    Spirulina dengan kualitas baik memiliki nilai ekonomi yang tinggi sehingga pengontrolan cahaya menjadi salah satu hal yang dikembangkan saat ini. Perkembangan teknologi mendorong PT Panasonic Gobel Indonesia mengembangkan produk LED special lighting untuk mendukung budidaya mikroalga spirulina bernilai ekonomi tinggi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui peluang bisnis produk LED special lighting dan faktor yang mempengaruhi niat konsumen menggunakan produk. Penelitian kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam pada enam pembudidaya mikroalga spirulina di Pulau Jawa untuk mengetahui persepsi dan niat konsumen terhadap penggunaan teknologi dalam budidaya. Model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology-3 (UTAUT-3) diadaptasi dan digunakan dalam analisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa LED special lighting berpotensi dikembangkan dengan potensi pasar mencapai lebih dari satu juta unit pada tahun 2024. LED special lighting diposisikan pada cost-effective dan local presence yang menunjukkan produk berteknologi memiliki harga ekonomis dan merupakan produk dalam negeri. Produk ini menyasar business to business (B2B) dan business to customer (B2C). Niat konsumen menggunakan teknologi LED special lighting dipengaruhi oleh kinerja produk untuk mengoptimalkan proses dan hasil budidaya. Spesifikasi produk yang dibutuhkan pembudidaya adalah pengaturan cahaya, kemampuan menjaga suhu media, water-resistant, tahan terhadap perubahan pH, hemat listrik, serta masa pakai panjang. Dukungan perusahaan terhadap layanan purna jual juga menjadi faktor adopsi teknologi bagi konsumen. Hasil yang diperoleh memperluas penerimaan teknologi dengan mengidentifikasi kebutuhan konsumen dan harapan penggunaan teknologi pada budidaya mikroalga spirulina.============================================================================================================== Spirulina with good quality has a high economic value so that light control is one of the things being developed today. Technological developments encourage PT Panasonic Gobel Indonesia to develop LED special lighting products to support the cultivation of spirulina microalgae with high economic value. This research was conducted to determine the business opportunities of LED special lighting products and factors that influence consumer intention to use the product. Qualitative research was used in this study by collecting data through in-depth interviews with six spirulina microalgae cultivators in Java Island to determine consumer perceptions and intentions towards the use of technology in cultivation. The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology-3 (UTAUT-3) model was adapted and used in data analysis. The results of this study show that LED special lighting has the potential to be developed with a market potential of more than one million units by 2024. LED special lighting is positioned at cost-effective and local presence which shows that technological products have an economical price and are domestic products. This product targets business to business (B2B) and business to customer (B2C). Consumer intention to use LED special lighting technology is influenced by product performance to optimize the cultivation process and results. Product specifications needed by cultivators are light regulation, ability to maintain media temperature, water-resistant, resistant to pH changes, electricity saving, and long service life. Company support for after-sales service is also a factor in technology adoption for consumers. The results obtained expand technology acceptance by identifying consumer needs and expectations of technology use in spirulina microalgae cultivation

    In writing this final assignment, the author examines the verdict in the Divorce and Talak case, which was decided at the Malang Regency Class 1A Religious Court, which adjudicated Divorce Divorce Case Number 2163/Pdt. G/2023/PA.Kab.Mlg. The decision in this case rejected the divorce petition submitted by the petitioner on the basis that the statements of the witnesses presented by the petitioner contradicted each other's statements during the evidence, so that only one witness was deemed to know the problems faced by the petitioner and the respondent. By using the principle of "Unus Testis Nullus Testis" as a consideration and stating that only 1 witness is deemed to be known by the applicant, while there are 2 witnesses presented by the applicant, there is 1 witness who is deemed not to know about the dispute in the house. Therefore, the author is interested in raising this issue with the title "Judicial Analysis of the Decision of the Panel of Judges Rejecting the Application for Divorce and Divorce Due to Conflicting Witness Statements Which Cause the Principle of "Unus Testis Nullus Testis" to emerge as research material for the author based on the experience of the author who has followed the agenda.     Perancangan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Harga Pokok Produksi Berdasarkan Job Order Costing

    Digital transactions that are increasingly developing make the use of technology in various company businesses increasingly needed. In manufacturing companies there is a calculation of the cost of production (HPP) which is the most important part in calculating the costs incurred during the production process. However, human error problems often arise when HPP calculations are still done manually, one of which is at the Liwet Asep Strawberry company. The purpose of this study was to design an accounting information system for the cost of goods manufactured at Liwet Asep Strawberry, which currently determines the cost of production that is not in accordance with accounting standards. The instability of the cost of production can affect the increase in production costs resulting in the company\u27s profit or loss so that it cannot be monitored by managers, besides that the accounting records have not been computerized so that it can hamper the processing time of the cost of goods manufactured report. The information system designed by the author uses the PHP programming language and the PostgreSQL database. The information system design model used is a context diagram and flowchart and a system development model using the waterfall SDLC model. The purpose of designing this system is to assist in the process of recording, calculating and reporting the cost of production effectively and efficiently. The result of this design is that it can improve the performance of making reports on the cost of production.Transaksi digital yang semakin berkembang membuat penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam berbagai bisnis perusahaan semakin dibutuhkan. Pada perusahaan manufaktur terdapat perhitungan harga pokok produksi (HPP) yang merupakan bagian terpenting dalam menghitung biaya yang dikeluarkan saat proses produksi. Namun, permasalahan human error atau kesalahan manusia sering muncul saat perhitungan HPP masih dilakukan secara manual salah satunya adalah di perusahaan liwet Asep stroberi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem informasi akuntansi harga pokok produksi pada liwet Asep stroberi yang saat ini penentuan harga pokok produksinya belum sesuai dengan standar akuntansi. Dengan ketidakstabilan harga pokok produksi dapat mempengaruhi kenaikan biaya produksi yang mengakibatkan laba atau rugi perusahaan sehingga tidak dapat terpantau oleh manajer, selain itu pencatatan akuntansi belum terkomputerisasi sehingga dapat menghambat waktu pengerjaan laporan harga pokok produksi. Sistem informasi yang dirancang oleh penulis menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Hypertext Preprocessor atau PHP dan database postgreSQL. Model perancangan sistem informasi yang digunakan adalah diagram konteks, flowchart dan model pengembangan sistem menggunakan model Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) air terjun (waterfall). Tujuan dari perancangan sistem ini  adalah membantu dalam proses pencatatan, perhitungan dan laporan harga pokok produksi secara efektif dan efisien. This page seeks to answer questions about the utilisation of technology in Islamic education, the platforms used, and the degree to which the use of technology is important or not. The writing of this article uses a qualitative type of research. This research aims to find out how educational technology helps the assimilation of Islamic Religious Education in the classroom. By using the methodology of literature study and interviews, the author used qualitative research methodology. The results show that technology has an important role in facilitating communication between parents, teachers and children during the pandemic. Technology makes learning easier by removing the requirement of face-to-face interaction. Various services, including Zoom Cloud Assembly, Google Meet, Google Study Room, and WhatsApp, can be used to exchange educational resources. Dengan kemajuan teknologi, produk pencahayaan LED dibuat khusus untuk mendukung budidaya mikroalga spirulina. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui peluang bisnis LED special lighting dan faktor yang mempengaruhi niat konsumen menggunakan produk LED dalam budidaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan model UTAUT-3 sebagai kerangka penelitian.
