development of the cult were elaborated upon. At the end, in the conclusion, the author gives some general results of research with an accent on the belonging of votive group of saints which are regulary worshiped in coastal communities of the middle and northern coast of the eastern Adriatic Sea.
The symbolical meaning of the cult of St. Lucy amongst people with maritime tradition has not been not researched enough. Alongside the common Christian-iconographic values, which the church gives to St. Lucy according to legend, her meaning and more often presence on the localities of the eastern Adriatic coast, especially in Kvarner, Split and Venice, indicates a tradition of worship which developed on the maritime basis especially in maritime vocations. Therefore, this research will help to better understand the background of the symbolic space of Lucy’s cult and indicates to the typology of her appearance in strong maritime communities of matriarchal roots and areas of the middle and north-eastern Adriatic, including Venice.

The author of this paper investigates the content and dynamics of the change of criminal liability of legal persons for criminal offenses and the characteristics of the regulation of environmental crimes in Chapter XX of the "new" of the Criminal Code. The author refers to the initial coherency and the importance of environmental crimes in regulating the liability of legal persons for criminal offenses and recalls that when defining the scope of legal protection of the environment, two basic features of criminal law - subsidiarity and fragmentation, should not be neglected, criminal law appears as ultima ratio. The author emphasizes the need to invest a lot of effort so that Croatian modern criminal legislation does not remain only a framework, but become a powerful instrument of the struggle for effective protection of the environment. To achieve this goal continuing education, as well as political support is needed.
GAVELLA’S THEATRICAL REVIEWS IN GERMAN
This paper deals with the analysis of theatrical reviews written in German which Branko Gavella wrote in the first few years of the 20th century, for Zagreb’s daily news paper Agramer Tagblatt. Based on the reviews, the author researches the relation of Gavella as a critic in regard to certain components of the play, which means that focused on dramatic plays and finding basic idea behind them, to genre issues, and performance by the cast, especially stage speech, rather than directing, set design, and costumes. The analysis shows that Gavella considered the theatrical topics and issues that would preoccupy him as a director even as the critic of Agramer Tagblatt
Criticism of social reality in animated television adult - oriented series
In the theoretical part of the thesis the concept of social reality is briefly explained through the interpretation of the literature mainly written by foreign authors. The essential features of animated films, with a focus on those that are interesting to primarily adult audience are also explained. The following theoretical and practical chapter explained why only the following domestic and foreign animated serials have been selected: Gustav (in Hungarian original - Gusztav), Simpsoni (The Simpsons), South Park, Zlikavci and Laku noć, Hrvatska (Good Night, Croatia). The author also presented their descriptions and basic features, with special emphasis on realism and the kind of humor they nurture or cultivate.
