Untuk mencapai tingkat kinerja pelayanan dari PDAM tirta taman kota
Bontang, didapat berdasarkan persepsi pengguna PDAM taman tirta yang
diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner dengan skala likert menggunakan metode
Importance Performance Analysis (IPA).
Dari hasil analisa IPA, kemudian dilakukan wawancara menggunakan
metode Strength Weakness Opportunities Threats (SWOT).. Hasil penelitian
analisa IPA dipakai pada kuadran I yaitu Pelayanan terhadap proses pendaftaran
(x11), Survey lokasi calon pelanggan (x12), Waktu pelaksanaan survey (x13),
Perintah pembayaran sebelum pemasangan (x15), Pemberitahuan lamanya proses
pemasangan (X15). Pendaftaran sampai dengan pemasangan (X16), Air yang
dialirkan memenuhi standart kesehatan, atribut (X21), Kualitas air yang dialirkan
(Warna,Bau, Rasa) (X22), Laporan ke PDAM Tirta Taman apabila terjadi
gangguan atau tidak alncar (x33), Lamanya penanganan kerusakan sambungan
rumah (x43), Data base pelanggan atau calon pelanggan PDAM Tirta Taman (x71).
Kemudian Matriks kuadran SWOT dengan strategi SO (Strengths-
Opportunities) yaitu Pengembangan dengan IT dan dengan media social
Peremajaan pipa secara berkala untuk menghindari adanya kebocoran pipa yang
dapat mempengaruhi kualitas, Menyediakan Costumer Service via WhatsApp
untuk pemberitahuan pelayanan, gangguan dan perintah pembayaran,
Mengeluarkan SOP baru dan jadwal rutin untuk maintenance., Terus melakukan
security update pada sistem penyimpanan database, Pemakaian blanko resmi
untuk calon pelanggan dengan kepentingan pemasangan sambungan bar
Analisis Kelayakan Finansial Pengembangan Dermaga Pelabuhan Probolinggo
Arus kunjungan kapal dan barang pada Pelabuhan Probolinggo menunjukkan kecenderungan meningkat. Untuk mengetahui apakah pengembangan dermaga Pelabuhan Pprobolinggo dapat membawa manfaat atau tidak bagi pengelola dan pihak investor, maupun bagi lingkungan sekitar maka perlu dilakukan analisis kelayakan finansial untuk pengembangan dermaga pelabuhan tersebut.Analisis kelayakan finansial pengembangan dermaga Pelabuhan Probolinggo menggunakan parameter Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) untuk periode rencana 25 tahun.Hasil analisis pada kondisi dasar untuk tingkat suku bunga 10% diperoleh nilai NPV Rp. 17,306,660,336.00, BCR 1,492 sedangkan untuk tingkat suku bunga 15% diperoleh nilai NPV Rp. 3,226,977,525.00, BCR 1,098 dan IRR diperoleh nilai 14,214% sehingga dapat dikatakan layak dalam kisaran suku bunga pinjaman bank yaitu 9% - 15%. Pay Back Periode diperoleh nilai kurang lebih 12 tahun. Analysis of the Impact of Budget-Refocusing Policies on the Sustainability of Construction Services Companies
Business actors in the construction sector in the pre-pandemic period showed good performance, the projects obtained were on target, contract values rose, and operating income increased, until stable liquidity there was no minus, so, before the pandemic, projects were planned according to their schedules, the right targets, to the appropriate cost plan, but after the pandemic, hence the emergence of the government's policy on diverting the project budget for disasters (Covid 19), where this policy is called budget refocusing, the regulation is contained in the 'Regulation of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Number 87 / PMK.07 / 2020'. During the pandemic, construction work can hinder the implementation of the proposed project to show declining performance. The purpose of this study is to find out the factors that influence consultants in construction management activities and also to find out the impact of government policies on budget refocusing on construction project planning. Data collection was carried out by survey through a questionnaire, the respondents to this study were those in a Surabaya consulting company that was directly involved in the field of building construction that was affected by budget refocusing. As for the results of factor analysis in the correlation analysis test, one factor that significantly influences consultants in construction management activities is the factor of high labor wages with a correlation of 0.709. And for the impact of budget refocusing on construction project planning on cost factors, where the indicator is the untimely payment with a test value of 4,369
A study of road network development prioritization at Lembata District - east Nusa Tenggara province, Indonesia
The objective of the study was to prepare a recommendation on how to set up a road network
construction programming in Lembata District, Indonesia given such constraints as budget, types of
construction, and so on. There were eight road segments across Lembata District included in the road
network under consideration. To achieve the objective, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method
was applied.
The process was initiated by brainstorming factors that may affect the selection and prioritization,
called in the AHP analysis criteria. The factors were then evaluated using the Cut Off method to select
the most suitable ones. From the analysis it was found that factors strongly influence in the selection
were road condition, type of road surface, accessibility, mobility, population density, land use
disparity, poverty alleviation program, and construction cost.
Using the above criteria, an AHP analysis was then conducted to set up a prioritization
recommendation for the road construction sequences. It was found that the construction cost was the
most important factor to be considered, followed by land use disparity and road condition
Health Protocol in Penataran Train during the COVID-19 Pandemic
Penataran train decreased the number of passengers by 77.13% in April 2020, which resulted in a reduction in travel frequency and change origin-destination during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to determine the characteristics of the Penataran train passengers and obtain policy recommendations about service standards and travel requirements based on respondents\u27 choices using descriptive statistics. Questionnaires were distributed to 417 Penataran train passengers during new adaptation period. This study indicates that the frequency of trips during the new adaptation period is lower than before the pandemic. Only 10.55% of respondents give the reason that the risk of transmitting COVID-19 on the Penataran train is lower than other transportation. The maximum seating capacity is reduced to 50% according to respondent\u27s perceptions. Wearing a mask, keep a distance, and wearing long-sleeved clothing can still be carried out because they are considered necessary as requirements for passenger travel. The GeNose C19 test letter is not recommended to be used as a document requirement because most respondents with low income do not want additional costs
Evaluasi Dan Perencanaan Ulang Saluran Drainase Pada Kawasan Perumahan Sawojajar Kecamatan Kedungkandang Kota Malang
: The purpose of this research is to identify and redesign the capacity of the drainage channel on Sawojajar residential area, which has always floods when the rainy season comes. Some of the data used in this study come from several sources such as Bappeda, BMKG, and PU Malang. This redesign is using flood discharge of repeated 5, 10, and 25 years. The results of the redesign itself as an example is as follows : for A channel with an initial capacity = 8,42 m3/s, after redesign it's capacity become 8,95 m3/s based on Q5, 10,02 m3/s based on Q10, and 10,55 m3/s based on Q25

Feasibility studies are essential tools used to assess the viability and potential success of a project or investment. These studies provide critical information that helps stakeholders make informed decisions by analyzing various factors such as costs, benefits, risks, and potential returns. One specific type of project that often undergoes feasibility evaluation is housing development. In many cases, the feasibility assessment of housing projects is typically conducted by estimating the number of units sold without necessarily examining actual sales data. This approach can lead to inaccuracies and misguided conclusions. To address this gap, our research aims to re-evaluate the investment feasibility of ongoing housing projects by incorporating actual sales data and predicting future sales figures. By doing so, we can provide a more accurate and reliable assessment of the project's viability. The findings from this re-evaluation indicate that the investment in housing development remains highly feasible. Key financial metrics support this conclusion: the project has a Payback Period (PP) of just 0.55 years, meaning the initial investment is recovered in a little over half a year. Additionally, the Net Present Value (NPV) stands at Rp 103,917,111,414, reflecting the project's substantial profitability. Furthermore, the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is an impressive 81.73%, far exceeding typical investment benchmarks. Lastly, the Benefit-Cost Ratio (BCR) of 1.53 demonstrates that the benefits of the project significantly outweigh the costs, confirming its overall financial soundness. These results underscore the importance of using comprehensive data analysis in feasibility studies to ensure accurate and effective investment decisions
PERENCANAAN BANGUNAN RESERVOIR dan JARINGAN PIPA DISTRIBUSI AIR BERSIH di DESA RANDUGADING KECAMATAN TAJINAN MALANG
Air merupakan zat paling penting dalam kehidupan manusia. Dengan adanya air maka manusia dapat melakukan berbagai aktifitas penting seperti mencuci dan memasak. Selain itu air juga diperlukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan industri, pertanian dan fasilitas umum lainnya. Tanpa adanya air maka manusia akan kesulitan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut. Dalam bidang teknik sipil, air juga merupakan salah satu zat penting yang dibutuhkan, salah satu contohnya yaitu air untuk campuran beton. Desa Randugading, merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di kecamatan Tajinan, Kabupaten Malang. Pada daerah tersebut terdapat mata air Ngembul yang digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan domestik dan non-domestik penduduk setempat. Akan tetapi, elevasi pada desa Randugading lebih tinggi bila dibandingkan dengan elevasi mata air Ngembul. Sehingga digunakan pompa hydrum untuk dapat mendistribusikan air bersih dari mata air menuju rumah penduduk.Sebelum air bersih dapat terdistribusikan dengan baik menuju rumah penduduk diperlukan proyeksi kebutuhan domestik dan non-domestik untuk mengetahui seberapa besar debit yang dibutuhkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut. Selain itu juga direncanakan berapa besarnya dimensi bangunan reservoir yang berguna untuk menampung air bersih sebelum disalurkan menuju rumah penduduk dan agar dapat memenuhi besarnya debit kebutuhan air bersih pada jam puncak. Selain itu direncanakan pula pipa induk distribusi air bersih agar air bersih yang telah ditampung oleh reservoir dapat dimanfaatkan oleh penduduk sekitar. Desa Randugading terdiri dari dua pemukiman penduduk, sehingga dalam perencanaannya bangunan reservoir dibangun pada dua tempat yang berbeda, masing-masing dari pemukiman direncanakan memiliki bangunan reservoir sesuai dengan besarnya kebutuhan air bersih pada jam puncak pada masing-masing daerah, yaitu sebesar 0,00153 m3/detik atau sebesar 5,508 m3/ jam dan 0,00076 m3/detik atau sebesar 2,736 m3/jam. Sedangkan untuk pipa distribusi direncanakan memiliki head tekan pipa terjauh sebesar 19,597 meter dan 52,598 meter untuk masing-masing daerah. Kata Kunci : Air Bersih, Randugading, Reservoir, Pipa
Incorporation Groundwater Recharge with AVSWAT Model Streamflow by Using Water Table Fluctuation
This research investigated contribution of sustainable management water resources in the Upstream Lesti Watershed. The main objective of this research predicted recharge of groundwater using water table fluctuation (WTF). The groundwater recharge prediction will be added as a result from deep aquifer with the performance of AVSWAT (Arc View Soil Water Assesment Tool) model by comparing observed streamflows with simulated streamflows at outlet. The water table fluctuation method from 4 well was used in the Upstream Lesti Watershed to evaluate seasonal and annual variations in water level rise and to estimate the groundwater recharge prediction (deep aquifer). Based on standard values of specific yield and water level rise, the groundwater recharge prediction from the Upstream Lesti Watershed at the outlet of sub basin 39 was 736 mm in 2007; 820,9 mm in 2008; 786,7 mm in 2009; and 306,4 mm in 2010, respectively.
