Perspectives on consumer perceptions of local foods: a view from Indonesia
No full textIn many countries around the world, support for local agriculture has been a burgeoning issue involving the development of the local foods movement as an alternative marketing. This study investigated ethnic and geographic differences with respect to the consumers' perceptions of local foods in Indonesia. Semistructured interviews were conducted to examine consumers' views of local foods. “Location,” “quality,” and “price” were found to be the most salient characteristics of local foods. The idea of village was associated with the meaning of “local.” Although the respondents' levels of awareness of local foods were high, further education and dissemination of the national policy on local foods was urgently needed.Poppy Arsil, Elton Li, Johan Bruwe
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Namun, perdamaian yang telah berlangsung di Aceh kembali terusik menjelang Pemilukada 2012 di Aceh, dimana mulai terjadinya kasus teror, bom dan penembakan terjadi di Aceh menjelang pesta demokrasi tersebut dilaksanakan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan tentang peran Komite Peralihan Aceh dalam menjaga perdamaian di Aceh dan untuk menjelaskan pandangan Komite Peralihan Aceh dalam menanggapi kasus gangguan keamanan menjelang Pemilukada 2012 di Aceh.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Data yang diperlukan dalam penulisan skripsi ini diperoleh melalui penelitian kepustakaan dan lapangan. Penelitian kepustakaan dilakukan dengan cara membaca buku teks, dan bahan bacaan lainnya yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini, sedangkan penelitian lapangan dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dengan pihak-pihak yang mengetahui masalah dalam penelitian ini.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa. Adapun peran Komite Peralihan Aceh Dalam Menjaga Perdamaian di Aceh, terdapat tiga peran yang menonjol, pertama peran dalam hal menjaga komitmen perdamaian, kedua tentang menjaga keadilan, dan yang ketiga melakukan sosialisasi tentang perlunya menjaga dan merawat perdamaian di Aceh. Sedangkan pandangan Komite Peralihan Aceh dalam menanggapi kasus gangguan keamanan yang terjadi menjelang Pemilukada 2012 di Banda Aceh, ada dua pandangan, pertama gangguan keamanan untuk merusak perdamaian di Aceh dan yang kedua merusak demokrasi menjelang Pemilukada 2012 di Banda Aceh.Komite Peralihan Aceh harus terus berkomitmen dalam menjaga dan merawat perdamaian di Aceh, mensosialisasikan butir perdamaian yang telah ditandatangani dengan Pemerintah, agar lapisan masyarakat di Aceh mengetahui apa yang telah ditandatangani tersebut.Kata Kunci: Komite Peralihan Aceh, Perdamaian, Pemilukada

Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh pengawasan dan sanksi hukumana terhadap kedisplinan Pegawai pada Kantor Walikota Dumai. Jenis penelitian ini dalam skripsi iniadalah jenis penelitian Yang menjadi populasi ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang ada di kantor Walikota Dumai berjumlah 132 orang dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel oleh peneliti. metode deskriftif kuantitatif, Dari hasil penelitian lapangan dan pembahasan melalui kuesioner, observasi, terhadap responden maka secara garis besar dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa pengaruh pengawasan dan sanksi hukuman terhadap pegawai di kantor Walikota Dumai. Kemudian penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik regresi linear sederhana dengan memakai aplikasi SPSS V.25. berdasrkan uji t (persial) Nilai t hitung yang di peroleh untuk variabel pengawasan dan sanksi hukuman 8,336 dan 3.390 > nilai t tabel 1.978 Hasil pengujian Hipotesis menunjukan bahwa diketahui bahwa nilai F sebesar 98.151 > 3,66 dengan signifikan 0,000 (< dari 0,05). Sedangkan nilai R Square yang diperoleh 0.603 atau 60,3 %artinya secara simultan, hal ini menunjukan bahwa besarnya pengaruh variabel pengawasan dan sanksi hukuman terhadap kedispinan pegawai adalah sebesar 60,3%, sedangkan sisanya 39,7 % di pengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian ini. Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Kinerja keuangan dari suatu bank adalah gambaran mengenai
kondisi keuangan bank pada suatu periode tertentu, dengan
menganalisa laporan keuangan. PT Bank BTPN Syariah Tbk, di tahun
2018 melakukan Initial Public Offerings (IPO) atau go public. Secara
teoritis, keputusan untuk Go Public akan memiliki pengaruh besar
dalam memperbaiki kondisi perusahaan dan meningkatkan kinerja
keuangan. Dengan perubahan perseroan menjadi perseroan terbuka,
diharapkan kinerja akan meningkat.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja
keuangan perbandingan Bank Umum Syariah sebelum dan sesudah
Go Public menggunakan Metode RGEC di PT Bank BTPN Syariah
Tbk. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan
keuangan tahunan dan laporan Good Corporate Governance (GCG)
pada PT Bank BTPN Syariah Tbk periode 2015-2020 yang diambil
dari situs resmi PT Bank BTPN Syariah Tbk.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji
statistik komparasi Non Parametrik metode dua sampel terkait, yaitu
menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. Hasil Uji Wilcoxon ini
menunjukkan terdapat perbeda kinerja sebelum dan sesudah go public
pada rasio Financing Deposite to Ratio (FDR), Return On Asset
(ROA), Beban Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional
(BOPO), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) pada PT Bank BTPN
Syariah Tbk sebelum dan sesudah Go Public menunjukkan terdapat
perbedaan. Sedangkan rasio Non Performing Financing (NPF), Return
On Equity (ROE) pada PT Bank BTPN Syariah Tbk sebelum dan
sesudah Go Public menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaanan
keuangan.
Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja PT Bank BTPN Syariah
Tbk sesudah Go Public secara keseluruhan lebih baik dibandingkan
kinerja PT Bank BTPN Syariah Tbk sebelum Go Public . Hal ini
dapat dilihat dari hasil Uji Beda Non Parametrik Wilcoxon untuk rasio
keuangan dan Matrik peringkat untuk Tata Kelola Perusahaan.

AFTER GO PUBLIC USING RGEC METHOD IN SHARIA
NATIONAL PENSION SAVING BANK FOR 2015-2020

The financial performance of a bank is a description of the bank's
financial condition in a certain period, by analyzing the financial
statements. PT Bank BTPN Syariah Tbk, in 2018 conducted Initial Public
Offerings (IPO) or went public. Theoretically, the decision to go public
will have a major influence in improving the company's condition and
improving financial performance. With the change of the company into a
public company, it is expected that performance will increase.
The purpose of this study was to determine the comparative
financial performance of Islamic Commercial Banks before and after Go
Public using the RGEC Method at PT Bank BTPN Syariah Tbk. The data
used in this study are the annual financial reports and Good Corporate
Governance (GCG) reports at PT Bank BTPN Syariah Tbk for the 2015-
2020 period which were taken from the official website of PT Bank
BTPN Syariah Tbk.
The method used in this study is a non-parametric comparative
statistical test with two related samples, using the Wilcoxon Signed
Ranks Test. The results of this Wilcoxon test show that there are
differences in performance before and after going public in the ratio of
Financing Deposit to Ratio (FDR), Return On Assets (ROA), Operating
Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR)
at PT Bank BTPN Syariah Tbk before and after the Go Public shows that
there are differences. While the ratio of Non Performing Financing
(NPF), Return On Equity (ROE) at PT Bank BTPN Syariah Tbk before
and after Go Public shows no financial differences.
It can be concluded that the overall performance of PT Bank
BTPN Syariah Tbk after the Go Public is better than the performance of
PT Bank BTPN Syariah Tbk before the Go Public. This can be seen from
the results of the Wilcoxon Non-Parametric Difference Test for financial
ratios and the rating matrix for Corporate Governance.
