The intention to share: professionals’ knowledge sharing behaviors in online communities
Since the 1990s, the rise of some online communities as well as the decline of others has caught the attention of academia as well as of practice. One assumption for the decline of some online communities is the lack of the rich knowledge content that is believed to be the source of competitiveness and sustainability of any online community. Online communities are increasingly acknowledging the value of knowledge and the knowledge sharing processes required for online communities to build and sustain their identity in this competitive and constantly changing online environment. This research aims to provide an understanding of knowledge sharing behavior through the adaptation of two major theories imported from Social Psychology: the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) and the Theory of Planned Behavior (TpB). Exploring knowledge sharing from a social psychological perspective provides an understanding of the process an individual goes through to make the decision to share his/her knowledge with others as well as the different psychological factors facilitating or hindering knowledge sharing behavior. Research findings are based on a web-survey of 158 group members, and an observation of interactions of eight active groups in one online community of professional educators. Proposing an extended theoretical model of knowledge sharing behavior in an online community, this research found that normative pressures, including subjective norms and descriptive norms, had a strong influence on the formation of the individual’s intention to share in the online community. Knowledge sharing self-efficacy also was found to significantly account for explaining the individual’s motivation to share his/her knowledge with other members. Attitude and controllability were not found to have significant impacts on the formation of intention. The qualitative analysis of the interactions of members of eight active groups revealed that there were other implicit factors that motivated individuals to engage in online activities. The observation of 24 online sessions had generated beliefs related to knowledge sharing behavior. Those beliefs were related to normative beliefs and the pressure created by the expectations of others, control beliefs and the confidence of the individual’s ability to behave, and finally, behavioral beliefs and individual outcome expectations.Ph.D.Includes bibliographical referencesIncludes vitaby Bibi M. The Rights and Duties of Women According to Bibi Khanom Astarabadi and Taj al-Saltana: Two Examples of Feminist Social Critique in Iran at the Turn of the 20th Century
This paper aims to juxtapose two crucial texts for the early history of feminism in Iran: a satirical treatise entitled Maʼayeb al-rejal (The vices of men) from 1894 written by Bibi Khanom Astarabadi (1858/59–1921) and the memoirs of Taj al-Saltana
(1884–1936), a daughter of Naser al-Din Shah (r. 1848–1896), penned in 1914. In spite of the authors’ different backgrounds and the diversity of issues raised, both devoted plenty of attention to the desirable qualities of a ‘modern Iranian woman’—a new ideal championed by the Iranian reformist movement of the late 1800s and early 1900s. This progressive ideal of woman, however, remained rooted in a traditional paradigm
equating womanhood with wifehood and motherhood. Through a literary analysis of the works of Bibi Khanom and Taj al-Saltana, the author argues that the early Iranian feminists integrated their advocacy for dignity and ‘modernity’ of woman into the patriarchal outlook by reserving for their ‘sisters’ the functions of educators and carers

Biežāk OSD slimība skar aktīvus bērnus, sportistus vecumā no 8 līdz 15 gadiem (zēniem, 12-15 gadi; meitenēm, 8-12 gadiem).

One of the most common causes of knee pain in young athletes is Osgood-Schlatter disease (OSD). Research shows that educating parents is critical to reducing inactivity in youth due to pain (Lyng, 2020). School surveys revealed that some parents are not or are insufficiently informed about this disease, its symptoms reduction with the help of massage and exercises.
Often, OSD disease affects active children, athletes aged 8-15 years (for boys, 12-15 years; for girls, 8-12 years). The topicality of the research topic is justified, because after activity restrictions due to Covid-19, OSD has been encountered by students, athletes who quickly resumed training (Leeuwen, 2022). Parents' awareness of the disease and opportunities to reduce the symptoms caused by the disease could reduce children's immobility due to knee pain (Rathleff, 2019).
The purpose of the study is to find out the awareness and experience of parents of children about the use of massage and exercises in case of OSD.
The theoretical part consists of a literature and research review in the case of OSD. Theoretical aspects of massage and exercise as one of the methods of treatment and prevention.
The research part includes research methodology, tasks, results and conclusions.

In the overview of children's literature of the XX century, Emilia Villoresi has been remembered for her translations of the famous Bibi cycle by the Danish writer Karin Michaëlis. The lombard author, coming from the same Villoresi family of the famous engineer Eugenio, was herself author of several works for children. Emilia Villoresi, when she was still young, published Autunnale, a collection of poems written as a teenager, and then moved on to romances for adults. The shift towards the world of childhood happened after the assignment to translate Bibi for the Vallardi editor. The correspondence between Emilia Villoresi and Karin Michaëlis is the occasion of strengthening the collaboration between the two artists. Several of the written works considered highlight the artistic vocation in youth. The relationship between art and childhood, so important to Villoresi, became in the essay the driver to evaluate the educational value of her works

Individual Safety Perceptions of Women in Public Spaces: Towards Socio-Spatial Indicators for Improving the Environment
Feelings of unsafety limits a person’s accessibility and usage of public spaces, especially for women as they experience higher levels of fear compared to men. Hence, gender differences in safety perceptions in public spaces have been widely studied among scholars. However, in such research women, and men, are often seen as a homogenous group, whilst there may be significant differences in in safety perceptions among them. Hence, this research aims to explore the differences in individual safety perception among women in public spaces of Holendrecht, in the south-eastern part of Amsterdam, using qualitative research methods like interviewing and mental mapping. Two identities explicitly come forward, women with a large social network, who are older, live longer in the neighbourhood and have a Surinam or Ghanese ethnicity, tend to report lower levels of feelings unsafe. And those with a small social network in the neighbourhood, who are younger, live there for a shorter period and have a Dutch ethnicity, are more in need of additional factors to enhance their feelings of safety. Such factors are familiarity and physical factors influencing visibility. These results indicate the importance of taking an intersectional approach, to see how social categorization intervene with different perceptions of safety. This way, decisions on maintenance and improving public spaces can be better informed to create more equal access of public spaces.Metropolitan Analysis, Design and Engineering (MADE
