Tiara Bunda Foundation Bandung runs an education business established on October 12, 2006. Provide from preschool to elementary. The Role of Housewife Groups in Fulfilling Family Economic Needs Through Online Business in Pantai Gemi Village, Stabat District, Langkat Regency
In general, meeting the family's economic needs is the responsibility of every parent in a family, especially the father, and generally the mother is responsible for caring for the children and taking care of the house and kitchen. However, along with current developments, the role of mothers is no longer just caring for children and taking care of house and kitchen affairs but also plays a role in meeting the family's economic needs due to several factors, one of which is the increasing economic needs of the family and the father's lack of income for meet the family's economic needs. So this makes mothers feel the need to take a role so that the family's economic needs can be met. The changes in roles experienced by housewives can trigger new problems for families, namely the mother's lack of attention to household matters which is the main responsibility of housewives. So this has led to the emergence of various ideas that can be used as solutions so that housewives can carry out two roles (as mother and worker) at the same time optimally. One of the solutions found is to find additional income but stay at home so that you can continue to carry out your role as a housewife. One job that housewives can do to increase their income and still be able to take care of the house is to become an online trader. Online business is a form of entrepreneurship or entrepreneurship. Quadrangles are repeatedly used in construction of scenes in Swedish author C. J. L. Almqvist’s novel The Queen’s
Tiara. They limit and frame views. Repeating these structures creates connections between scenes. They form in
relations between characters. Several quadrangular structures form around one main character called Tintomara,
when she involuntarily attracts characters that fall in love in her. Also, quadrangles inside and beside each other are
visible in scenes. Almqvist presented these forms in the elementary geometry textbook he published a year before

Pengaruh Citra Merek, Kualitas Produk, Dan Nilai Pelanggan Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Dalam Menggunakan Produk Tupperware (Studi Pada Konsumen PT. Tiara Kinarya Sakti, Kudus)
Tupperware is a pioneer of products made from plastics that offer safety for health and the environment. However, the advantages offered by Tupperware felt not optimal. Many complaints by consumers to the company, among others, the long warranty service, product names are difficult to remember, limited product availability, and so forth. So that these things will obviously affect customer satisfaction.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image, product quality, and customer value to customer satisfaction in using Tupperware products. This type of research is explanatory research. The population in this research that consumers PT. Tiara Kinarya Sakti and the number of samples taken was 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling. The analytical method used is cross tabulation, correlation, determination, simple linear regression, multiple, t test and F test with SPSS version 16.Based on the survey results revealed that the brand image, product quality, and customer value provides a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, either partially or simultaneously. X variables that have the most influence on customer satisfaction is customer value.Some recommends that could give the author is to intensify promotion of Tupperware products, to check the goods before the customer leaves the distributor's office, adding stock warrany Tupperware products, giving an adward or reward to loyal customers, improve hospitality and speed in serving customers, and more spread sales force with the lure of an extra bonus if successfully exceeded the target
Analisis Sentimen Dampak Pandemi Covid-19 Terhadap Kesehatan Mental Menggunakan Klasifikasi Support Vector Machine (SVM)
Pandemi covid-19 mewabah di wilayah Indonesia pada awal tahun 2020. Dampak dari pandemi menyerang berbagai aspek dalam kehidupan masyarakat, salah satunya adalah pada psikologis seseorang. Perbedaan tipe kepribadian akan mempengaruhi perbedaan dampak dari pandemi yang diterima seseorang. Dampak yang akan diperoleh tidak selalu berbentuk negatif bisa juga berdampak positif. Banyak batasan diberlakukan pada masa pandemi dan meminta untuk setiap individu melakukan apapun di rumah. Hal tersebut menyebabkan media online sangat penting bagi masyarakat. Salah satu media online yang memiliki ikatan terdekat dengan masyarakat adalah media sosial. Pemakaian media sosial yang bijak dapat meminimalisir pengaruh negatif media sosial pada kesehatan mental. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan pengamatan sentimental dampak pandemi covid-19, terhadap kesehatan mental dengan menggunakan metode klasifikasi SVM. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah diperolehnya hasil analisis sentimen. Selain itu, mendapatkan informasi mengenai kata-kata yang berasosiasi dengan tweet mengenai kesehatan mental. Sentimen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah positif dan negatif. Manfaat yang dapat diperoleh dari tujuan tersebut adalah dapat ditemukan upaya umum dalam penanganan lanjut untuk subjek terdampak. Analisis sentimen merupakan bentuk dalam mengenali sentimentalitas opini yang dapat dilakukan secara otomatis. SVM adalah salah satu metode supervised learning yang biasanya digunakan untuk klasifikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data tweet dari Twitter pada rentang tanggal 1-31 Oktober 2021. Data yang digunakan sebanyak 1490 data tweet. Tahap sebelum memproses data dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meminimalisir noise pada data. Hal tersebut bertujuan untuk meningkatkan akurasi pada model. Model klasifikasi SVM mampu melakukan klasifikasi dengan baik menggunakan kernel terbaik. Sebesar 66,1% nilai akurasi terbaik dari kernel linier. Proporsi pembagian data training dan testing terbaik yaitu 80:20. Hasilnya tingkat akurasi terbaik diperoleh sebesar 96,5% dan 66,1%. Nilai akurasi tersebut didukung dengan adanya dominansi terhadap kelas sentimen positif pada data training dan testing. Berdasarkan hal tersebut diperoleh bahwa model SVM dapat melakukan klasifikasi secara baik. Selain memiliki akurasi yang cukup tinggi diperoleh kata dominan sesuai dengan kelas sentimennya, dimana kata “mental” merujuk pada kelas sentimen positif.Dian Anggraeni, S.Si., M.Si (Dosen Pembimbing I)

Scientific work was made aiming to determine the process of recruitment
and online selection in the PT Indra Karya (Persero). The method used by the
author in the discussion of scientific papers is descriptive analysis method with data
collection methods using observational studies and literature studies.
From the results of the writing, it can be seen that the process of employee
recruitment and selection in the PT Indra Karya (Persero) HR, General & IT
division is still not going well. This happens because the company's ROPT website
does not provide a complete table of data on prospective employees. The
conclusion of this writing a complate information system is needed so that when
sorting potential applicants does not take much time.

PERANCANGAN IDENTITAS VISUAL UNTUK DITERAPKAN PADA MEDIA PROMOSI UMKM "MUTIARA"
Mutiara yaitu suatu Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang didirikan oleh pengusaha yang bernema Elsa Mutiara Azahra, usaha ini bergerak dibidang kuliner,
lebih tepatnya yaitu menjual makanan-makanan ringan, khususnya arumanis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancangan visual identity untuk mengilustrasikan UMKM Aromanis Mutiara dan menerapkannya pada media pemasaran UMKM Aromanis Mutiara. Visual Identity penting untuk suatu usaha, agar dapat dikenal oleh masyarakat luas karena dalam identitas visual tersebut selalu menerapkan ciri khas dari suatu perusahaan yang menjadi pembeda dengan perusahaan lain. Penelitian ini penting dilakukan dengan alasan tersebut untuk meningkatkan target pasar dengan memasukannya ke supermaket dan ke tempat oleh-oleh tetapi UMKM Aromanis Mutiara ini belum memiliki identitas visual yang kuat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dan Practice Led Research dengan model
perancangan Drs. Sadjiman Ebdi Sanyoto. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan literatur, sedangkan analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu analisis SWOT. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu rancangan identitas visual berupa logo, warna, typografi, ilustrasi, pattern dan pengimplementasiannya pada beberapa media promosi, yang dibagi menjadi dua jenis, internal dan eksternal. Internal yaitu media promosi yang digunakan oleh karyawan seperti seragam dan apron, sedangkan eksternal adalah media promosi untuk diperlihatkan pada konsumen seperti kemasan, banner, kartu nama, stiker dan poster sosial media.

Mutiara is a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) founded by an entrepreneur named Elsa Mutiara Azahra, this business operates in the culinary sector, more precisely, selling snacks, especially arumanis. The aim of this research is to design a visual identity to illustrate UMKM Aromanis Mutiara and apply it to the marketing media for UMKM Aromanis Mutiara. Visual Identity is important for a business, so that it can be recognized by the wider community because the visual identity always applies the characteristics of a company that differentiate it from other companies. This research is important to carry out for this reason to increase the target market by including it in supermarkets and souvenir shops, but the Aromanis Mutiara MSME does not yet have a strong visual identity. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods and Practice Led Research with a design model from Drs. Sadjiman Ebdi Sanyoto. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews, documentation and literature, while the data analysis carried out was SWOT analysis. The results of this research are visual identity designs in the form of logos, colors, typography, illustrations, patterns and their implementation in several promotional media, which are divided into two types, internal and external. Internal is promotional media used by employees such as uniforms and
aprons, while external is promotional media to be shown to consumers such as packaging, banners, business cards, stickers and social media posters

Composed with a passion for the sublime and a quest to transgress the personal, actual, and imaginary, The Tiara is based on biographical facts, events, and experience in the life of the author, Angéla Bureau. Indeed, it emerged from her first “independent” year in the UK: it was written as a means of digesting certain challenging experiences and of healing her then turbulent soul.Set mainly in London in the noughties, this captivating, twenty-first-century novel charts the formative experiences of Tamara, a Hungarian native-speaker who contemplates her earlier life in London where she endeavours to overcome loneliness and find her feet. Although intent on striving for independence, she rapidly becomes a victim of (self-) inflicted suffering through the development of a coerced, multi-cultural relationship with Diké, her familiar stranger, seducer, and, yet, would-be saviour. With its psychoanalytical depth, The Tiara is somewhat reminiscent of Pechorin’s piquant introspection in Mikhail Lermontov’s famous, Modernistic, Russian novel, A Hero of Our Time (1840), for it penetrates, alternatingly, the minds of Tamara and Diké through self-reflection and psychological analysis. A testament to cross-cultural awareness, it is embedded in experiences endured not in the Caucasus, but in locations stretching from the UK, to East Central Europe, and back to West Africa. Held captive for seven whole months in the arms of Diké, she is at last truly alive, liberated in seeing him for the eloquent, beguiling, masked seducer he really is. In attaining a higher level of self-awareness, evocative of Bertha Young’s epiphanies in Katherine Mansfield’s ‘Bliss’ (1923), she recalls: “My own life seemed more valuable than ever before. Meningkatkan Kemampuan Mengenal Huruf Pada Anak Sekolah Dasar Dengan Media Balok Susun Huruf dan Metode Pekerjaan Sosial
Kemampuan mengenal huruf merupakan kemampuan dasar yang harus dimiliki anak sekolah dasar karena dimulai dari kemampuan mengenal huruf maka anak dapat meningkatkan kemampuannya hingga mengeja lalu kemudian membaca. Tentunya membaca merupakan salah satu kemampuan yang sangat penting untuk dipunyai oleh semua orang baik muda maupun tua sebab dengan membaca kita dapat menambah wawasan, membuat otak bekerja dan lain sebagainya. Kemampuan membaca sudah seharusnya ditanamkan sejak anak usia dini sebab membaca di usia dini terbilang cukup efektif untuk membantu perkembangan otak anak. Maka, apabila ditemukan anak usia sekolah dasar yang belum mengenal huruf tentunya hal tersebut menjadi sebuah hal yang tidak lazim dan tidak boleh di normalisasikan. Oleh karena itu diperlukannya cara untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ini sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal huruf pada usia anak. Erasmus, Tiara, and the first bookcollection of the Franeker University Library
The University of Franeker was founded in 1585, with a library at the start. One of the first purchases was the collection of the humanist prof. Petrejus Tiara, who died at February 9, 1586, with about 40 volumes in folio. The first description of the library has been preserved by a copy of the printed catalogue from 1601, probably made by Martinus Lydius, professor of theology. This catalogue describes a collection of about 300 folio's and 500 books in smaller format. Erasmus is the author with the most titles, 22, and four titles can be traced belonging originally to his private library.
