Indonesia is a country that has a variety of natural preservation, especially its forests, where forests in Indonesia also have a variety of species of both flora and fauna, it is necessary to preserve nature and not damage the sustainability of the forest such as cases of illegal logging. In writing this journal, the author uses library research methods sourced from books, previous journals and newspapers. The formulation of the problem is (1) what is meant by illegal logging, (2) the causes of the difficulty of eradicating the perpetrators of illegal logging in Riau forests, (3) the punishment that can be received for the perpetrators of illegal logging and (4) the efforts of the government and local communities in overcoming the problem of illegal logging. And the conclusions of this paper are (1) illegal logging or illegal logging is an activity or action that involves the exploitation of natural resources in the form of forests without the appropriate government permits, or compliance with environmental regulations where this can cause serious ecological and social impacts, (2) The causes of the difficulty of eradicating illegal logging perpetrators are illegal logging is no longer independent but has been organized so that it has been controlled, the ineffectiveness of laws governing illegal logging, weak coordination between law enforcement officials, sentencing illegal logging perpetrators is often disproportionate or too light so as not to cause a deterrent effect. (3) Criminal law rules for perpetrators of illegal logging have been regulated in article 19 letters A and B jo article 94 paragraph 1 letter a and article 12 letter E jo article 83 paragraph 1 letter B, Law No. 18 of 2013 concerning the prevention and eradication of forest destruction with a maximum prison sentence of 15 years and a maximum fine of Rp. 100 billion. (4) Government efforts in overcoming illegal logging are revitalizing institutions in managing forests, structuring community access to land and forest resources, strengthening the capacity of communities capable of carrying out effective natural resource management and so on. In addition, the community's efforts in helping the government to overcome the problem of illegal logging are that the community must have self-awareness to care and participate in forest management and conservation, provide information if they know of any illegal logging incidents around the forest where they live, carry out reforestation, help monitor the forest, and report if they see illegal logging

The problem that exists in Bumi Agung Wates Village, Way Kanan Regency, is the unequal development of village infrastructure. This condition can be seen from the connecting road between Way Kanan Regency and East Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, precisely Bumi Agung Wates Village (BAW), Bahuga District, Way Kanan Regency, Lampung Province, with badly damaged conditions. The problem of this research is How is the implementation of the principle of orderly public interest in village infrastructure development based on Article 83 of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages (Study of Bumi Agung Wates Village Way Kanan District)? and What are the factors inhibiting the implementation of the principle of orderly public interest in the development of village infrastructure based on Article 83 of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages (Study of Bumi Agung Wates Village Way Kanan District)? The research method uses a normative and empirical juridical approach. The type of data used is secondary data and primary data. Collecting data through library research and field research. Analysis of the data used is qualitative juridical. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that the implementation of the principle of orderly public interest in the development of village infrastructure based on Article 83 of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, had not been implemented to the fullest because development in the village of Bumi Agung Wates Way Kanan Regency was only a road in an alley or small road; while the main road has not been developed at all, while the main road is widely used by the community or farmers to transport crops to be brought to the city. The inhibiting factors for the implementation of the principle of order of public interest in the development of village infrastructure based on Article 83 of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages are among others the relatively low level of community education and facilities and infrastructure in the form of community work equipment that does not support until the end of physical implementation. As a suggestion from the author, the Way Kanan Regency Government should be able to resolve the problem or the inhibiting factor of the implementation of the principle of public order in the development of village infrastructure based on Article 83 of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages in Bumi Agung Wates Village, Bahuga District, Way Kanan Regency. The government of Bumi Agung Wates Village, Bahuga Subdistrict, Way Kanan Regency, &nbsp

Plastic waste management has emerged as an urgent global challenge, that has attracted significant attention from researchers, policymakers, and stakeholders. Conducting a bibliometric study on this issue aims to provide a holistic and in-depth bibliometric mapping and analysis of plastic waste management, carefully traced through the Web of Science. Expansive data comprising scientific production by researchers, country/region contributions, affiliations, author references, and topical trends were meticulously scrutinized using the VOSviewer software (version 1.6.15). The exploration of bibliometric studies in plastic waste management is still limited, and this forms the basis of our commitment to explore this field in more depth. The findings in this study showed a progressive increase in the number of published works from 1992 to 2022, using the main keyword “plastic waste management” and 13,103 documents were found that were further analyzed. This demonstrates the profound impact of Chinese scientists on plastic waste management research, as evidenced by their prevalence as top affiliated authors. Given the increasing concern and heightened government and societal attention towards plastic pollution and water contamination, effective waste management, with a particular focus on plastic waste, emerged as the most influential keyword. This comprehensive analysis contributes to the existing literature by highlighting key trends and the urgent need for concerted efforts to address the challenges posed by plastic waste

Currently the development of transportation is very rapid, the need for transportation equipment is also increasing. Seeing the condition of the producers and distributors in the field of transport competing meet the demands or needs of the consumer. For that the author wants to do further research on transportation. As this study aims to find out how to beat honda user feedback about the quality of products, brand image for the brand, and is it true l (Z) of product quality and brand image can affect loyality as users honda beat through their satisfaction. The method used is descriptive method. The population of this study are Honda Beats users. This research uses random sampling technique. Collecting data using questionnaire and observation. The analytical tool used is the regression of two models or 2 model structures. Model I to examine the effect of variables X1 and X2 directly influence the variable Y, while the structure of model 2 to test the variables X1 and X2 on the Y variable through variable l satisfaction (Z). The results of the study indicate that it is true that the product quality and brand image variables have an effect on loyalty. But if the influence of variables X1 and X2 on the Y variable, the results of the study show that the satisfaction variable (Z) is able to strengthen the product quality variable on loyalty. While the brand image variable, satisfaction is not able to strengthen the X2 variable on loyalty. It is because users do not feel proud because the brand image (X2) does not have the power pull and do not reflect the prestige that is much higher. For the manufacturer Honda Beat is recommended to improve and increase the quality, from in terms of design, performance, effectiveness of gasoline, price and an exclusive product
