Get PDFDosen pembimbing memiliki peran mendampingi mahasiswa dalam proses penyusunan skripsi. Penentuan awal calon pembimbing diberbagai kampus seringkali bersifat subjektif dan kebijakan langsung oleh ketua program studi ataupun dipilih langsung oleh mahasiswa. Penentuan dosen pembimbing terkadang belum dilakukan penyesuaian antara bidang ilmu skripsi yang dipilih mahasiswa dengan kompetensi dosen yang bersangkutan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan dengan penerapan metode yang tepat untuk menentukan dosen pembimbing. Algoritma Naive Bayes Classifier merupakan sebuah metode klasifikasi. Pada penelitian ini digunakan acuan data training dosen pembimbing 1 sebanyak 217 dan data training dosen pembimbing 2 sebanyak 177, sedangkan data uji yang digunakan sebanyak 10 data. Kriteria yang digunakan adalah kompetensi, jabatan fungsional dan homebase dosen. Implementasi algoritma Naive Bayes Classifier disisipkan dalam aplikasi sistem pengajuan skripsi terintegrasi SIMASITA CIC. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian algoritma Naive Bayes Classifier didapatkan perbandingan tingkat kesesuaian dosen pembimbing 1 sebesar 90% : 10% dan perbandingan tingkat kesesuaian dosen pembimbing 2 sebesar 30% :70%

No full textPemberian beasiswa merupakan salah satu program di STMIK CIC Cirebon. Program Beasiswa ini terdiri dari beasiswa BBM, PPA, Prestasi Akademik, Prestasi Olahraga, dan Skripsi. Proses seleksi dilakukan oleh Bagian Kemahasiswaan. Proses seleksi saat ini belum menggunakan metode tertentu dalam menyeleksi dokumen-dokumen pengajuan beasiswa, sehingga hasil yang didapat masih rentan terhadap subjektifitas dan sangat berpengaruh terhadap lamanya waktu seleksi. Usulan proses seleksi untuk data-data pengajuan adalah menggunakan metode Logika Fuzzy Basis Data Model Tahani. Metode ini menghasilkan data yang bersifat fuzzy untuk proses perhitungan fire-strength sehingga menghasilkan daftar rekomendasi calon penerima beasiswa. Dari hasil implementasi disimpulkan bahwa sistem pendukung keputusan ini dapat memproses dan menyeleksi data pengajuan beasiswa (BBM, PPA, Akademik, Prestasi Olahraga, dan Skripsi) dengan hasil akhir berupa daftar rekomendasi penerima beasiswa sebelum diputuskan sebagai penerima beasiswa

Get PDFABSTRACTAlumni satisfaction survey is one of the way to carried out by Informatics Engineering Study Program at CIC University in the effort to provide maximum learning and service to its students. As a study program that has the highest number of students and graduates in CIC University, Informatics Engineering Study Program routinely conducts alumni satisfaction surveys during graduation registration. Where the survey results are obtained, then analyzed the level of satisfaction and expectations. However, there is a problem, process of collecting survey data is still using paper, then the results have recapitulated for analysis through by SPSS program, so it takes a lot time to analyze. Therefore it need a system to handle these problems. The purpose of this research is to build a web-based alumni satisfaction analysis system using Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Matrix (Matrix IPA) methods. After system has successfully implemented, alumni can fill out the survey by logging in first using their respective NIM. System will produce an analysis in the form of information on the level of overall alumni satisfaction and display the attributes that must be improved which can be taken into consideration by the Informatics Engineering Study Program in improving learning and service. Based on the results of the user accepting test on 3 lecturers of the Informatics Engineering Study Program, the percentage is 79,16 %, it means that alumni satisfaction analysis system is in accordance with the needs.Keywords: alumni satisfaction, CSI, importance performance matrix, satisfaction analysisABSTRAKSurvei kepuasan alumni merupakan salah satu cara yang dilakukan Program Studi Teknik Informatika Universitas CIC Cirebon dalam upaya untuk memberikan pembelajaran dan pelayanan yang maksimal kepada mahasiswanya. Sebagai program studi yang memiliki jumlah mahasiswa dan lulusan terbanyak di Universitas CIC, Program Studi Teknik Informatika rutin mengadakan survei kepuasan alumni pada saat pendaftaran wisuda. Dimana hasil survei yang didapat kemudian dianalisis tingkat kepuasan dan tingkat harapannya. Namun terdapat permasalahan yaitu proses pengumpulan data survei yang masih menggunakan kertas, kemudian hasil yang didapat direkap untuk dianalisis melalui program SPSS. Dengan cara tersebut tentu akan memakan waktu yang cukup lama untuk menganalisisnya. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu sistem untuk menangani permasalahan tersebut. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun sistem analisis kepuasan alumni dengan metode analisis Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dan Importance Performance Matrix (Matrix IPA). Setelah sistem berhasil diimplementasikan, alumni dapat mengisi survei dengan login terlebih dahulu menggunakan NIM masing-masing. Sistem akan menghasilkan analisis berupa informasi tingkatan kepuasan alumni secara keseluruhan dan menampilkan atribut yang harus ditingkatkan yang dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan Program Studi Teknik Informatika dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran dan pelayanan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian User Acceptance Test (UAT) terhadap 3 dosen Program Studi Teknik Informatika, didapat persentase sebesar 79,16% yang artinya sistem analisis kepuasan alumni ini sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan.Kata Kunci: kepuasan alumni, csi, importance performance matrix, analisis kepuasa
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDFThis study discusses the application of the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method in selecting the best employee performance at CV. Syntax Corporation Indonesia. The background of the problem involves challenges in assessing and selecting the best employees objectively amidst the many assessment criteria. The purpose of the study is to implement the SAW method to improve accuracy and objectivity in performance assessment. The method used is SAW with predetermined criteria, as well as weight calculations and data normalization. The results of the study indicate that the SAW method is effective in facilitating the eval_uation process and producing more accurate employee rankings based on relevant criteria. The results of this study indicate that the SAW method can identify employees with the best performance regularly and transparently. The application of this method produces employee rankings that are consistent with the eval_uation objectives and company needs. By using SAW, CV. Syntax Corporation Indonesia is able to improve the accuracy of the assessment and provide more objective decisions in selecting the best employees. This study suggests that the SAW method be applied more widely for performance-based decision making in other companies

Banyak online shop yang menyediakan platform nya sendiri namun kebanyakan tidak memperhatikan visual, kenyamanan pengguna hingga pengalaman pengguna dalam setiap fitur yang digunakan. Maka dari itu pengaruh User Interface dan User Experience dalam perancangan desain prototype website sangat dibutuhkan agar pengguna merasa nyaman dan pengalaman yang diberikan mendapatkan hasil yang baik ketika menggunakan produk tersebut. Proses dibuatnya perancangan ini menggunakan metode Design Thinking yang terdapat lima tahapan yang harus di lalui yaitu emphatize,define,ideate,prototype dan test.

The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

Implementing the RAD system in new student admission has successfully created a tool to conduct exams for prospective students. Embracing technology in online exams has increased, leveraging automation and efficiency. Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
