Hubungan antara Komparasi Sosial dengan Citra Tubuh Pada Perempuan Dewasa Awal
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara komparasi sosial dengan citra tubuh pada perempuan dewasa awal. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif non eksperimen. Metode penelitian kuantitatif non eksperimen bertujuan untuk meneliti korelasi antar variabel. Teknik sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan populasi 120 perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dengan skala yang terdiri atas skala komparasi sosial dan citra tubuh. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan uji korelasi poduct moment dengan bantuan dari SPSS 26.0 for windows. Hasil pada penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara komparasi sosial dengan citra tubuh. Hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari taraf signifikansi sebesar 0.000 (p < 0.05) dengan skor koefisien korelasi sebanyak 0.381. Berdasarkan analisa dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan positif antara komparasi sosial dengan citra tubuh pada perempuan dewasa awal. Hal ini menunjukkan jika semakin tinggi komparasi sosial yang dilakukan oleh perempuan, maka semakin tinggi citra tubuh. Hal ini juga berlaku sebaliknya, apabila komparasi sosial yang dilakukan rendah, maka semakin tinggi citra tubuh
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Pengembangan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) Berorientasi Problem Solving untuk Melatihkan Keterampilan Berpikir Kritis Peserta Didik pada Materi Asam Basa
The purpose of this research was to describe the viability of using problem solving worksheets to teach students how to think critically about acid-base material. In assessing the viability of the student worksheets that have been developed, there are three factors that are taken into consideration, namely validity, practicality, and efficacy. In this study, 22 students from class XI MIPA 13 SMAN 1 Sidoarjo participated in a limited trial stage of the Research and Development (R&D) technique from Borg and Gall. The findings of this research indicate that validity, which comprises construct and content validity, each received a mode value of four using appropriate standards. Based on student reaction surveys, practicality reached 92.80% with extremely practical standards, and relevant student activities in the first and second meetings respectively obtained a percentage of 95 55% and 96.12%. The N-gain test yielded medium and high criteria for efficacy. The research's findings indicate that problem solving focused student worksheets are a workable way to support students in strengthening their capacity for critical thought when studying acid-base content.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kelayakan lembar kerja siswa berorientasi problem solving untuk melatih keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa pada materi asam basa. Kelayakan lembar kerja siswa yang dikembangkan ditinjau dari tiga aspek, yaitu kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dari Borg and Gall yang dibatasi pada tahap uji coba terbatas dan diujicobakan kepada 22 siswa kelas XI MIPA 13 SMAN 1 Sidoarjo. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kevalidan yang meliputi validitas isi dan validitas konstruk, masing-masing memperoleh nilai modus 4 dengan kriteria valid; (2) Kepraktisan berdasarkan angket respon siswa mencapai persentase 92,80% dengan kriteria sangat praktis, dan aktivitas siswa yang relevan pada pertemuan pertama dan kedua masing-masing memperoleh persentase 95,55% dan 96,12%; dan (3) Keefektifan berdasarkan uji N-gain yang diperoleh memiliki kriteria sedang dan tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, maka lembar kerja siswa berorientasi problem solving dinyatakan layak untuk melatihkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa pada materi asam basa
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Problem Solving Thinking Skills: Effectiveness of Problem-Solving Model in Teaching Chemistry College Students
Problem-solving is considered one of the thinking skills that must be possessed in 21st-century education because problem-solving skills are needed to solve all problems that arise. This study aims to describe problem-solving thinking skills as a manifestation of the effectiveness of problem-solving models in college student chemistry learning. The research method uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The design used is One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. This research was conducted in the chemistry department Universitas Negeri Surabaya with the subjects of 31 college students who programmed basic chemistry courses on chemical thermodynamics. Measurement of problem-solving thinking skills using a paper-pen test (pretest and posttest) in the form of an essay. This research findings show that: (1) Each indicator of problem-solving thinking skills of trained college students gets percentage, namely understanding problems 76.08%, planning problem solving 80.65%, implementing problem-solving 85.49%, drawing conclusions 78.50%, and evaluating problem-solving results 68.22%; and (2) N-gain scores for each indicator of problem-solving thinking skills obtained have medium and high criteria. Based on the research results, the problem-solving model has been effective in improving college students' problem-solving thinking skills
TRAINING OF SCIENCE LITERACY SKILLS IN CHEMICAL EQUILIBRIUM THROUGH IMPLEMENTATION GUIDED INQUIRY LEARNING
Science literacy is the main key to face challenges in the 21st century. The research aimed to describe the students’ science literacy on chemical equilibrium topic through implementation of guided inquiry learning model. The research design used is One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The research was conducted in class XI MIPA 4 of SMAN 3 Surabaya. Data obtained by instruments of multiple-choice tests of science literacy and observation sheet. The result showed that every aspect of students’ science literacy skills was increased in the medium criteria, it was indicated by an average gain score of 0.6 for competence to explain scientific phenomena and to evaluate data and design scientific investigations. Moreover competence of interpreting data and scientific evidence obtained gain score of 0.7. The result of this research indicated that the skill of science literacy had been trained to students
Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more

MODEL PEMBELAJARAN REMAP NHT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN BERPIKIR KRITIS PESERTA DIDIK PADA MATERI KESETIMBANGAN KIMIA
Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan abad 21 menuntut individu untuk menjadi sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, diantaranya mampu mengelola, menggunakan, dan mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada materi kesetimbangan kimia melalui model pembelajaran Remap NHT ditinjau dari keterlaksanaan model pembelajaran dan keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan One Group Pretest-Posttest Design dengan subyek penelitian peserta didik kelas XI IPA 2 MAN 2 Gresik. Penelitian menggunakan metode pengamatan dengan instrumen berupa lembar pengamatan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dan aktivitas peserta didik, serta metode tes dengan instrumen lembar tes keterampilan berpikir kritis. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) model pembelajaran Remap NHT terlaksana sangat baik selama 2 pertemuan dengan rata-rata persentase keterlaksanaan fase 1 sampai 6 berturut-turut sebesar 98,44 %, 100 %, 100 %, 96,02 %, 100 %, 99,11 % dan peserta didik terlibat aktif selama kegiatan belajar-mengajar, serta 2) keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik meningkat ditinjau dari rentang n-gain 0,75-1 dengan kriteria tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil keterlaksanaan model pembelajaran Remap NHT dan keterampilan berpikir kritis dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Remap NHT efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis
