Stern tube is a steel tube built into the ship’s structure for the purpose of supporting and enclosing the propulsion shafting where it pierces the hull of the ship. The stern tube system used is lubricating system with lubricating oil media and mounted pads that are made of babbit metal, also given rubber seals. Leakage of the stern tube will occur when the stern tube is abnormal.
The research method that the writer uses in the preparation of this thesis is SWOT method as data analysis technique to analyze the existing problem at stern tube, that is what factors causing leaks on stern tube aboard, impact resulting from leakage at stern tube and effort improves the leakage of the stern tube by systematically identifying various factors against strenghts, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats from the environment to formulate strategies will be taken.
Based on the results of research that has been done by the author on the ship can be concluded on the stern tube caused by damage experienced on the stern tube because of poor material quality. Then for the inconvenience for the company as well as for the ship, the strategy to fix the leakage of stern tube using SWOT analysis strategy that is defensive strategy that is in quadrant IV, there are two factors of effort to improve the stern tube according to the strategy formula that the company must take an active role in supporting the activity of docking repair the damaged seal stern tube.

Keterkaitan Pengembangan Kawasan Transit Berbasis TOD (Transit Oriented Development) Terhadap Penggunaan Bus Transjakarta Di Kawasan Blok, M Jakarta

pengembangan kawasan yang beorientasi pada titik transit. Hal
ini bertujuan untuk menurunkan penggunaan kendaraan pribadi
dengan mengalihkan moda ke angkutan berbasis transit. Kawasan
Blok M, Jakarta merupakan kawasan yang dikembangkan
berdasarkan prinsip TOD sejak tahun 2014. Akan tetapi kawasan
ini masih mengalami tingkat kemacetan yang tinggi. Hal ini
dikarenakan penggunaan angkutan pribadi masih dominan, baik
yang berasal ataupun menuju kawasan tersebut. Selain itu
penggunaan dari angkutan umum berbasis transit masih minim.
Oleh karena itu diperlukan penelitian untuk melihat keterkaitan
fungsi kawasan yang dikembangkan berbasis TOD terhadap
penggunaan dari moda berbasis transit (Bus Transjakarta).
Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear
berganda. Analisis tersebut bertujuan untuk menghasilkan suatu
model yang dapat memprediksi penggunaan Bus Transjakarta di
kawasan Blok M, Jakarta.
Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik
pelaku pergerakan di kawasan Blok M tidak mempengaruhi tingkat
penggunaan dari Bus Transjakarta secara signifikan. Ciri
kawasan yang sesuai dengan kriteria TOD mempengaruhi tingkat
penggunaan Bus Transjakarta (Y) secara signifikan, terutama
kesesuaian terhadap indikator diversitas (X2) dan desain kawasan
(X3). Oleh karena itu model penggunaan Bus Transjakarta
berdasarkan kesesuaian ciri kawasan berbasis transit oriented development adalah y=-0.314 + 0,37 X2 + 0,298 X3. Kesesuaian
terhadap indikator densitas tidak signifikan mempengaruhi
penggunaan moda transit di kawasan Blok M. Hal ini menunjukan
bahwa semakin beragamnya penggunaan lahan di kawasan Blok
M serta didukung oleh desain kawasan yang ramah pejalan kaki
maka penggunaan Bus Transjakartanya semakin tinggi.

Transit Oriented Development (TOD) concept is an
approach to develop a city that focuses on station areas. It aims to
minimize the use of private transportations, by shifting the mode of
transportation to the mass rapid transit modes. Blok M, Jakarta is
an area that developed by TOD`s criteria since 2014. However,
this area is still surrounded by bad congestion. It is caused by the
massive use of private transportation from both ingress and egress
of Blok M area. Furthermore, the demand of bus rapid transit`s
(Transjakarta) is constantly decreasing by years. Therefore, this
research aims to find the correlation between TOD based area
development and the use of Transjakarta in Blok M, Jakarta
This research uses multivariate regression analysis. It aims
to obtain the mathematical model that can predict the percentage
of Blok M` Transjakarta demand based on TOD`s criteria
The result of this research implies that characteristic of
travel behavior does not influence the use of Transjakarta
ridership significantly. On Contrary, the characteristics of TOD`s
criteria are significant to affect the use of Transjakarta ridership
especially diversity (X2) and pedestrian ways design (X3) indicator.
Hence, mathematical model correlation between area that
developed by TOD`s criteria and the use of Transjakarta ridership
is y= -0.314 + 0,37 X2 + 0,298 X3. According to the model, unlike
diversity and design indicator, density indicator does not influence
Transjakarta ridership uses significantly. Therefore, Blok M area
has to be developed more diverse. Besides, the design of pedestrian
ways in Blok M area has to be more walkable and comfortable in
order to increase the use of Bus Transjakart

No full textPerjanjian terapeutik merupakan perjanjian yang diterapkan dalam bidang pelayanan kesehatan, terutama dokter dan pasien. Perjanjian terapeutik dibuat dalam bentuk baku atau standar, sehingga secara yuridis normatif menimbulkan persoalan tentang kedudukan dan implikasi hukumnya ditinjau dari Pasal 1320 KUHPerdata.Penelitian yang dilakukan ini dengan metode studi hukum yang bersifat normatif, yang melibarkan proses analisis data sekunder dalam bentuk bahan hukum utama, bahan hukum pendukung, serta bahan hukum tambahan. Bahan-bahan hukum yang dimaksud ini diperoleh melalui sutau dokumen-dokumen yang relevan. Setelah mengumpulkan bahan-bahan hukum itu kemudian, dilakukan analisis kualitatif, dan dari hasil analisis tersebut didapat suatu kesimpulan sebagai suatu jawaban yang ada terhadap pokok bahasan yang diteliti tersebut.Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, Pertama, perjanjian terapeutik yang merupakan perjanjian baku adalah berkedudukan hukum sebagai perjanjian karena memenuhi Pasal 1320 KUHPerdata. Kedua, implikasi hukum dari perjanjian terapeutik adalah melahirkan wanprestasi apabila dokter dan pasien melanggar klausula-klausula yang disepakati dalam perjanjian, sehingga berlaku Pasal 1287 KUHPerdata
Analisis Kesalahan Penerapan Qawa’id Pada Buku Ajar Bahasa Arab
No full textStill, the presence of errors in the application of qawa''id Arabic Arabic textbook writing in the neighborhood Dikdasmen PWM DIY shows that the preparation of textbooks is not of good quality. This research aims to locate faults textbook writing so that it can immediately be repaired. As of this writing done on the application of qawa'id Arabic in textbook writing. The procedure used: data collection, classification or grouping error, frequency error types, the identification of the scope of the type of error, remedial and identification errors.
Artifacts errors found as many as 524 items an error. The error types, divided into two aspects of the errors, namely (1) Error morphology (akhta 'al-sarafiyyah) include isim gairu munsarif, jama' and fi'il Muta'adiy, alif Layyinah, and typographical errors. (2) a structural or syntactic errors (akhta 'tarkibiyyah) include: na'at man'ut, nakirah-ma'rifah, errors harokat, miscellaneous structures, tarkib Idafiy (mudaf-mudaf ilaih), tarkib isnadiy (mubtada' khabar), maf'ul mutlaq, mabni fathah, removal of language elements, ambiguous, one selected, couples idiom said, adding, writing qat'a glottal stop, and hamzah wasal.
Based on the analysis of the textbook errors, some errors are still common, namely the writing section glottal qat'a, isim gairu munsarif, alif Layyinah, writing errors, nakirah-ma'rifah, mabni fathah, and hamzah wasal. Some of the things that cause the occurrence of such errors that is the attitude of carelessness and a disregard for the rules by the author, the inconsistency of the author of the application of a rule, application of the rules are an incomplete and excessive generalization

Namun, realitasnya bahwa Aparat Desa Manarap Baru Kecamatan Kertak Hanyar Kabupaten Banjar masih belum semuanya mempunyai pengetahuan dan kemampuan mengoperasikan sistem administrasi terkait surat menyurat. Dengan pelatihan administrasi surat menyurat ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan, kemampuan dan penguasaan terhadap kegiatan pengadministrasian surat menyurat yang baik oleh Aparat Pemerintah Desa Manarap Baru Kecamatan Kertak Hanyar Kabupaten Banjar. Adapun target luaran yang ingin dicapai adalah hasil kegiatan ini dapat dipublikasikan pada Prosiding. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah ceramah, dialog atau diskusi mengenai teori administrasi dan muatannya sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan, serta pelatihan dalam pembuatan surat-surat pemerintahan desa yang sering dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat Desa. Design and Analysis of Run-of-River Water Turbine
Get PDFThis paper discussed on the project entitled, “Design and analysis of run-of-river water turbine”. It consists of project background, objectives, problem statements, and the relevance of the project, literature reviews, and the methodology which is the flow of the project and finally the result and discussion before the conclusion. In this project the author design a run of river water turbine and analyze the power that can be generated by the turbine.
The study is about gathering all possible information about river water turbine for further studies which will lead to the result of the design of the water turbine and the power generated by the turbine. The main objective of this project is merely to prove that the author’s design of the vertical axis run of river water turbine can generate power in form of electric. Water turbines can be classified depending on the direction of rotational axis relative to water flow direction. Axial flow water turbines have their axis of rotation parallel to water stream direction. Other turbines such as cross flow water turbines or Darrieus type water turbines (from Jean-Marie Darrieus, inventor of first vertical axis wind turbine, have rotational axis perpendicular to current direction. A vertical-axis turbine is able to extract power from any direction without adjustment.
At the end of this research, the conclusion that can be obtained is the run-of river water turbine can generate power. In order to provide such conclusion, the data that need to be considered are the river water velocity, the cross sectional area of the augmentation channeling, and the height of the augmentation channel that would be immersed in the water

Akan tetapi keterbatasan waktu dan tempat membuat
sebagian masyarakat tidak dapat berlatih bela diri ditempat
latihan yang sudah ada. Namun dengan teknologi saat ini,
dimungkinkan untuk masyarakat berlatih bela diri dengan
pelatih virtual di rumah. Selain kepraktisan yang
ditawarkan, penggunaan teknologi juga dapat mengukur
ketepatan gerakan yang di latih.
Memanfaatkan fitur motion capture pada sensor
Microsoft Kinect, penulis akan membangun aplikasi “basic
taekwondo training system” untuk menciptakan pelatih bela
diri virtual yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk berlatih
taekwondo didalam rumah.
Dengan “basic taekwondo training system” penulis
berharap dapat memberikan solusi bagi masyarakat yang
ingin membekali diri dengan bela diri guna memenuhi

kebutuhan berolahraga dan mengantisipasi tindakan yang
tidak dinginkan.

The level of criminality in Indonesia encouraging
people to learn how to defense their self , but the the
limitation of time and place make half of them cant practice
martial art on available place , with the technology today it
is posible for online practice at home , besides of the
simplicity that is offered the use of technology could
measure the accuracy of the motion which is trained.
Using Microsoft Kinect, the author want to develop
basic taekwondo traning system to create virtual couch. By
using this application, user can train taekwondo everywhere
and everytime.
With basic taekwondo training system, the author
hope that it could give the solution for the people who wants
to prepare them self with martial art to fulfill the needs of
sports and anticipate the bad people
