    Pengembangan model bisnis pada lokawisata baturaden menggunakan business model canvas

    The development of tourism sector in this era of globalization requires each business actor in this sector to continue development business including Lokawisata Baturaden which is one of the natural tourist attractions located in Central Java. Therefore, it is necessary to design the right business model so that Lokawisata Baturaden can understand how to run management activities effectively and efficiently. The purpuse of this study: 1) identify the business model of Lokawisata Baturaden that is applied today with a business approach of canvas model; 2) identify the factors that become the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for Lokawisata Baturaden in carrying out its management; 3) design a new business model appropriate as a Baturaden Lokawisata development strategy. This research was conducted by using qualitative descriptive method through case study approach. This research uses business model approach of canvas. The approach is guided by questionnaires or interviews conducted on respondents on the nine key elements contained in the business model canvas at Lokawisata Baturaden and SWOT analysis of each element of the canvas business model. In addition, the research also uses the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method. This FGD method has functions, among others, to enrich the view of the future business model of the canvas. Identify of business model element at Lokawisata Baturaden can be seen that from customer segment side, visitor from domestic and foreign tourist. Value proposition offered are nature-based tourism environment, cheap tickets and easy accessibility. Customer relationships that take place today are hospitality services and through the community to visitors and distribution channels also directly and indirectly with visitors. Income received from APBD, rental fee, entrance fee and parking fee. Key resources in this ecotourism are physical assets, human resources and branding. Key activities are services in ecotourism and maintenance/ monitoring of natural condition and infrastructure. Key partnership that is done now is with the surrounding community. The main cost structure is the cost for fixed salaries ie for employees, maintenance costs, and promotional costs. This research offers two ideas of business model planning based on blue ocean strategy that can run Baturaden Lokawisata in developing tourism business in the future. two business model design ideas based on blue ocean strategy where these two ideas are related and can affect each other. The first idea is motivated from several centers of innovation, such as on the key activities point where Lokawisata Baturaden establishes entertaiment teams whose purpose is to increase the role of PPMB in the events held and the point of offering (value proposition) in the form of new entertainment program that is eduwisata . While the next idea the starting point of the formation of innovation starts from changes in the offer to create a new value proposition for customers. The making of official website and mobile application of Lokawisata Baturaden become the starting point of the formation of business model idea based on the condition where the utilization of information technology by Lokawisata Baturaden is still less than optimal

    Koperasi Konsumen Karyawan Swabina Gatra menghadapi tantangan rendahnya partisipasi anggota, yang berdampak pada kinerja dan perkembangan koperasi. Berdasarkan analisis data, pertumbuhan jumlah anggota koperasi menunjukan fluktuasi yang signifikan dalam kurun waktu 2012-2023. Salah satu penurunan tajam terjadi pada periode 2019-2020 dengan tingkat penurunan sebesar 31,95 %. Sementara itu, peningkatan signifikan tercatat pada periode 2016-2017 dengan pertumbuhan sebesar 138 %. Fluktuasi tersebut menunjukan adanya ketidakkonsistenan dalam mempertahankan jumlah anggota koperasi. Faktor lain yang turut menjadi kendala adalah lokasi koperasi yang kurang strategis serta operasional yang masih bersifat manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi strategi pemasaran koperasi dalam rangka meningkatkan partisipasi anggota. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis SWOT dan pendekatan bauran pemasaran. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan pengurus koperasi dan anggota, observasi terhadap aktivitas koperasi, serta analisis dokumen terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi pemasaran koperasi perlu ditingkatkan melalui promosi yang efektif dan menyesuaikan layanan dengan kebutuhan anggotanya. Selain itu, peningkatan kualitas layanan melalui digitalisasi operasional diidentifikasi sebagai langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan kepuasan anggota. Implementasi strategi pemasaran yang terintegrasi dapat meningkatkan loyalitas anggota dan memperkuat daya saing kperasi di tengah berbagai tantangan yang ada. Kata Kunci: Stategi, Pemasaran, Koperasi, Partisipasi, Anggot

Value proposition design sebagai business model tool yang dapat membantu sebuah perusahaan atau organisasi untuk mengenal lebih dalam mengenai produk atau jasa yang akan dibuat atau dikembangkan dan menghubungkannya dengan keinginan pasar sehingga dapat tercipta value untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen. Konsep Value proposition design dinilai dapat diterapkan di Lokawisata Baturraden sebagai salah satu bagian industri pariwisata Indonesia. Value proposition design pada Lokawisata Baturraden diharapkan dapat menciptakan produk pariwisata yang sesuai dengan keinginan pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan sebagai gambaran terhadap kondisi atau fenomena mengenai penerapan value proposition design pada Lokawisata Baturraden. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa customer jobs pada Lokawisata Baturraden adalah segmen yang murni berminat pada pengalaman alam (nature). Hal ini dikarenakan salah satu produk wisata yang ditawarkan Lokawisata Baturraden adalah keindahan alam. Customer pains yang dialami oleh customer Lokawisata Baturadden adalah kondisi Pandemi. Sedangkan Customer gains wisatawan di Lokawisata Baturraden adalah daya tarik, ketersediaan fasilitas, aksesabilitas dari destinasi wisata yang di presepsikan, serta tingkat harga destinasi wisata yang terjangkau. Value Map Lokawisata Baturraden terdiri oleh product and services dimana industri ini menawarkan kekayaan sumber daya alam dan budaya, pada pain relivers berisi kebijakan yang ditawarkan sebagai solusi untuk meminimalisir resiko keselamatan dan resiko wabah. Sedangkan gains creator berisi bagaimana kekayaan sumber daya alam dan budaya Lokawisata Baturraden membuat wisatawan mendapatkan customer gains.     Pada unit Jasa Keamanan PT. Swabina Gatra, terdapat tantangan signifikan terkait integrasi sistem pengawasan kinerja personel keamanan, yang mengakibatkan kesulitan dalam melakukan evaluasi secara cepat dan akurat terhadap kinerja petugas. Selain itu, manajemen juga menghadapi hambatan dalam mendeteksi masalah kinerja secara langsung, yang berpotensi memengaruhi efektivitas pengamanan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, telah diterapkan sistem aplikasi manajemen terpadu yang menggabungkan dua aplikasi, yaitu Turjawali dan  Report Patrol, guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam pengawasan serta pelaporan kinerja personel keamanan. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk mendukung Supervisor Jasa Pengamanan PT. Swabina Gatra dalam mengoptimalkan pengawasan, menyediakan laporan secara real-time, serta mempermudah pengelolaan data personel keamanan. Implementasi aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas dalam pengawasan kinerja petugas keamanan, yang pada gilirannya dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan keamanan dan mendukung operasional perusahaan yang lebih aman dan terorganisir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan aplikasi terintegrasi yang menggabungkan sistem Turjawali dan Report Patrol, sehingga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, akurasi laporan data, mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajemen berbasis data secara real-time dan kinerja keamanan personel. Aplikasi ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengawasan kinerja personel keamanan di unit Jasa Keamanan PT. Swabina Gatra. Dengan aplikasi ini, potensi kesalahan manusia dapat diminimalkan, proses pelaporan menjadi lebih cepat, dan efektivitas manajemen keamanan secara keseluruhan dapat ditingkatkan.     Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Therefore, it is necessary to design the right business model so that Lokawisata Baturaden can understand how to run management activities effectively and efficiently. The objective of this study was to design a future business model of Lokawisata Baturaden as a developed tourism recreation. The analytical method utilized in the study was business model canvas (BMC) with SWOT and blue ocean strategy. The results showed that created of new value proposition for future business model design in the form of educational entertainment programs for children and families in Lokawisata Baturaden affected  every element of the business model canvas such as the addition in terms of key resources owned, key activities undertaken, cooperation partners, and income streams who signed in. The cost structure incurred addition and reduction of costs in terms of promotional activities. Costumer segment, the main focus is family, children, and students

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.     Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

    We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more sophisticated methods
