Alih Wahana Novel Atirah Karya Alberthine Endah ke dalam Film Atirah Karya Riri Riza. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses ekranisasi novel Atirah karya Alberthine Endah ke dalam film Atirah karya Riri Riza. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori ekranisasi Pamusuk Eneste. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif. Data penelitian berupa teks yang terdapat dalam novel Atirah karya Alberthine Endah dan transkripsi film Atirah karya Riri Riza yang berkaitan dengan masalah penelitian. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah Novel Atirah karya Alberthine Endah dan film Atirah karya Riri Riza. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan teknik dokumentasi dan transkripsi dianlisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan proses ekranisasi struktur faktual Novel Atirah karya Alberthine Endah ke dalam film Atirah karya Riri Riza berupa penciutan, penambahan, dan perubahan bervariasi, baik pada alur, karakter, dan latar cerita. The population in this study were all staff at SD 20 Tebun Village, Rangsang District, Meranti Islands Regency. While the sample is 31 people who represent the population. Sampling using purposive sampling method. Types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data used in this study. Data analysis used in this study is the Simple Linear Regression Test, T Test, and Determination (R2). The product description is 1custom made cactus store suits with the unique selling point. There are some people that really loves I plants and nature. They enjoy taking care of them. This cactus curation absalutely will made them fall in 1 love. The cactus and succulents wil be decorates in variety types of vases and decorations depends on : customer's requests. Tiny.Heartbeats has a lot of choices can be choosen. The strengths of this cactus : store is they are really suitable for gifts and any events. The owner sell their products according to the customer's request as low as RM20. It's very hard to buy a cactus with pretty curation in Penang. Tiny.Heartbeats will be the first to do so. Some challenges for me are not all people like to buy cactus, I have to make this product more attractive and appealing to everyone. From my research, I found out the logo and the concept of the old design that made by the owner did not communicate clearly to the audience. So, I have to solve the problem to make it more interesting about the product to attract more people to buy this product. Furthermore, the target audience for this product is for those who wants to buy a present either for their family, friends or even for themselves. The idea of my design are basically to represents the cactus more. I make it simple but still can attract people just by looking at the logo. When it comes to nature, it can be really crowded and messy, I decided to not make the design sink in behind the crowded design and products. I really excited and want to make the design concept more prettier and attractive. In conclusion, Tiny.Heartbeats have the opportunity to be a well known store because of they are pretty and an amazing products. Customers can customize their own with variation of choices and prices. STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN USAHA SAYURAN HIDROPONIK KELOMPOK WANITA TANI BUNDA ATIRAH KELURAHAN SURAU GADANG KECAMATAN NANGGALO KOTA PADANG
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal sayuran hidroponik pada KWT Bunda Atirah di Kota Padang, (2) merumuskan strategi pengembangan usaha sayuran hidroponik pada KWT Bunda Atirah di Kota Padang. Sumber data penelitian terdiri dari responden internal (5 orang) dan responden eksternal (7 orang). Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan informan kunci. Analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan deskripsi kuantitatif. Alat analisa data yang digunakan yaitu, IFE, EFE, SWOT, dan QSPM dengan memanfaatkan Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa analisis matriks IFE memiliki total skor 2,503. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa Kelompok Wanita Tani Bunda Atirah memiliki posisi internal yang kuat. Selanjutnya di dalam matriks EFE memiliki total skor 2,693. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa usaha mampu merespon baik terhadap peluang dan ancaman yang datang. Hasil analisis Matriks QSPM menetapkan alternatif strategi yang terpilih adalah meningkatkan kapasitas produksi dengan mempertahankan kualitas produksi agar dapat menarik pedagang pengecer dan mempertahankankan konsumen agar setia membeli produk sayuran hidroponik dari KWT Bunda Atirah dengan skor 6,434. Disarankan kepada Kelompok Wanita Tani Bunda Atirah meningkatkan partisipasi anggota dengan pelatihan intensif dan pemberian insentif bagi anggota yag aktif dan disarankan juga untuk memperluas jaringan distribusi ke luar Kecamatan Nanggalo dan bekerjasama dengan berbagai instansi dan pasar modern
