UPAYA GURU PAUD DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN KARAKTER PESERTA DIDIK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya guru dalam mengembangkan karakter disiplin kepada peserta didik serta untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam mengembangkan karakter disiplin kepada peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Peneliti menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi untuk mendapatkan data penelitian dari subjek penelitian. Data yang telah peneliti dapatkan dianalisis menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data sampai penarikan kesimpulan. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari subjek penelitian yaitu guru di kelas B3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya yang dilakukan guru dalam mengembangkan karakter disiplin kepada peserta didik belum optimal, hal ini dikarenakan jumlah peserta didik dalam satu kelas mencapai 48 orang sehingga membuat guru tidak mudah memberikan arahan kepada peserta didik. Menurut Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Nomor 137 Tahun 2014 tentang Standar Nasional Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini seharusnya rasio guru dan peserta didik adalah 1:15 dalam satu kelas, yaitu dengan ukuran ruang kelas minimal 3 m2 untuk 1 peserta didik
Persepsi pustakawan terhadap gaya kepemimpinan transformasional pimpinan (studi kasus upt. Perpustakaan universitas syiah kuala)
Preliminary. This study aims to determine and measure the librarians' perceptions of the leadership style of the transformational leadership through four aspects of its characteristics, consisting of; (1) Idealized Influence; (2) Inspirational Motivation; (3) Intellectual Stimulation; and (4) Individual Consideration at Syiah Kuala University Library.
Research methods. This research is quantitative descriptive, because the data obtained are in the form of descriptive statistics and percentages. The method used in this research is survey. Data collection techniques using instruments by distributing questionnaires made using a Likert scale, so that researchers can measure perceptions in this study. The instrument numbered 27 questionnaires with 20 questions, consisting of four aspects of the transformational leadership style.
Results and Discussion. The results of the questionnaire from the four aspects obtained were; (1) The idealized influence is categorized as very good, with a percentage of 90.37%. This aspect is the aspect that gets the highest score from other aspects; (2) Inspirational motivation is also categorized as very good, with a percentage of 87.11%; (3) Intellectual stimulation obtained results in the good category, with a percentage of 84.30% .; (4) Individual Consideration gets the lowest score from the three other aspects, but it is still in good category, with a percentage of 82.37%.
Conclusion. Librarians' perceptions of the transformational leadership style of the leaders of Syiah Kuala University Library from the four aspects obtained a total score of 2,323 from a maximum score of 2,700 with a percentage of 86.04% (very good)
Analisis penyebab keterlambatan pengembalian buku di layanan sirkulasi
Preliminary. This study aims to find out what is the cause of the delay in returning books at the USK Library. This research is needed as a reference for library evaluation in improving return services and as a form of continuous improvement in library circulation services. The results of this study are expected to minimize delays in returning books by users and improve discipline and quality of library circulation.
Research methods. This research is descriptive quantitative, the method used is a survey. The population in this study was the number of users who were late in returning books in 2017 amounted to 6101 people, the number of samples was determined based on the slovin formula of 375 samples, but those who returned intact were 373 questionnaires. The data collection technique used an instrument by distributing a questionnaire containing 5 questions. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis method.
Results and Discussion. Based on the survey results, the average cause of delays in returning books was because they forgot about 227 respondents (60.9%), the answer choices did not want to return books on time because they still needed the collection as many as 78 people (20.9%). The reason for the three respondents chose other reasons as many as 26 people (7%), the reason was because books were borrowed by friends as many as 21 people (5.6%). Respondents who chose to lose their loan receipts were 13 people (3.5), while those who stated that the collection was lost and had just been found were 5 people (1.3%), users who said they didn't have time to return books were 3 people (0.8%). The average answer that dominates, the user forgets to return the book according to the schedule so that it is late and is subject to fines.
Conclusion. The reason why users often return books late is because they forget, in following up on these results, libraries can minimize the causes of delays by utilizing the development of UILIS mobile, by adding notifications before the due date at least one day in advance so that users are more disciplined and not late in returning books

Hasbi, M.PdKata Kunci: Diagnosis Kesulitan, Integral Tak TentuProses pembelajaran yang dilakukan saat ini di sekolah tidak terlepas dari hubungan timbal balik antar anak didik dan guru. Sebagai pendidik sudah kewajiban kita untuk melihat, mengevaluasi, memperbaiki bahkan meningkatkan lagi kualitas proses pembelajaran bagi anak didik, agar proses pembelajaran yang akan berlangsung dihari yang akan datang berjalan dengan sebagaimana mestinya. SMAN 10 Fajar Harapan Banda Aceh salah satu dari sekian banyak sekolah yang merupakan Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) terbaik. Namun tidak semua anak didik sama, ada yang memuaskan dan ada yang kurang memuaskan jika ditinjau dari segi pengetahuan. Ada sebagian kecil siswa yang mengikuti remedial pada beberapa materi pembelajaran matematika, namun tidak diketahui apa penyebab dari mereka mengalami kesulitan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1)kMendeskripsikan jenis-jenis kesulitan yang dialami oleh siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal integral tak tentu di kelas XI SMAN 10 Fajar Harapan Banda Aceh; 2) Mengetahui tingkat kesulitan yang dialami oleh siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal integral tak tentu di kelas XI SMAN 10 Fajar Harapan Banda Aceh. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMAN 10 Fajar Harapan Banda Aceh sebanyak 37 orang siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk menganalisis jawaban siswa tentang kesulitan yang dihadapi adalah tes essay. Sedangkan wawancara digunakan untuk mengetahui penyebab kesulitan yang dialami siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa-siswa yang mengalami kesulitan di kelas XI SMAN 10 Fajar Harapan Banda Aceh disebabkan oleh: 1) Kesulitan dalam mengoperasikan bentuk integral; 2) Kesulitan dalam pemahaman konsep integral tak tentu; 3) Kesulitan dalam memahami maksud soal yang diberikan; Tingkat kesulitan yang dialami siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal integral tak tentu adalah 15,2% dari seluruh data siswa dan ini tergolong dalam tingkat kesulitan yang sangat rendah

THE MATERNITY PROTECTION OF WOMEN WORKERS: A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF INDONESIAN AND MALAYSIAN LABOR LAWS
DAMPAK PEMBELAJARAN PASCA DARING TERHADAP KEMANDIRIAN BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK SD MUHAMMADIYAH KADISOKA KELAS IV
This study aims to: 1.) To analyze the impact of post-awakening learning on the
learning independence of students of SD Muhammadiyah Kadisoka. 2.) To
identify aspects of learning independence to be achieved in post-awakening
learning at SD Muhammadiyah Kadisoka. 3.) To describe the factors that can
foster the learning independence of students of SD Muhammadiyah Kadisoka.
The type of research used is qualitative with the data collection techniques used
are interviews, observations and documentation. Qualitative data analysis is
carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation and drawing
conclusions.
This study produced three conclusions, namely: 1.) There are positive and
negative impacts in online and post-awareness learning on the learning
independence of grade IV students of SD Muhammadiyah Kadisoka. Positive
impacts include being able to form an independent nature in students, getting a
good response in the learning process, learning becomes more practical, easier to
interact and the delivery of material attracts more students' attention As for the
negative impact of online and post-awakening learning, students need to re-adapt
to the school environment and learning activities as usual before the pandemic
existed, learners do not understand learning because the limited communication
between learners makes it difficult for learners to learn and understand the
material, and learning outcomes are declining. 2.) Aspects of learning
independence to be achieved in post-awakening learning at SD Muhammadiyah
Kadisoka are: personal attributes, processes, and learning contexts. 3.) Factors that
can foster the learning independence of students of SD muhammadiyah kadisoka
include: a. Internal factors include: interest, discipline, self-confidence,
motivation, initiative, and responsibility. b. External factors include: school
environment, family environment, learning facilities and teacher creativity. From
these results, it can be concluded that the school environment and family
environment greatly influence in fostering learning stagnation in students. Schools
can foster the independence of students by forming attitudes and habituation in
activities at school. Families can foster the independence of students by providing
education, enthusiasm, motivation in learning, educating students and forming
behaviors that can foster student independence
Analisis Pelaksanaan Program Pos Pelayanan Terpadu (Posyandu) di Gampong Meunasah Kulam Kecamatan Meurah Dua Kabupaten Pidie Jaya
Pelaksanaan program Posyandu merupakan hak asasi dan investasi sehingga perlu diupayakan dan ditingkatkan oleh setiap individu dan seluruh bangsa agar masyarakat bisa menikmati hidup sehat. Hal ini telah dijelaskan dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 36 Tahun 2009 tentang Kesehatan dan telah ditetapkan dalam Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri (Permendagri) Nomor 54 Tahun 2007 tentang Kelompok Kerja Operasional Posyandu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan program Posyandu di gampong Meunasah Kulam Kecamatan Meurah Dua Kabupaten Pidie Jaya, termasuk faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data berupa reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program Posyandu di gampong Meunasah Kulam menurut tingkat perkembangannya termasuk ke dalam Posyandu Madya, karena cakupan diantara kelima kegiatan utamanya masih rendah yaitu kurang dari 50%. Walaupun pelaksanaan kegiatannya sudah lebih dari 8 kali pertahun, dengan jumlah rata-rata kader sebanyak 5 orang, tetapi ini belum dapat dikatakan maksimal. Selain itu, dalam penelitian ini juga ditemukan beberapa faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan program Posyandu di gampong Meunasah Kulam, yaitu adanya partisipasi masyarakat dalam Posyandu, adanya sosialisasi, kehadiran kader ke Posyandu serta jarak Posyandu yang mudah dijangkau oleh masyarakat. Adapun faktor penghambatnya adalah sarana dan prasarana yang belum memadai dan pola pikir masyarakat yang masih kurang tentang imunisasi. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan masyarakat lebih peka terhadap kesehatan dirinya sendiri dan dapat ikut serta di setiap kegiatan yang dibuat, terutama dalam kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan imunisasi
Improving Student Learning Outcomes Through Interactive Media on Healthy Food Topics in Elementary Schools
The problem of low student understanding of healthy food concepts in elementary schools is a major challenge in the learning process, mainly due to the use of conventional methods that are not very interesting. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes through the application of interactive learning media on healthy food material. Using the Kemmis and McTaggart Classroom Action Research (CAR) model, this study was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The research subjects were 25 fifth-grade students at SDN 05 Banda Aceh, who were selected purposively. The results showed a significant increase in the average student learning outcomes, from 65.2 at the beginning to 84.6 in Cycle II. This increase was also in line with a surge in the learning completeness rate from 32% to 92%, which demonstrated the effectiveness of interactive media in helping students achieve learning standards. It can be concluded that interactive learning media proved to be effective in improving student learning outcomes and participation in learning about healthy food. The implication of this study is that interactive media can be adopted as an innovative learning strategy in line with student characteristics and modern educational demands.
