Pengaruh Penambahan Jintan Hitam (Negella sativa) dan Vitamin C dalam Ransum terhadap Profil Lemak Ayam Broiler (The Effect of Black Cumin Addition and Vitamin C Suplementation in Broiler Diet on The Lipid Profile) (Pembimbing: LUTHFI DJAUHARI MAHFUDZ dan UMIYATI ATMOMARSONO) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan jintan hitam (Nigella sativa) dan vitamin C sebagai bahan tambahan ransum terhadap profil lemak ayam broiler. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal Juni – Juli 2013 di Kandang Laboratorium Ilmu Produksi Ternak Unggas, Fakultas Peternakan dan Pertanian Universitas Diponegoro, Semarang. Materi yang digunakan adalah ayam broiler strain Cobb (unsexed) umur 8 hari sebanyak 150 ekor dengan bobot badan rata-rata 187,15 ± 10,72 g. Bahan pakan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bekatul, jagung giling, bungkil kedelai, MBM, PMM, Pollard, tepung ikan, dan tepung tapioka. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan yaitu T1 = ransum dengan penambahan vitamin C 500 ppm; T2 = ransum dengan penambahan jintan hitam 0,25% + vitamin C 500 ppm; T3 = ransum dengan penambahan jintan hitam 0,50% + vitamin C 500 ppm; T4 = ransum dengan penambahan jintan hitam 0,75% + vitamin C 500 ppm; T5 = ransum dengan penambahan jintan hitam 1% + vitamin C 500 ppm. Tiap unit percobaan terdiri dari 6 ekor ayam yang ditempatkan dalam petak kandang. Analisis data menggunakan analysis of varians (ANOVA) dengan uji F (pada taraf 5 %), dilanjutkan uji Duncan jika ada pengaruh perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rataan masing – masing perlakuan dengan penambahan jintan hitam dan vitamin C dalam ransum pada ayam broiler terhadap bobot lemak abdominal, kadar kolesterol darah, kadar HDL, kadar LDL dan kadar trigliserida darah tidak memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda nyata (P>0,05). Kesimpulan yang diperoleh yaitu penambahan jintan hitam 1 % dan vitamin C 500 ppm dalam ransum pada ayam broiler cukup untuk pemeliharaan di daerah tropis. Perlu adanya penelitian tentang jintan hitam lebih dari 1 % dan 500 ppm vitamin C pada ayam broiler di daerah tropis

    Arabic teaching suffers from the problem of forming students who are proficient in communicative skills, as it is difficult to master, and the reason may be due to the lack of appropriate methods. The objectives of this research are to highlight the teaching methods for developing the communication skills of Indonesian students according to the perspective of Ahmad Fuad Effendi, one of the prominent experts in Arabic teaching in Indonesia. Researchers use qualitative approach by studying the perspective of experts in Arabic teaching. The data was taken from the documents related to the subject, especially the book Methods of Teaching the Arabic Language, and the interview with the author. The data was analyzed according to the theory of Miles, Huberman and Saldana. The results of this research, it is that the teaching methods for developing the communication skills of Indonesian students according to the perspective of Ahmad Fuad Effendi contain three things: (1) the need to benefit from the different language teaching methods, as there is no single method suitable for all circumstances and situations. (2) Emphasis on the communicative aspect in teaching Arabic, because the most important objectives of teaching Arabic are communication. (3) The application of intensive Arabic lessons to teach language skills, where sufficient study hours are available. The conclusion of this research indicated that mastering communication skills can be obtained from the use of various methods with special attention to communicative learning and intensive learning

    In order to improve the design and control of Process Tomography, the project is presented in this study. Process tomography is a process of measuring electrical signals by using specific types of sensor. The sensors are arranged around an object, such as vessels or pipelines, to examine the internal characteristics of the subject. The information on the nature of the subject is obtained by reconstructing the measurements from the sensors into a 2-D or 3-D image. There are many methods that can be applied in process tomography. This includes optical tomography, resistive tomography, and acoustic tomography. The method used for this study is Electrical Impedance Tomography (EIT). EIT is a tomographic imaging method which enables the internal impedance ofanobject tobeimaged with the use of a ring of external electrodes. The author had done researches and studies regarding Process Tomography and EIT to obtain information of the process. The hardware part of the system consists of the sensor for the signal andthe impedance measurement circuit of the process tomography. Meanwhile, the software part includes the MATLAB program which is used for reconstructs the signals and displays the results. In this project, the author concentrates on the hardware circuit design and data acquisition system for EIT

    This paper aims to analyze Indonesia's diplomatic efforts in promoting Indonesian as the official language of ASEAN. To achieve this goal, the author describes Indonesia's leadership in ASEAN which has been accepted as a natural leader. The author also describes the possibility and position of Indonesian as the official language in ASEAN. The method used is a qualitative method while the findings of this study are that Indonesian has the potential to become an international language, for this purpose it is necessary for all levels of society to realize this dream, starting from strengthening in the country such as revitalization and diplomatic efforts that are not only carried out by diplomats, but with the various innovations and technologies currently available, every society needs to be an agent of language internationalization whose hopes will raise the image of the Indonesian nation in the international world which will ultimately affect the Indonesian nation as a whole.Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis upaya diplomasi Indonesia dalam mempromosikan bahasa Indonesia sebagai bahasa resmi ASEAN. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penulis menggambarkan kepemimpinan Indonesia di ASEAN yang telah diterima sebagai pemimpin. Penulis juga memaparkan kemungkinan dan posisi bahasa Indonesia sebagai bahasa resmi di ASEAN. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif.     This essay explores the decolonial potential of Object-Oriented Ontology (OOO) through Timothy Morton’s notion of hyperobjects and its recurring figure of the demonic. While Morton critiques anthropocentrism and invokes non-Western ideas, their reliance on science as the arbiter of reality creates an implicit hierarchy that confines the demonic to a residual role. The article argues for rethinking the demonic as a historical co-author rather than a metaphor or a belated effect of scientific excess. Reappraising Morton’s use of Derrida’s hauntology and engaging with postcolonial concepts of uneven development, this essay situates spectrality within layered temporalities where scientific and non-scientific epistemologies intersect. This theoretical move is illustrated through an ethnographic account of Islamic rituals in a Malaysian hospital, where traditional healers address ghosts inhabiting advanced medical technologies. These practices destabilize Western epistemological dominance and foreground coexistence across ontological differences. The essay proposes an object-oriented demonology attentive to historical unevenness and alternative modes of knowing beyond Western scientific universalism

    The Covid-19 outbreak has changed the education and learning system in Indonesia.Madrasas need to follow the deep flow of online learning. Therefore, the use of technology in learning is a step taken as a learning solution in the midst of the ongoing pandemic. The author uses a qualitative approach, data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that learning aqidah akhlaq in class XI MAN 1 Jombang during the covid-19 pandemic continued to carry out learning in accordance with the 4 Ministerial Joint Decree (SKB) concerning Guidelines for Implementation of Learning in the 2020-2021 Academic Year. MAN 1 Jombang uses the Blended learning method with madrasa e-learning application facilities which contain various features of learning media. The e-learning application, Aqidah Morals teachers can carry out online learning using YouTube, Google Forms, Google Classroom, and also using WhatsApp groups. To support distance learning, MAN 1 Jombang provides quotas for teachers and students, each of 10 gb for teachers and 6 gb for students. Thus, it is hoped that students will actively participate in learning and be better while maintaining body immunity during the covid-19 pandemic
