Novel merupakan salah satu bentuk komunikasi tertulis yang pada kenyataannya dapat dijadikan sebagai sebuah media dakwah. Hal tersebut didaasari oleh pengertian dakwah yang pada intinya adalah menyeru atau mengajak kepada suatu kebaikan dengan berbagai macam metode dan media, tentunya novel juga merupakan salah satu metode dakwah bil kitabah dengan media cetak berbentuk novel. Salah satunya ialah Novel “The Golden Stories Of Khadijah & Fatimah” yang mengkisahkan tentang dua Perempuan hebat dalam perjuangan islam pada masa Rasulullah dan Khalifah.
Untuk mengetahui pesan dakwah yang terdapat dalam Novel “The Golden Stories Of Khadijah & Fatimah”, peneliti merumuskan dua rumusan masalah sebagai berikut: Bagaimana deskripsi tentang novel “The Golden Stories Of Khadijah & Fatimah”? Apa saja pesan dakwah yang ada dalam novel “The Golden Stories Of Khadijah & Fatimah”?
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan (libarary research) dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis isi (content analysis) yang digunakan untuk mengkaji pesan-pesan dakwah. Metode analisis isi digunakan untuk menelaah isi dari suatu dokumen, dalam penelitian ini dokumen yang dimaksud adalah novel “The Golden Stories Of Khadijah & Fatimah”.
Penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa kesimpulan Novel “The Golden Stories Of Khadijah & Fatimah” merupakan novel non fiksi dengan genre romantis dan inspiratif. Dalam novel ini terdapat secara lengkap unsur-unsur yang ada pada novel, yakni; unsur instrinsik dan ekstrinsik.
Sebagaimana penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan bahwasannya terdapat pesan akidah yang meliputi enam rukun iman. Terdapat pesan syari’at yang meliputi ibadah dan muamalah, seperti; sholat, doa, jihad, berniaga, nikah, dan waris dan teakhir terdapat pesan akhlak yang meliputi akhlah mahmudah dan akhlak mazmuma

The author knows that the company has made a report on the cost of production, but the lack of ability in technology, the lack of the role of technology, results in the calculation of the cost of production taking quite a long time. The calculation of the cost of production at the Company still uses a manual system so that the company has difficulty calculating the cost of production on a regular basis. The results of this report are designed by the authors to calculate the cost of goods manufacture and the application that can be followed by users at CV Aulia Printing. The author provides suggestions so that companies can apply accounting information systems for cost of goods manufacture that have been designed.

Preservation of Nias Culture (Descriptive Case Study of Nias Heritage Museum in Gunungsitoli City)
No full textThe purpose of this research is to see the efforts made by the Nias Heritage Museum (MPN) in Gunungsitoli City in realizing Law Number 5 of 2017 concerning the Promotion of Culture. As the only museum on Nias Island, MPN has the responsibility to introduce, preserve and maintain Nias culture. The author wants to see how the Nias Heritage Museum involves the younger generation in an effort to realize the cultural promotion law. The research method used to obtain data in this research is qualitative by describing a series of programs owned by the Nias Heritage Museum. The author conducted observation, in-depth interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. The research findings show that the Nias Heritage Museum in an effort to realize the cultural heritage law has 10 programs, namely cultural understanding education for school children and teachers, cultural studios, producing traditional musical instruments, recording ethnic songs and demonstrating techniques for making household appliances, training for carpenters, planting trees, training students and international interns, promoting and developing cultural tourism, revamping and structuring traditional villages as tourist destinations, and protecting ancient sites. In implementing these 10 programs, the Nias Heritage Museum involves the younger generation as they are considered the generation responsible for preserving culture. Meanwhile, older people who are knowledgeable about culture have a responsibility to share their knowledge and experience with the next generation. The Nias Heritage Museum also has several facilities, namely exhibition halls, storage, library, lodging, minizoo, cafe, meeting rooms, and beach. The Nias Heritage Museum also promotes culture through social media, namely the website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. The discussion in this research is based on Law Number 5 of 2017 that the most strategic programs, which involve the younger generation and are still implemented by the museum are cultural understanding education, studios, carpentry training, recording ethnic songs, producing traditional musical instruments, demonstrating home appliance making techniques, and training students and international interns. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya minat belajar terhadap mata pelajaran IPA, karena guru hanya terfokus pada buku pelajaran. Salah satu usaha yang dapat dilakukan dalam meningkatkan minat terhadap mata pelajaran IPA yaitu dengan pemilihan media pembelajaran yang tepat. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek dari penelitian ini siswa kelas V dan guru di SDN Serang 07. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu berupa observasi, tes, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Jumlah siswa yang dijadikan subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 24 orang siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui penggunaan media media pop-up book berbasis eksperimen dalam meningkatkan literasi saintifik siswa kelas V di sekolah dasar. Sebagaimana yang dikatakan oleh Firda Aulia Andarini dan Herli Salim (2021: 184) menyatakan semakin berkembangnya penggunaan media, semakin berkembang pula literasi sains yang harus dipelajari oleh setiap individu demi mendukung perkembangan pengetahuan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah siswa dan guru telah melaksanakan pembelajaran menggunakan pop up book dengan baik siswa menjadi aktif dan eksperimen siklus air berjalan dengan lancar. Maka dari itu untuk hasil akhir siswa mengerjakan soal yang telah mencapai rata-rata yaitu 80,2. Dari hasil wawancara guru memberikan tanggapan baik.

The Use of Experiment-Based Pop-up Book Media in Increasing the Scientific Literacy of Fifth Grade Students in Elementary Schools

This research is motivated by the low interest in learning science subjects, because the teacher only focuses on textbooks. One effort that can be done in increasing interest in science subjects is by selecting the right learning media. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptive qualitative methods. The subjects of this study were fifth grade students and teachers at SDN Serang 07. Data collection techniques in this study included observation, tests, interviews and documentation. The number of students who were used as subjects in this study were 24 students. The purpose of this study is to determine the use of experimental-based pop-up book media in increasing the scientific literacy of fifth grade students in elementary schools. As Firda Aulia Andarini and Herli Salim (2021: 184) said, the more the use of media develops, the more scientific literacy must be learned by each individual to support the development of knowledge. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of this study are that students and teachers have carried out learning using pop up books well, students become active and water cycle experiments run smoothly. Therefore, for the final results of students working on questions that have reached an average of 80.2. From the results of the interview the teacher gave good responses.

Peran Kepribadian Proaktif dan Resiliensi terhadap Keterikatan Kerja Petugas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan
Get PDFWork engagement is an important aspect, especially for employees who have a job with a high level of risk, to minimize the impact of risks and maximize their performance. Therefore, this research investigated the role of proactive personality and resilience in work engagement. The method was a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. The population in this study were firefighters and rescue personnel in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used was saturation sampling with a sample size of 167 individuals. Data were collected using the Modified UWES by Aulia et al. (2019), the Modified PPS by the author, and the Resilience Scale by Aulia et al. (2022). The analytical technique used was multiple linear regression. The study's results indicate that proactive personality and resilience played a highly significant role in work engagement. A proactive personality significantly and positively influences work engagement, as does resilience. Both proactive personality and resilience contributed effectively to work engagement by 61.2%, whereas the remaining 38.8% was determined by other factors not discussed in this study. This finding can be used by organizations and companies to understand their employees related to work attachment to increase human resources within the scope of work.Keterikatan kerja merupakan aspek penting yang perlu dimiliki karyawan dengan pekerjaan beresiko tinggi, untuk meminimalisir dampak dari risiko kerja yang tinggi dan memaksimalkan kinerjanya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peranan kepribadian proaktif dan resiliensi terhadap keterikatan kerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasi. Populasi pada penelitian ini meliputi petugas pemadam kebakaran dan penyelamatan di Yogyakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenuh dengan jumlah anggota sampel sebanyak 167 orang. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan UWES yang telah dimodifikasi oleh Aulia, et al. (2019), PPS yang telah dimodifikasi oleh penulis dan alat ukur resiliensi dari Aulia, et al. (2022). Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian proaktif dan resiliensi berperan sangat signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja, kepribadian proaktif berperan positif sangat signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja, dan resiliensi berperan positif secara sangat signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja. Kepribadian proaktif dan resiliensi secara bersama-sama memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 61,2% terhadap keterikatan kerja, sementara 38,8% ditentukan dari faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan referensi oleh organisasi maupun perusahaan dalam memahami karyawannya terkait dengan keterikatan kerja sehingga tercipta peningkatan sumber daya manusia dalam lingkup pekerjaan

This final report aims to determine the accuracy, classification of costs in the calculation cost of production and the determination of selling price banner products, envelopes, letterhead and yasin on CV AULIA. The author collects data by interview. From the data obtained, author found several problems, such as the company has not done the classification between the cost of raw materials and raw materials indirectly. The Company has not included the cost of electricity and fixed asset depreciation costs in the cost of production and the calculation of the cost of production applied to the company. The authors suggest that companies should classify elements of cost of goods manufactured appropriately primarily for direct material costs and indirect material costs (factory overhead).Companies should also include factory overhead costs such aselectricity costs and fixed asset depreciation costs so that the cost of production is in accordance with cost accounting standards because it can provide benefits for the company in preparing the company's operating budget and can set the price of the right product because it involves the profits to be received by company

This scientific work was written to analyze the work motivation of employees at the
East Jakarta Class I TPI Immigration Office and to know the work motivation given
to East Jakarta Class I TPI Immigration Office employees . The method that the
writer use on this scientific paper is the analytic description method with a method
collecting of various is observace research and library research.
From this analysis it was found that work motivation becomes a very important
thng for employees ti inccrease work productivity in order to achive the goals of
the agency that have been determined effectivetely and efficiently. Although there
are still problems in the implementation which is many employees do not use
Pakaian Dinas Harian (PDH) completely, awareness to fill jurnal harian on
SIMPEG, and employees do not arrive in time. From this problem the author
analyzes the problem based on theoretical studies that the author gets from journals
and books, then the author makes conclusions.

introduction to the application of E-SMS (Electronic Secretary Management
System) that is used by the author when carrying out street vendors at PT
Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk. The method used in this Scientific Work is a
descriptive analysis method with data collection methods based on observation
and literature study.
From the results obtained, it can be concluded that the use of a websitebased application called E-SMS at PGN has proven to make it easier for
employees to work more effectively. However, in its implementation there were
some common obstacles and solutions had to be sought immediately so that they
would not become a prolonged problem in the future
