THE ANALYSIS OF THE CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT OF HEROIC WOMEN IN DISNEY MOVIES: MOANA AND RAYA AND THE LAST DRAGON
This research investigates the character development of heroic women in Disney
Movies: Moana and Raya and the Last Dragon, through the Hero’s Journey
framework proposed by Christopher Vogler (2007). It explores how Moana and
Raya evolve into heroic figures by undergoing personal growth and facing internal
and external challenges. The presentation of qualitative research data is descriptive,
as it focuses on providing a detailed explanation. Moana transforms from a doubtful
girl into a confident heroine by progressing through ten out of twelve stages of the
Hero’s Journey. The analysis highlights that Moana’s heroism is not defined by
physical strength alone, but by emotional resilience and self-determination. Indeed,
Raya transforms from a girl who trust no one to a hero who restores peace through
trust, completing nine out of twelve Hero’s Journey stages. Raya’s heroism is
defined by emotional courage, the willingness to trust again, and the ability to lead
with empathy. This study demonstrates how modern animated films construct
empowering narratives around female characters, portraying heroism as a journey
shaped by self-discovery and inner strength.

Relationships between core strength, dynamic balance and knee valgus during single leg squat in male junior athletes
a stable position while performing a task (Winter et al. 1990). On fields, athletes are always exposed to situations where the body balance is dynamically challenged while performing movements such as walking, running, stepping and jumping (Hrysomallis et al. 2006). For example, a dynamically balanced position in soccer can be perturbed either by the opponent or by the player themselves while passing a ball or while changing directions to avoid an opponent (Bhat & Moiz 2013). According to Hrysomallis (2011), balance ability has a significant effect on athletic performance. Additionally, poor balance has been associated with an increased risk of ankle injury in a number of sports (Hrysomallis 2007)

Proposed indicators for socio taqwa index indicator in Kelantan state Government
The Kelantan state government has used the Developing with Islam policy to carry out its administration since 1990 in the state of kelantan. Various programs and changes have been implemented in 5 aspect which is in administration, shariah, economy, education and sociology. Since 1990, the Developing with Islam policy still ongoing. However, no comprehensive study has been conducted on all aspects of the Developing with Islam policy. Therefore, this study was conducted to produce appropriate indicators that will be used to see the effectiveness of the Developing with Islam policy in Kelantan. In this study paper will explain where these indicators are come from. By having this indicators, Kelantan state government can create an index and at the same time can evaluate the achievement of the policy since the policy was implemented. The result can help Kelantan state government to make improvement from time to time and become as a good example of Islamic state in Malaysia
The effects of foot position on lower extremity kinematics during single leg squat among adolescent male athletes
Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate
the effect of transverse plane foot position on lower limb
kinematics during a single leg squat.
Methods: This was a cross-sectional study conducted
among highly-trained male athletes. Only participants
who showed normal knee valgus during a drop landing
screening test were recruited. Twelve junior athletes performed
single leg squats while maintaining a knee flexion
angle of 60. The squats were executed in three foot positions:
neutral (0), adduction (10), and abduction
(þ10). Three-dimensional motion analysis was used to
capture the lower extremity kinematics of the participants’
preferred limb. The hip and knee kinematics in the
sagittal, frontal, and transverse planes during squatting
were compared across the three foot positions using oneway
ANOVA.
Results: The participants showed a normal range of dynamic
knee valgus (5.31.6). No statistically significant
differences were observed in hip flexion (p ¼ 0.322),
adduction (p ¼ 0.834), or internal rotation (p ¼ 0.967)
across different foot positions. Similarly, no statistically
significant differences were observed in knee flexion
(p ¼ 0.489), adduction (p ¼ 0.822), or internal rotation
(p ¼ 0.971) across different foot positions.
Conclusion: Small changes in transverse plane foot position
do not affect lower extremity kinematics during
single leg squat in highly trained adolescent males with
normal dynamic knee valgus. Our findings may provide
guidance on safer techniques for landing, pivoting, and
cutting during training and game situations

The effects of foot position on lower extremity kinematics during single leg squat among adolescent male athletes
