No full textDetecting pathogens and mounting immune responses upon infection is crucial for animal health. However, these responses come at a high metabolic price (McKean and Lazzaro, 2011, Kominsky et al., 2010), and avoiding pathogens before infection may be advantageous. The bacterial endotoxins lipopolysaccharides (LPS) are important immune system infection cues (Abbas et al., 2014), but it remains unknown whether animals possess sensory mechanisms to detect them prior to infection. Here we show that Drosophila melanogaster display strong aversive responses to LPS and that gustatory neurons expressing Gr66a bitter receptors mediate avoidance of LPS in feeding and egg laying assays. We found the expression of the chemosensory cation channel dTRPA1 in these cells to be necessary and sufficient for LPS avoidance. Furthermore, LPS stimulates Drosophila neurons in a TRPA1-dependent manner and activates exogenous dTRPA1 channels in human cells. Obiectivele cercetării sunt:
1. Studierea aspectelor teoretice tangente domeniului de dezvoltare a soluțiilor de tip e-
Commerce care sprijină domeniul HoReCa;
2. Cercetarea aplicațiilor existente în domeniul e-Commerce orientate spre promovarea
HoReCa pentru determinarea funcționalităților aplicație de concepție proprie;
3. Analiza potențialului și aplicabilității soluțiilor dezvoltate în cadrul tezei;
4. Dezvoltarea și testarea aplicației.
În cadrul tezei respectivă a fost analizat conceptul de comerț tradițional și electronic, au
fost descrise caracteristicele modelelor de afacere și s-a făcut o comparare dintre comerțul tradițional și electronic. Următorul pas a fost analiza soluțiilor deja existe și a instrumentelor de dezvoltarea. În această teză a fost expus procesul de dezvoltare pe partea de frontend, deoarece au fost găsite câteva instrumente care ajută la dezvoltarea parții de backend, acest lucru poate
economisi multe resurse clientului. În final am primit toate paginile necesare pentru dezvoltarea
unei aplicații de tipul dat și toate modele de conceptualizare pentru a dezvolta produsul până la capăt.
Aplicația respectivă ajută la promovarea ambelor părți în modelul B2B, promovarea poate fi directă și indirectă. În cazul nostru compania care dezvoltă aplicație este promovată indirect, iar compania care face se folosește de aplicație se promovează direct. Produsul care este comercializat în cazul exemplului meu este o cutie cu prăjituri personalizate, aici poate fi oricare
tip de produs care poate fi personalizat.The purpose of this master's thesis consists in the conceptualization and development of an e-Commerce solution for managing products and customized orders for B2B businesses in the HoReCa field.
The objectives of the research are:
1. Studying the theoretical aspects related to the field of development of e-Commerce solutions that support the HoReCa field;
2. Research of existing applications in the field of e-Commerce oriented towards the promotion of HoReCa in order to determine the functionalities of the application of its own design;
3. Analysis of the potential and applicability of the solutions developed within the thesis;
4. Application development and testing.
In that thesis, the concept of traditional and electronic commerce was analyzed, the characteristics of business models were described and a comparison was made between traditional and electronic commerce. The next step was to analyze existing solutions and development tools. In this thesis the frontend development process has been exposed, as some tools have been found to help the backend development, this can save a lot of resources to the client. In the end we received all the pages needed to develop an application of the given type and all the conceptual models to develop the product to the end.
That application helps in promoting both parties in B2B model, promotion can be direct and indirect. In our case, the company that develops the application is promoted indirectly, and the company that uses the application is promoted directly. The product being marketed in the case of my example is a custom cookie box, here it can be any type of product that can be customized

teritoriul Republicii Moldova.
Astfel, prezenta teză își propune crearea unui sistem prin intermediul căruia consumatorii de servicii publice de gospodărie comunală să aibă posibilitatea de a afla în timp util, fără prea mari eforturi și pierderi de timp, despre sistările prestărilor de servicii, indiferent de timpul și locul unde aceștia se află, printr-o notificare pe telefon.
Un astfel de sistem ar facilita munca prestatorilor de servicii comunale și ar spori efectivitatea anunțării populației despre sistările ce urmează a fi făcute, dar și gradul de satisfacție în rândul consumatorilor pentru că situațiile în care aceștia se pomenesc pot apărea în cele mai
nepotrivite momente.
Lucrarea în sine, conține analizele statisticile referitoare la prestarea serviciilor de gospodărie comunală pentru a determina importanța și fiabilitatea acestui domeniu atunci când se vorbește despre necesitatea dezvoltării unor sisteme care să contribuie la procesul de digitalizare a raporturilor dintre prestatorii de servicii și consumatorii finali.
Un alt aspect important care este analizat în cadrul acestei lucrări sunt acele sisteme informaționale care sunt utilizate actual în procesul de notificare a populației cu privire la deconectările de servicii comunale și care sunt neajunsurile acestora.
Al treilea aspect ce este valorificat în cadrul capitolului II este analiza instrumentelor ce pot fi utilizate pentru realizarea unui sistem informațional de e-Notificare.This paper aims at scientific and applied research in the technological, but also social-economic field, with the aim of conceptualizing, developing and implementing an E-notification system of communal service interruptions that would cover the requirements of citizens throughout the territory of the Republic of Moldova.
Thus, we present to you the proposal to create a system by increasing the consumers of public communal household services to have the opportunity to find out in a timely manner, without too much effort and loss of time, about the suspensions of the provision of services, regardless of the time and place. they are, by a notification on the phone.
Such a system would facilitate the work of communal service providers and would increase the effectiveness of notifying the population about the suspensions to be made, but also the degree of satisfaction among consumers because the situations in which they are recalled can occur at the most inappropriate moments.
The work contains the statistical analyzes related to the provision of communal household services in order to determine this field when talking about the need to develop systems that contribute to the digitalization process of the relationships between service providers and end consumers.
Another important aspect that is analyzed in these works are those information systems that are current in the process of notifying the population about disconnections of common services and what are their shortcomings.
The third aspect that is capitalized in Chapter II is the analysis of tools that can be activities for the creation of an e-Notification information system

Põder (his memoirs were published in Russian as Põder 2019). He created an alphabet and was writing down texts, phrases and words in his native variety throughout years . These manuscripts with his original orthography, phonological transcription, morphological glossing, and Russian translation were prepared for publication and enriched with comments on particular aspects of phonetics and phonology, morphology, lexicon and syntax. Scopul tezei de master: Dezvoltarea și implementarea unui modul pe platforma 1C care permite crearea și gestionarea bazei de clienți altfel mai numiți contragenți pe exemplul unei interprinderi din sectorul micului business, datele de test fiind unele emulate în funcție de specificul tabelelor și atribuțiilor sale.
Prin această teză se vor realiza obiectivele de cercetare:
• Studierea materialelor corelate cu tema cercetării din perspectiva legislativă, științifică, metodologică pentru determinarea capacităților aplicative ale procesului de preluare a
datelor pentru micul business.
• Identificarea și descrierea comparată ale potențialelor soluții pentru aplicarea acestora ca și instrumente TIC în micul business în context științific si practic.
• Elaborarea și descrierea etapizata a modelul conceptual și logic al instrumentului
TIC dezvoltat pentru micul business.
• Configurarea și descrierea modelului avizat din perspectiva dezvoltatorului și a
administratorului.
Pentru atingerea scopului propus s-a recurs la metode de studiere a literaturii științifice de specialitate și publicațiilor în cadrul conferințelor și revistelor de profil tehno-economic. Analiza critică a aplicațiilor din același domeniu de cercetare cu paltforma noastră 1C Înterprindere. Rezultatele obținute în urma cercetării efectuate sunt prezentate pe baza platformei 1C
Înterpindere, prin indermediul căreia vor fi prezentate module și instrumente de gestionare și prelucrare eficientă a datelor pentru a ajuta în dezvoltare continuu micul business din Republica
Moldova.

The purpose of the master's thesis: Development and implementation of a module on
the 1C platform that allows the creation and management of the customer base otherwise called
contractors on the example of a small business enterprise, test data being emulated depending on
the specifics of its tables and responsibilities.
This thesis will achieve the research objectives:
• Studying the materials related to the research topic from a legislative, scientific, methodological perspective to determine the application capabilities of the data acquisition
process for small business.
• Identification and comparative description of potential solutions for their application as
ICT tools in small business in a scientific and practical context.
• Elaboration and staged description of the conceptual and logical model of the ICT tool
developed for small business.
• Configuration and description of the approved model from the perspective of the developer and the administrator.
In order to achieve the proposed goal, methods were used to study the scientific literature and publications in conferences and journals of techno-economic profile. Critical analysis of applications in the same field of research with our 1C Enterprise platform. The results of the research are presented on the basis of the 1C Enterprise platform, through which modules and tools for efficient data management and processing will be presented to help the continuous development of small business in the Republic of Moldova.
