PENERAPAN PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS EDUTAINMENT BERBANTUAN MEDIA QUESTION CARD PADA MATA PELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN PANCASILA DALAM UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN CITIZENSHIP SISWA KELAS V: Penelitian Kuasi Eksperimen terhadap Siswa Kelas V Pada Salah Satu SD Negeri di Kecamatan Cibeunying Kidul, Bandung
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya pemahaman terhadap keterampilan citizenship yang meliputi keterampilan intelektual dan keterampilan partisipasi pada siswa yang disebabkan karena pembelajaran yang berlangsung masih cenderung monoton dan membosankan. Maka salah satu pembelajaran yang dapat diimplementasikan yaitu pembelajaran berbasis edutainment yang menggabungkan unsur pendidikan dan hiburan dibantu dengan media pembelajaran question card. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran ada atau tidaknya peningkatan keterampilan citizenship siswa kelas V menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis edutainment berbantuan media question card dalam mata pelajaran pendidikan Pancasila. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif jenis kuasi eksperimen dengan model nonequivalent control group design. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V pada salah satu SD Negeri di Kecamatan Cibeunying Kidul, Bandung dengan sampel yang terdiri dari kelas VE sebagai kelas kontrol dan VG sebagai kelas eksperimen. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil observasi keterampilan partisipasi dan hasil pretest dan post-test untuk keterampilan intelektual. Hasil dari penelitian ini secara statitik menunjukan bahwa, (1) terdapat peningkatan keterampilan citizenship siswa kelas V menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis edutainment berbantuan media question card dalam mata pelajaran pendidikan Pancasila, (2) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan keterampilan citizenship siswa kelas V menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis edutainment berbantuan media question card dengan pembelajaran yang tidak menggunakan metode tersebut dalam mata pelajaran pendidikan Pancasila

This research is motivated by the lack of understanding of citizenship skills which include intellectual skills and participation skills in students which is caused by the learning that takes place still tends to be monotonous and boring. Therefore, one of the learnings that can be implemented is edutainment-based learning that combines elements of education and entertainment assisted by question card learning media. This research aims to describe whether or not there is an increase in citizenship skills of fifth-grade students using edutainment-based learning assisted by question card media in Pancasila education subjects. This study used a quantitative method with the type of quasi-experimental and the nonequivalent control group design model. The population of this study were grade V students at one of the public elementary schools in Kecamatan Cibeunying Kidul, Bandung with a sample consisting of class VE as the control class and VG as the experimental class. The research data were obtained from observing participation skills and the results of the pretest and post-test for intellectual skills. The results of this study statistically show that (1) there is an increase in citizenship skills of grade V students using edutainment-based learning assisted by question card media in Pancasila education subjects, (2) there are differences in the improvement of citizenship skills of grade V students using edutainment-based learning assisted by question card media with learning that does not use these methods in Pancasila education subject
Effect of Management Control System Implementation on Employee Performance at PT PLN (Persero) P3B Sumatera UPB Sumbagut
83 HalamanPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh penerapan sistem pengendalian manajemen terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. PLN (Persero) P3B Sumatera UPB Sumbagut. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 35 karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) P3B Sumatera UPB Sumbagut. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan data kuesioner. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear sederhana, uji t dan uji R dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS versi 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Penerapan Sistem Pengendalian Manajemen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. We have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
Implementasi Interpolasi Polinomial Bentuk Baku dan Metode Selisih Terbagi Newton Menggunakan Excel dan Google Colab
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis serta membandingkan efektivitas penerapan metode interpolasi polinomial bentuk baku dan metode selisih terbagi Newton memakai dua perangkat bantu: Microsoft Excel dan Google Colab. Interpolasi polinomial adalah cara numerik yang dipakai guna menaksir nilai fungsi dari titik-titik data khusus. Penelitian ini menggunakan suatu pendekatan kualitatif dengan suatu metode studi literatur untuk mengkaji teori, algoritma, serta penerapan praktis dari masing-masing metode tersebut. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kedua metode tersebut mampu memberikan hasil yang akurat, namun efektivitas dari keduanya dipengaruhi oleh media yang digunakan. Microsoft Excel lebih mudah digunakan dalam perhitungan sederhana serta visualisasinya, sedangkan Google Colab unggul dalam hal fleksibilitas, efisiensi perhitungan, dan kemampuan mengelola data yang lebih kompleks dengan Python. Penggunaan interpolasi orde lebih tinggi sering kali terbukti memberikan galat yang lebih kecil. Ini menunjukkan tingkat akurasi yang meningkat secara umum. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi besar dalam memberikan panduan praktis bagi para pendidik serta para pelajar dalam memilih suatu metode dan suatu perangkat bantu yang sesuai untuk menyelesaikan persoalan numerik interpolasi polinomial.

Abstract
This research aims to analyze and compare the effectiveness of applying the standard form polynomial interpolation method and the Newton divided difference method using two tools: Microsoft Excel and Google Colab.Polynomial interpolation is a numerical method used to estimate the value of a function from specific data points.This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method to examine the theory, algorithms, and practical applications of each of these methods.The analysis results show that both methods are capable of providing accurate results, but the effectiveness of each is influenced by the medium used.Microsoft Excel is easier to use for simple calculations and visualizations, while Google Colab excels in terms of flexibility, computational efficiency, and the ability to manage more complex data with Python.The use of higher-order interpolation often proves to yield smaller errors.This indicates an overall increase in accuracy.This research makes a significant contribution by providing practical guidance for educators and students in selecting an appropriate method and tool to solve numerical polynomial interpolation problems.This research makes a significant contribution by providing practical guidance for educators and students in selecting an appropriate method and tool to solve polynomial interpolation numerical problems.
