    ABSTRAK Dalam rangka menghasilkan produk pendidikan yang baru dan berkualitas maka Pondok Pesantren Al-Amanah melakukan Inovasi kurikulum berbasis MTC (Multi Tripel Curriculum) kurikulum yang mengunggulkan tiga keunggulan. Inovasi kurikulum di Pondok Pesantren Al-Amanah bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi setiap peserta didik. Oleh sebab itu, lembaga  Pondok Pesantren Al-Amanah melakukan sebuah inovasi kurikulum baru yang selalu dilakukan dalam beberapa masa agar kompetensi Peserta didik di Pesantren dapat mengalami peningkatan. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang Efektivitas Inovasi Kurikulum dalam Peningkatan Kompetensi Santri di Pondok Pesantren Al-Amanah Bahrul ‘Ulum Tambakberas Jombang. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data dengan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, setelah mendapatkan data yang diperlukan penulis, data dideskripsikan lalu dianalisis.  Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis menunjukan bahwa inovasi kurikulum pada Pondok Pesantren Al-Amanah dilakukan melalui tahap perencanaan, penerapan dan evaluasi inovasi. Inovasi kurikulum tersebut berdampak pada meningkatnya kompetensi setiap santri yang meliputi kemampuan kognitif (pengetahuan), afektif (sikap), dan psikomotorik (keterampilan) santri pada tiga program pendidikan yang ada di Al-Amanah yaitu Madrasah Diniyah, Madrasah Al-Qur’an dan Jam’iyah Tahfidzil Qur’an. Oleh sebab itu setelah melakukan observasi proses inovasi kurikulum dalam peningkatan santri di Pondok Pesantren Putri Al-Amanah berjalan dengan sangat baik meskipun ditengah jalan lembaga memiliki beberapa kendala dilapangan, baik dari santri sendiri maupun pihak pelaku inovasi. Akan tetapi hal tersebut diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan dan acuan lembaga dalam melakukan inovasi kurikulum dimasa yang akan datang. Kata Kunci: Multi Triple Curriculum, Komprtrnsi Santri, dan Pondok Pesantren   ABSTRACT In order to produce new and quality educational products, the Al-Amanah Islamic Boarding School has implemented a curriculum innovation based on MTC (Multi Triple Curriculum), a curriculum that emphasizes three advantages. Curriculum innovation at the Al-Amanah Islamic Boarding School aims to improve the competence of each student. Therefore, the Al-Amanah Islamic Boarding School has implemented a new curriculum innovation that is always carried out in several periods so that the competence of students at the Islamic Boarding School can increase. This study examines the Effectiveness of Curriculum Innovation in Improving the Competence of Students at the Al-Amanah Bahrul 'Ulum Tambakberas Jombang Islamic Boarding School. The method in this study is qualitative research using a descriptive analysis approach, data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation, after obtaining the data needed by the author, the data is described and then analyzed. The results of the research conducted by the author show that curriculum innovation at the Al-Amanah Islamic Boarding School is carried out through the stages of planning, implementation and evaluation of innovation. This curriculum innovation has resulted in increased competency for each student, encompassing cognitive (knowledge), affective (attitude), and psychomotor (skills) abilities across the three educational programs at Al-Amanah: Madrasah Diniyah, Madrasah Al-Qur'an, and Jam'iyah Tahfidzil Qur'an. Therefore, after observing the curriculum innovation process for improving student performance at the Al-Amanah Girls' Islamic Boarding School, it has been remarkably successful, despite several obstacles encountered along the way, both by the students themselves and by the innovators. However, this is expected to serve as a reference and guide for the institution in implementing curriculum innovation in the future.     The purpose of writing this journal is to find out the language of young people in modern times, which is influenced by the Arabic language Fusha and Amiyah which are used as the language of the native Arabic. The language user is also influenced by Fusha and Amiyah language differences. In this journal the author also describes the language of Egyptian youth in the early twenty-first century, then the language of women in the 11th century which is also considered to affect the language of young people in modern times. The method used by the authors in this journal is to use a library analysis approach that describes using theories supported by valid and up-to-date literature. The results of this journal writing are that the components contained in the contents of this journal are all continuous in influencing the language of young people in modern times

The results of this journal writing are that the components contained in the contents of this journal are all continuous in influencing the language of young people in modern times. كما عرفنا من أهداف كتابة هذا البحث يعني لحث المفارقة  في  اللغة المتقدمين و اللغة الشباب اليوم نشأتها وتنميتها في العالم مع مرور الحضارة. كما رأينا لاحقا أنّ نشأة الفصحى في قريش واعتمادها على الكثير من خصائص شيئ مختلفة فيه. والفصحى أيضا، هي ظرف لم يتوفر لآية لغة من اللغات العالم أنها ارتبطت القرآن الكريم منذ أربعة عشر قرنا. فنشأة حضارة الشباب تأثرت إلى نشأن لغتهم عمية كانت أو فصحة في المستقبل مع أنهما العربية فشتان بينهما. في هذا الحين بين الباحث أيضا لغة شباب المصريين في بدء أول القرن الحادي والعشرين ثم لغة المرأة التي تأثرت تأثيرا عظيما أيضا نحو شباب اليوم في القرن الحادي عشر. وأما مدخل البحث الذي استخدمه الباحث يعني بحث مكتبي لتحليل مشكلات البحث بنظرية الموافقة مؤلفة كانت وصالحة. وأما الحاصلة من كتابة هذا البحث اجماليا هي مكونات التي اشتملت في هذا البحث كلها اتصاليا بمؤثرة لغة شباب اليوم في عصرنا هذا
