merupakan langkah strategis yang mungkin dilakukan saat ini mengingat
keotentikan alat bukti tes DNA itu sendiri, sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 184
KUHAP tentang alat bukti yang sah. Sebagai alat bukti petunjuk, tentunya
berdampak sangat signifikan dalam pengungkapan kasus terorisme. Tujuan
penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaturan hukum pemanfaatan tes DNA
oleh penyidik untuk identifikasi pelaku dan korban terorisme, untuk mengetahui
pelaksanaan tes DNA oleh penyidik untuk identifikasi pelaku dan korban
terorisme, dan untuk mengetahui kendala dalam pemanfaatan tes DNA oleh
penyidik untuk identifikasi pelaku dan korban terorisme.
Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian hukum yang bersifat deskriptif
analisis dan menggunakan jenis penelitian yuridis empiris yaitu penggabungan
atau pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan unsur-unsur empiris yang diambil data
primer dengan melakukan wawancara dan data sekunder dengan mengolah data
dari bahan hukum primer, bahan hukum sekunder dan bahan hukum tersier, dan
juga penelitian ini mengelola data yang ada dengan menggunakan analisis
kualitatif.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dipahami bahwa Pengaturan Hukum
Pemanfaatan Tes DNA Oleh Penyidik Untuk Identifikasi Pelaku Dan Korban
Terorisme hanya diatur dalam KUHAP dan itupun tidak secara khusus tersirat,
sehingga berakibat masalah legalitasnya bersifat sangat interpretatif. Pelaksanaan

melalui Pemanfaatan tes DNA dalam mengungkap pelaku tindak pidana terorisme

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. No full textAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan belajar siswa kelas IV pada materi Daur Hidup Hewan (Metamorfosis) di MI Wali Songo Sawohan Sidoarjo diantaranya yakni kurang optimalnya media yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran, serta rendahnya aktifitas belajar siswa dikarenakan model pembelajaran yang digunakan cenderung menggunakan metode ceramah, menghafal konsep dan teori yang abstrak tanpa pertimbangan manfaat bagi siswa. Maka dari itu peneliti mengembangkan suatu media yang dapat mengkonkretkan materi yang diajarkan serta dapat meningkatkan aktifitas belajar melalui alat peraga yang dapat membantu siswa dalam melakukan pengamatan objek (daur hidup hewan) secara langsung. Dan media CAI yang dapat menyajikan materi melalui berbagai metode seperti drill and practice, tutorial, simulasi, permainan, problem-solving, dan lain sebagainya. Produk yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan pengembangan ini terdiri dari (1) 1 set kotak alat peraga IPA untuk proses pengamatan terhadap daur hidup hewan, (2) program CAI yang dikemas dalam bentuk Compact Disk, (3) serta bahan penyerta media. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian pengembangan (Developmental research). Analisis data yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui analisis data kualitatif berdasarkan persentase kriteria penilaian dan analisis kuantitatif nilai siswa. Berdasarkan hasil validasi dan uji coba produk terhadap media yang dikembangkan diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: validasi ahli materi I untuk media alat peraga IPA realia sebesar 89% (baik sekali) dan untuk media CAI sebesar 93% (baik sekali). Validasi ahli materi II untuk media alat peraga IPA realia sebesar 81% (baik sekali) dan untuk media CAI sebesar 87% (baik sekali). Validasi ahli media I untuk media alat peraga IPA realia sebesar 97% (baik sekali) dan untuk media CAI sebesar 94%, (baik sekali). Validasi ahli media II untuk media CAI sebesar 77% (baik). Uji coba lapangan sebesar 93% (baik sekali). Dan hasil ketuntasan belajar siswa kelas IV materi daur hidup hewan sebesar 80% (baik).

Pendampingan Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur’an di Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an Babul Maghfirah Gunong Kleng, Aceh Barat
Full text linkThe mentoring program for the Qur'an Recitation Competition (MTQ) at TPQ Babul Maghfirah, West Aceh, was conducted to assist students in preparing for the competition. This study aims to describe the mentoring process, identify supporting and inhibiting factors, and analyze its impacts. Using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the mentoring program encompasses candidate selection processes, participant training and coaching, and competition simulations. Supporting factors include students' enthusiasm and parental support, while time constraints and limited facilities emerge as primary challenges. This mentoring program is expected not only to enhance competition performance but also to deepen students' connection with the Qur'an. The findings recommend collaboration with local stakeholders for sustainable program development

No full textWe have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
