IQRA MOBILE APPLICATION FOR DYSLEXIA CHILDREN (IMAD)
Formative dyslexia is a type of reading inability, is a disorder in children which their
etiologies are multifactorial, reflecting genetic influences and dysfunction of brain systems and
show learning disable for reading. The causes of dyslexia are multifactorial and are hereditary.
Thus, it was shown difference brain between people with and without dyslexia that revealed by
brain imaging studies. These differences occur in areas of the brain involved with key reading
skills. It is one of the commonest learning disorders among school going children. Basically
children with dyslexia, indicated poor thresholds for stimuli with low contrasts and poor sensitivity
to visual motion.” “The objective of this final year project is to support children with dyslexia have difficulty
in reading the Quranic verses by using Iqra which is the basic reading material for Quranic verses.
From research and the author discovered majority of the children with dyslexia had difficulty
reading the Quranic verses too besides reading English and Malay language. Hence, helpful
intervention for Muslim dyslexic children should need to be progress for learning to read the Iqra.
The verses in the Iqra are in the Arabic language whereby the letters (Hijaiyah letters) totally
different from the alphabets that used in the English and Malay language. So, the author wonder
if children with reading difficulties in the Malay language will also have similar difficulties in
reading the Iqra as well. So this dyslexic need some application that can help and support them in
a way for learning approach. Alternatively, mobile application is considered as greatest way to
encourage children with dyslexia to learn and capture it. But, there are lack of existence of mobile
application for children with dyslexia in Malaysia. Consequently, this final year project aims to
develop a mobile application of dyslexia in Malaysia and to offer the most effective mobile
application design for dyslexia children.” “Furthermore, mobile application would be considered as the most effective component
for the dyslexia children because of the children nowadays like to spend more time on mobile
phone or tablet. So, this will be the best way to design the learning mobile application for dyslexic.
The mobile application need to provide an interactive education experience for children with
dyslexia to attract them and make it interesting when they learn

Design and analysis of 300MW solar configuration and its comparison with Quaid-e-Azam solar park
Pakistan's recent energy crisis demands efficient utilization of renewable energy resources. The country, being richest with respect to solar potential, is experiencing a remarkable progress in power generation from Photovoltaic sources. Quaid-e-Azam Solar Park (QASP) is an example to improve the efficiency in term of Performance Ratio (PR) and energy injected into grid. In an attempt to further elevate the efficiency, the present work proposes configuration consisting of modules and inverters with low temperature coefficient. Based on meteorological data obtained from Meteonorm/NASA, performance of the proposed configuration is simulated in PVsyst and is then compared with that of QASP. Comparative results indicate that the proposed configuration annually improves PR by a factor of 3-4% while increasing the energy injected into the grid by 4.5 MW. It is anticipated that physical realization of the proposed configuration will improve energy yield

ABSTRACT
Teacher strategies are methods used by teachers to
educate, teach and guide students, one of which is the
introduction of hijaiyah letters for early childhood. One of the
methods used is the Iqra method, for this reason the aim of this
research is to find out the teacher's strategy for introducing
Hijaiyah letters through the application of the Iqra method in
the Islamic Bina Balita Way Halim Bandar Lampung
Kindergarten.
This research uses a qualitative descriptive type of
research, with the research subjects being class B2 children,
totaling 14 students and 1 Iqra' extracurricular teacher. The
data collection technique used by the author in this research is
observation, interviews and documentation methods and
analyzed by data reduction, data presentation and drawing
conclusions.
Based on the research results, it can be concluded that
the teacher's strategy for introducing Hijaiyah letters through
the application of the Iqra' method in the Bina Toddler Islamic
Kindergarten has been implemented well. Of the 14 students, 4
children are starting to develop, 8 children are developing
according to expectations and 2 children are developing very
well. The teacher's strategy in introducing hijaiyah letters
through the application of the Iqra method in Bina Balita
Islamic Kindergarten is that before starting the first lesson the
teacher always prepares the needs for the series of learning that
will be implemented. The two teachers prepared the learning
media that would be used, such as the iqra' book and also flash
cards that were used to exemplify the hijaiyah letters. The three
teachers introduced the hijaiyah letters from beginning to end
using prepared media asking children to imitate the
pronunciation spoken by the teacher according to the makhraj.
The four teachers introduced the hijaiyah letter punctuation
based on how to read it. And the five teachers gave praise and
briefly reviewed the lessons that had been given that day.

Multiscale Transport and Osmotic Tolerance in Liver Cells and Tissues
Cryopreservation enables the storage of biological samples for later use while preserving all aspects of biological interest by cooling them to a temperature where chemical reactions are sufficiently slowed. However, there have been considerable challenges in preserving complex tissues and organs due to excessive ice formation, severe thermal stress, chilling, ischemic injury, and the osmotic stress caused by highly viscous cryoprotectants (CPA). To overcome these challenges, mathematical modeling approaches have proven effective in predicting cell and tissue responses to osmotic stress and developing an optimal method for loading and unloading CPA. Predicting optimal cryopreservation protocols requires an accurate estimation of cell volume, solute concentration, and water permeability parameters. A key bottleneck in this process is the requirement of careful measurement of these parameters from the cellular to the tissue scale and the difficulty of studying these in their native three-dimensional (3D) structures: little is known about the detailed responses of individual cells and nuclei in monolayers and tissues to anisosmotic media. Over the course of four projects, my study has mainly used two approaches to overcome these barriers. It focused on real-time monitoring of cellular morphometric parameters using modern four-dimensional imaging techniques and employed mathematical models for solute and water permeability estimation. In the first project, I characterized the osmotic behavior in HepG2 cells, which serve as a model for hepatocytes, and determined the mechanism of osmoregulation within these cells. I illustrate that HepG2 cells are non-ideal osmometers by showing the difference between the expected behavior of cells in anisosmotic environments and by making predictions about their volume regulation mechanisms. Second, I compared cell volume measurement techniques for adherent cell monolayers, which included using a calcein fluorescence quenching technique to investigate the volumetric responses of HepG2 monolayers. My follow-up study uses modern 3D imaging techniques to simultaneously measure real-time cell and nuclear volume changes in adherent cells in an aniosomotic medium, including during the addition and removal of CPA. My results demonstrate that both cells and nuclei regulate their volume in response to osmotic stress. Consequently, cells and nuclear permeability to water (Lp) and CPA (Ps) are inferred during perfusion with anisosmotic and CPA solutions for adherent cell monolayers. Thirdly, I show that osmotic damage is time dependent and that the flavonoid silymarin enhances resistance to osmotic stress and may improve cryosurvival in HepG2 cells. Finally, I extend the 3D imaging technique to track and quantify three dimensional changes in cell and nuclear morphology in response to anisosmotic medium. I then estimate the volume within complex liver tissue, specifically a precision-cut liver slice (PCLS). This method allows the quantification of the expansion and contraction of the whole PCLS during CPA equilibration, as well as the tracking of nuclei and cell volume. By demonstrating the nonideality of liver cells and the complex interplay between cytoplasm and nuclear volumes, we can inform biophysical models, which may have profound implications for our understanding of cell physiology and the mechanism of osmoregulation. Furthermore, the methods described in this study can be adapted to enhance cryopreservation strategies for adherent cells, other complex tissues, and organs. Altogether, this research contributes to the development of a new cryopreservation method for liver cells and tissues and will have a broad impact on the field of tissue transplantation and biomedical research

Penerapan Metode Iqra’ Dalam Mengatasi Kesulitan Belajar Membaca Al-Quran Pada Siswa Kelas X di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016
Al-Quran is the muslim holy revealed by God to be read and applied. Without reading we will not understand the contens of al-Quran and without applying we will not understand so much the goodness of al-Quran. Therefore, people who read and practice the al-Quran in everyday life will get a reward from God and their practices are counted as worship. Unfortunately, there are many young people have not been who able to read the al-Quran. It takes the right method to cope the young people difficulties in reading the al-Quran, such as the students in class X of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta being not fluent in reading the al-Quran. To solve this problem, the school held has been Iqra’ method, so that no more students who are al-Quran illiterate, then, the author is interested in doing research on implementation of Iqra’ method to overcome the difficulties in learning of reading al-Quran in class X.
This study has to describe how the implementation of the Iqra’ method is SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta and describe the student’s difficulty in reading the al-Quran. This is qualitative study using the field study type. The data collection methods used are interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis has used descriptive qualitative method.
Based on data analysis, can be concluded that the learning of al-Quran reading using Iqra’ method has obtained satisfactory result. The students’ ability in al-Quran reading are quite good for students who are diligent and disciplinarian in following the al-Quran learning, but there are also students who are not diligent. The students like this will obtaine unsatisfactory result. The learning of al-Quran reading used Iqra’ method has undertaken generally that is the learning by referring to the Iqra’ book of volume 1 to 6 and the are teacher listens to his students one by one.
The supporting and the inhibiting factors in this activity are in the students and the teachers. The supporting factors are: first, there teachers who are always be persistent and patient in educating their students to recite al-Quran. Second, the availability of sufficient infrastructure starting from Iqra’ book, al-Quran and the learning media.Third, there are students who were highly motivated in learning to recite al-Quran. Fourth, there is sense of symphaty from the grade XI students. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are: first, sometimes there are other activities in the school which make the learning of al-Quran off several weeks. Second, sense of curiousity to learn reciting al-Quran in the students is minimum. Third, the students lack of motivation in loving al-Quran. Fourth, there are students who played truant. Fifth, lack of sanction for the students who played truant
