Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya peningkatan
ekonomi masyarakat melalui pemberdayaan Sentra Industri Kerajinan Pandai
Besi di Desa Teratak Kecamatan Rumbio Jaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah
penelitian kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pengelola sentra industri
kerajinan pandai besi. Objek penelitian ini adalah upaya peningkatan ekonomi
masyarakat melalui pemberdayaan Sentra Industri Kerajinan Pandai Besi di Desa
Teratak Kecamatan Rumbio Jaya. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui
observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa upaya
peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat melalui pemberdayaan sentra industri
kerajinan pandai besi di Desa Teratak Kecamatan Rumbio Jaya Yaitu dengan
peningkatan ekonomi,terutama kecukupuan pangan,peningkatan kesejahteran (
Pendidikan dan Kesehatan).Dimana penelitian ini dilatar belakangi adanya
sentra industri kerajinan pandai besi di desa Teratak Kecamatan Rumbio Jaya
yang berupayah untuk memberdayakan Ekonomi Masyarakat.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

No full textEveryone has remarkable memories in their lives. Some moments are quite unforgettable. One of the most memorable moments in my life was my first internship at Dagang NeXchange Berhad. As part of the requirements Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons.) Finance degree at the Faculty of Business and Management, Universiti Teknologi Mara, I have successfully completed my placement at Dagang NeXchange Berhad's Financial Department. This industrial training report summarizes my 24-week internship from 1 March 2023 to 15 August 2023. This industrial training aims to expose students to a real-world working environment and provide them with the necessary skills to carry out a certain job in the future. TIME Engineering Sdn Bhd began in the late 1970s as a trade and distribution company specializing in welding materials. In 1983 the firm was listed on the Main Board of the Bursa Malaysia and renamed "TIME Engineering Berhad (TEB)". Over the last few decades, TEB has rebranded its new brand identity, namely Dagang NeXchange Berhad (DNeX). DNeX has transformed from a small trading firm into an integrated multinational corporation. The company has grown into a notable Malaysian investment holding company with three business segments: Technology, Energy, and Information Technology (IT). The company has also progressed in managing, developing, and supplying business-to- government (B2G) e-commerce, computerized transaction in trade facilitation services, radio-frequency technology trading, online marketing, e-marketplace, and more. In this report, Dagang NeXchange Berhad (DNeX) will be the focus and topic of discussion. This report consists of several elements, including the student profile, company background, and training reflections. The SWOT Analysis section contains the essential aspects of the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, which will be the main point. Each SWOT component will be given two points and a recommendation. The company can identify growth areas and potential risks by conducting an analysis, allowing them to allocate resources effectively. With that, the appendix will also be provided in this report
