No full textThe dataset was collected in three phases using snowball-sampling during 2020. The experiment was designed to simulate the situation in which users want to inform themselves about Crimea’s annexation on YouTube, and progress by watching videos relevant to the question, picking only relevant recommendations from the list of recommendations in the three stages of the experiment.
For the first data collection, fifteen starting videos were manually selected by the author using the YouTube search function. They had to be relatively short (under 20 minutes), seven of them represented a clearly positive attitude towards the annexation, seven evaluated this event negatively, and one video represented an ambivalent perspective. Collected recommendations were manually annotated. Two independent annotators watched all recommended videos in full length and evaluated such parameters as relevance, evaluation of the annexation, language, topic, and category. In addition, the presence of actual topics, such as the increasing issue of the pandemic and various anniversaries, among them the anniversary of the Crimea annexation, was marked in the dataset.
The second data collection starts from a selection of videos taken from the first and uses the foremost relevant recommendations, each recommended more than 12 times.
For the third data collection, the recommendations were collected after watching the top of relevant recommendations (44 videos, including several watched videos from the second data collection as they were frequently recommended again).
The dataset includes:

No full textThe problem examined in this study is how the implementation of the ritual tradition of Sakai Bedikei treatment in Muara Basung Village Pinggir District Bengkalis Regency Riau Province and the values contained therein. The purpose of this research is to gather information and data about how the implementation and values exist in the Bedikei ritual ritual tradition. The theory used according to according to According to the UU Hamidy (2014: 22) the implementation of the ritual is usually already held with a ceremony, each ceremony will include time, space or place, equipment, text (ceremony messages), the perpetrators and participants of the ceremony. Religious Values according to the UU Hamidy (2014: 49) religious values are values that are considered to be above other values. Customary Value according to UU Hamidy (2014: 51) adat value is a value that provides provisions for how humans should act and behave, as well as with a series of fairly firm sanctions. Value of Tradition according to UU Hamidy (2014: 57) the value of tradition is as human behavior and actions that always continue from one generation to the next. Social Value according to Parjiyana (2016: 34) states that social value is a set of social roles that interact or social groups that have the same values, norms, and goals. The method used in this study, the author uses descriptive analysis method using qualitative data. Then the data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research in this ritual are carried out if there are people who are sick and may not be carried out in the fasting month, the place of implementation in the shaman's house, the time of implementation at 20.00-05.00, the conditions in Bedikei: Religious Values, which is when Bedikei the shaman will recite a mantra to summon the spirits of the ancestors in order to help the shaman to cure an illness, this is that animistic beliefs are still inherent in the Sakai people as a legacy of their ancestors, Customary Value is a habit and customary law if residents do not implement it will receive sanctions. Tradition Value, namely Bedikei treatment ritual is still carried on from generation to generation. And Social Value, that is, residents are still enthusiastic to help, work together to implement the Bedikei process
ANALYSIS OF STRESS AND DISPLACEMENT PROFILE ON 30" PIPELINE RISER AT MLNG TIGA
No full textThis project is mainly concerns about the analysis on the finite element simulation of a 30-inch
pipeline riser. The area of interest is focused on the displacement of the riser due to internal and
external loads applied on the pipeline riser. This project is in collaboration with PETRONAS
Carigali Sdn. Bhd (PCSB). Pipeline riser is subjected to internal pressure caused by the fluid
inside the pipeline and external pressure, which is the underwater hydrostatic pressure. This
could cause the pipeline to experience some displacement or dislocation. Thus, the aim of this
study is to simulate the pipeline riser under operating condition and analyze the profile of the
pipeline riser using a 3D Finite Element Analysis software. The scope of the study basically
covers four main phases starting from literature review, data gathering, modeling and simulation
run using software, and finally analyzing the profile of the pipeline riser model prior to the result
obtained from the simulation. The methodology of this project demonstrates on how a pipe
simulation is done using a 3D Finite Element Analysis software. The simulation used is based on
a piping network model provided by the software and the output of the simulation is used for the
analysis at the final stage of the study. This study has come out with results that were found to be
inaccurate. The displacements of the pipeline riser have been determined from the simulation.
The results obtained from the simulation are however reasonable considering the limitations that
was set earlier in the project. The author has successfully managed to simulate the 3D model
using the software identified

Because of the conditions that will require the leader's skills in managing any changes that will occur and the facilities required must be good, so the author wants to know about the influence of a leader with a transformational leadership style, the influence of the existing work environment, and the results of the performance of his employees at BAZNAS Samarinda City. . This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and work environment on the performance of BAZNAS employees in Samarinda. The research method used is quantitative research with causal research, with a population of 11 respondents using a saturated sampling technique (census). Meanwhile, the data collection technique used is the Questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that Transformational Leadership Style has a significant effect on employee performance, the work environment partially does not significantly affect employee performance and simultaneously Transformational Leadership Style and work environment affect employee performance with a coefficient of determination R square of 0.970 or equal to 97 %.

The reason the author conducted this research is because there are many traditional and cultural values contained in the taboos that are conveyed. Research problems: (1) What are the customary values contained in the expression of abstinence in the descent of the Panglimo Gadjah Poetih boat in Tebing Tinggi Village, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency? (2) What are the religious values contained in the expression of abstinence in the descent of the Panglimo Gadjah Poetih Boat in Tebing Tinggi Village, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency?. Aims to describe and analyze religious values and traditional values contained in the expression of abstinence in the descent of the Panglimo Gadjah Poetih Boat Trail in Tebing Tinggi Village, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This study uses the theory of Hamidy (2011:48), Ahmadi (2004:255), Hamidy (1996:30-40). This research is included in qualitative research using descriptive method. The source of the data used is an expression of abstinence in boat descent from Panglimo Gadjah Poetih in Tebing Tinggi Village, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This study uses interview techniques and recording techniques. The results of this study were found as many as 15 data which were divided into: religious values contained 5 data and customary values contained 10 data. So it can be concluded that the expression of abstinence in the descent of the boat on the Panglimo Gadjah Poetih route in Tebing Tinggi Village, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency has religious values and customary values in each of its abstinence expressions

The theory used in this study refers to theories about character traits, namely Nurgiyantoro (2010), Hamidy (2012), Minderop (2013), Endraswara (2013), Aminuddin (2014). The approach that researchers use is a qualitative approach, this type of research is a library, the method used is descriptive method. The results of the study concluded: The author concludes that the theme of this legend is the selfishness of Manggak Napitupulu. The author finds several characters in the legend, including: manggak napitupulu and tigers as the main characters in the legend batu basiha. And there are several auxiliary characters found in the legend, namely ompung, tunggane, namboru, lae, doli-doli akkang, babiat dan tulang. The author discovers the existence of structures and moral values in these literary works. Literary works in this contain the structure of the story that is in the form of themes, flow, background, figure, character and mandate, as well as moral values related to responsibility, conscience and obligation. This is what makes the writer interested in researching the collection of Riau Folklore Series by Maria Rosa Anggraini, S.S. Problems in this study 1) What is the structure contained in the collection of Riau Folklore Series compiled by Maria Rosa Anggraini, S.S.? 2.) What is the moral value contained in the collection of the Riau Folk Story Series compiled by Maria Rosa Anggraini, S.S. the scope of the study of literature, especially literary criticism that examines structure and moral values.
