PERANCANGAN MEDIA PROMOSI WISATA SEJARAH KABUPATEN MOJOKERTO

Kata Kunci: Media Promosi, Wisata Sejarah, Kabupaten Mojokerto Abstrak: Kabupaten Mojokerto memiliki banyak sekali destinasi wisata sejarah yang notabena adalah peninggalan Kerajaan Majapahit. Dengan banyaknya destinasi tempat wisata sejarah tersebut, Kabupaten Mojokerto memiliki potensi untuk menjadi daerah yang patut dipertimbangkan sebagai destinasi kunjungan para wisatawan. Destinasi destinasi tersebut sangat cocok untuk para wisatawan yang menyukai tempat bersejarah. Akan tetapi, di zaman yang sudah berkembang dan maju ini dengan banyaknya destinasi wisata sejarah tersebut Kabupaten Mojokerto belum memiliki sebuah media promosi yang bersifat informative dan modern, maka tujuan perancangan ini adalah membuat sebuah media promosi yang tepat dan actual sehingga dapat mengenalkan wisata sejarah di Kabupaten Mojokerto. Model perancangan yang digunakan dalam Perancangan Media Promosi Wisata Sejarah Kabupaten Mojokerto ini menggunakan perancangan model prosedural dengan pendekatan kualitatif sebagai dasar penyusunan. Model prosedural adalah model yang bersifat deskriptif, dimana menggariskan langkah-langkah yang diikuti untuk menghasilkan sebuah produk. Langkah-langkah yang harus ditempuh dalam penelitian ini bersifat sistematis, tersrtuktur, dan berurutan sehingga akan memberikan hasil akhir yang dapat memecahkan permasalahan dilihat dari kondisi nyata di lapangan. Penelitian kualitatif menggunakan data berupa narasi yang diwujudkan dari penjelasan berdasarkan hasil pengamatan dan kajian berbagai sumber.Hasil akhir dari perancangan Media Promosi Wisata Sejarah Kabupaten Mojokerto adalah berupa media promosi seperti poster, x-banner, merchandise, dan juga flyer yang dicetak dengan ukuran asli. Disamping itu juga disertai dengan buku katalog elektronik dan juga cetak yang berisi tentang informasi-informasi mengenai wisata sejarah peninggalan Kerajaan Majapahit yang ada di Kabupaten Mojokerto. Hasil akhir dari perancangan tersebut diharapkan dapat membantu segi promosi dari wisata sejarah dari Kabupaten Mojokerto
ANALISIS DESAIN UI/UX PADA APLIKASI BIMA MOBILE BANK JATENG MENGGUNAKAN METODE DESIGN THINKING
Persaingan pasar di era digital mendorong Bank Jateng untuk meningkatkan loyalitas nasabah melalui peningkatan kualitas aplikasi mobile banking mereka, yaitu Bima Mobile. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi UI/UX pada aplikasi Bima Mobile dengan menerapkan metode Design Thinking, yang terdiri dari lima langkah utama: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, dan Test. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan sistematis untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pengguna dan mengembangkan solusi inovatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Bima Mobile memperoleh skor System Usability Scale (SUS) sebesar 76, yang masuk dalam kategori "Acceptability" dan Grade B (70-84). Skor ini mencerminkan kualitas aplikasi yang baik dari segi kemudahan penggunaan, efektivitas, dan efisiensi, meskipun masih terdapat ruang untuk perbaikan. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan kurangnya beberapa fitur penting dan tampilan yang lebih sederhana serta user-friendly, yang jika diperbaiki, dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna dan loyalitas nasabah. Meskipun penelitian telah memenuhi sebagian besar kebutuhan pengguna, cakupan responden dapat diperluas untuk mendapatkan lebih banyak umpan balik terkait tampilan dan kepuasan pengguna. Transformative Resilience: A Study of Derivative Form of Resilience in Informal Settlement (Case Study: Bukit Duri, Jakarta)
The exposure of flooding has been existed in several Global South countries, not particularly in Indonesia. The community which has been living in vulnerable location encounters the magnitude of flooding through times with a difficult and complicated situation to encounter the devastating impact of the disaster. Many policies and actions from the government have tried to solve the issues, yet the outcomes are still improperly touching the root of problems. Lack of dialogue between authority and inhabitants has resulted in a clash of rationalities which then destructs the process of policy implementation.The primary objective of the research is to set various pattern of intervention which can be implemented in informal settlement as a part of constructing resilience and sustainable system in the neighborhood. Based on that objectives, several observations and analysis were made to identify the local properties that could contribute to the improvement of spatial, economic, and social quality. The flooding as the central issues in this project is also analyzed through layer mapping and analytical review, including identification of stakeholder and flood-risk governance that exist in the system. The framework of resilience which includes engineering resilience, ecological resilience and social resilience is being a reference to determine the value of existing properties which importantly contributed to the performance of resilience-sustainability system.Zoned-defined intervention as the design hypothesis is proposed as the statement of solution which tries to manage diverse problems on the site. Due to the complexity and variety of the problems, categorization of problems is madeto determine the most important properties in the neighborhood which still needs improvement.The products of this research compile several layers of solution which includes policy recommendations, design framework, pattern of designs and test case (pilot project) intervention. The framework of flood-risk governance asses all the intervention and design proposal which then contributes to the improvement of resilience value.In the end, this research will be an input for the local stakeholders, both the authority and grassroots actors, to develop the quality of livelihood in the context towards a more resilience and sustainable neighborhood. THE EFFECT OF INTERNAL AUDIT ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE (GCG) IN PT. BANK XYZ IN SURABAYA
To improve the Bank's performance, protect the stakeholder’s needs, and improving compliance with the applicable laws and generally accepted ethical values in the banking industry, the Bank should conduct its operations in GCG. One of them is the assessment of the GCG’s implementation between the Internal Audit function. The research aims to determine the Internal Audit’s role in the implementation of GCG. The variable of this research is the Internal Audit (X) as an independent variable, and then implementation of GCG (Y) as the dependent variable. The research is using a simple linear regression analysis techniques to test the hypothesis. The data used in this research is primary data, where it was obtained through questionnaires. The population is 25 respondents, which means that all respondents were sampled. Respondents came from the Internal Audit Unit of PT. Bank XYZ. The Results are showing the coefficient of Internal Audit (X) on the application of GCG is 11,088 with a significance level is 0,00 < 0,05. So the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and then the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. In other words, it has a significant influence. Results of the test determination using the formula coefficient of determination, Internal Audit influenced 84% of GCG implementation. The rest was influenced by other factors that aren't included in this research
ASPEK-ASPEK PERUBAHAN ADEGAN DALAM FILM UNE PARTIE DE CAMPAGNE KARYA SUTRADARA JEAN RENOIR DIANGKAT DARI CERPEN KARYA GUY DE MAUPASSANT : ANALISIS EKRANISASI
Film is a new type of media, established in the 18th century which consists of motion
images, making them appears like moving. This new industry completing the success
from novels that published in the last century. Many directors have tried to adapt the
famous story from the mid-century. This transformation process is called
�ekranisasi�. Une Partie de Campagne is a short story written by Guy de
Maupassant. The story was adapted by French director, Jean Renoir. Additional
scene, removal scene and additional variation are the typical of this transformation
because the film is limited with the duration and the cinematographic aspect needs to
be added. This aspect consists of background aspect, camera-placing, camera effect
and the actors. The fundamental difference between the short story and film can be
seen by the description of actors, the different background and camera effect to get
the best point of view. Therefore, the film will have a better quality. By these
differences that appear in the transformation, it is proven that literatures are not rigid
and they can be changed along with the new form.

MODELING LEARNING GAME BASED DIGITAL TO CHILDREN OF SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL FOR GEOGRAPHY SCIENCE BASED ON UNITY
The development of information and communication technology is now a major effect on many
aspects of life, even human behavior and activities are now a lot depends on the information and
communication technology. One example is the use of technology in teaching and learning, namely with
the game. The game is already familiar to the students. When students are lazy to read books while
studying, they are cool to play games. Therefore, the author makes an effective solution in learning so
that they are not lazy to study. This game was designed with the concept of 2D so it can be run on
smartphones that have lower specs. To build this game, the author uses Unity 3D 5.4. So, students can
learn with pleasure and do not get bored while studying
Leadership And Business Networking in a Radio Station
In the changes in current era nowadays, services business entity are required to give more qualified services to be survive in the market and to compete to the other competitors that will affected the business performance in the market. Many new services business entity in the media in Indonesia are established and develop. This led to the intense of competition to get the market share of media
business with the strategies that apply by each of the media enterprise. To be able to compete in the market and survive is require the appropriate and in accordance to reach the goal of the media enterprise. The selection of proper strategy is necessary for a leader to choose, and with
her leadership style which able to motivate her subordinates to give their best for their job and also to influence people around her to support her idea by the business networking. So that the leader able to complete the organization’s goal, it requires the appropriate leadership style to lead her subordinates and to approach people to be her business networks and to support her idea become reality. The selection of appropriate leadership style will affect the performance of the leader in leading the organization and the organization’s performance itself.
In this thesis the author discuss about the influence of the leadership style to lead the members of the organization and to get the business networking to support the leader to achieve the goal of JJFM radio station in Surabaya. With the
servant leadership style and participative leadership style apply by the radio manager it help her to lead her subordinates. And with the friendship/social supports business networking style It help the leader to get her business networks to support her to accomplish the organization’ goal

Perbaikan Operasi Pergudangan Dengan Pendekatan Lean Matrix For Warehouse Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Karoseri
Pada proses pergudangan di PT X terdapat beberapa permasalahan, salah satunya yaitu
penyimpanan sparepart yang menumpuk karena perusahaan tidak menerapkan sistem
manajemen persediaan dan forecasting dengan baik. Pada Februari 2021, dari 252 jenis
sparepart yang terdapat pada gudang. Hanya 46 dari jenis sparepart yang memiliki
permintaan pada bulan tersebut atau sebesar 18%, mengindikasikan bahwa mayoritas
dari sparepart menjadi deadstock di gudang. Terdapat indikasi waste waiting pada
kegiatan unloading dan storaging dikarenakan kurangnya tenaga kerja pada gudang
mengakibatkan barang yang datang diletakkan pada lantai gudang sebelum
dipindahkan ke rak yang bersangkutan. Kondisi peletakan dan penataan barang yang
tidak rapi membuat lead time proses pergudangan lebih lama dikarenakan pekerja perlu
mencari barang terlebih dahulu serta melakukan pergerakan tambahan untuk
menggapai produk (waste motion). Dari permasalahan tersebut terdapat indikasi
kegiatan yang tidak memberi nilai tambah sehingga penulis menggunakan pendekatan
lean warehousing dengan tools Lean Matrix for Warehouse (LMW). Dari hasil
penelitian didapatkan bahwa area kritis pada gudang adalah lantai satu gudang
eksternal. Serta rekomendasi perbaikan dengan rank of action priority tertinggi adalah
pelaksanaan rekrutmen dan training pada pekerja yang diproyeksikan mampu
mengurangi lead time proses pergudangan hingga 68% pada gudang internal dan 45%
pada gudang eksternal.

In the warehousing process at PT X, there are several problems, one of which is
spareparts’ storage that accumulates because the company does not implement a good
inventory management and forecasting system. In February 2021, of the 252 types of
spare parts in the warehouse. Only 46 of the spare parts had demand for that month or
18% in total. Indicating that the majority of spare parts were deadstock in the
warehouse. There are indications of waiting in unloading and storage activities due to
the lack of manpower in the warehouse resulting in the goods coming to be placed on
the warehouse floor before being moved to the respective shelves. The condition of
placing and arranging items that are not neatly arranged makes the lead time of the
warehousing process longer because workers need to find the goods first and make
additional movements to reach the product (motion waste). From these problems, there
are indications of activities that do not provide added value, so the author uses a lean
warehousing approach with Lean Matrix for Warehouse (LMW) tools. From the results
of the study, it was found that the critical area in the warehouse is the first floor of the
external warehouse. As well as recommendations for improvement with the highest
rank of action priority is the implementation of recruitment and training for workers
which is projected to be able to reduce the lead time of the warehousing process by up
to 68% on internal warehouse and 45% on internal warehous
