Rice bran oil is one of the oils that is not made from oil palm that has potential to be a replacement for palm oils. In Indonesia, oils that are not made from oil palms are still scarce as they are still being imported from other countries. Rice bran oil is priced higher than most common oils such as palm and coconut oil but still at a reasonable price. Oils need to have low free fatty acid content to be considered as a cooking oil. The production process is made up of 3 main processes which are pre-treatment, extraction and refining. The plant will be constructed in Lamongan, East Java where constructed is estimated to start in 2026. The plant has a capacity of 11,000 ton/year with 24 hours of operations per day and 330 days per year. The oil produced from this plant contains 0,05% of free fatty acids. From the economy analysis, with the selling price of rice bran oil at 2000 US/ton, chaff at 50 US/ton, the IRR for the plant is 25,23% with the interest rate at 7,95%. Other than that, the plant’s pay out time is calculated to be at 8 years and 4 months with the breakeven point (BEP) at 33%. Therefore, the plant is considered profitabl
Akamaro k’Indirimbo mu Gutoza Kuvuga Neza no Kunguka Amuga mu Rubumbambaga Nyarwanda: Urungano n’Igipimo cy’Urukundo za Rugamba Cyprien
“Akamaro k’indirimbo mu gutoza kuvuga neza no kunguka amagambo mu rubumbabaga nyarwanda: Urungano n’igipimo cy’urukundo za Rugamba Cyprien” (The Impact of Songs in Teaching the Art of Speaking Well and Acquiring Vocabulary in Rwandan Society: Urungano and igipimo cy’urukundo by Rugamba Cyprien) is a study guided by the general objective of evaluating the contribution of songs in teaching effective public speaking and enriching vocabulary within the Rwandan community. To achieve the set objectives, we selected two literary works by Rugamba Cyprien: Urungano and igipimo cy’urukundo. The methodology used to analyze these works was based on a literary criticism approach known as ijoranyandiko. Following the selection of the case studies, we applied different methods—namely umunozo, ikeshamvugo, isesengurangingo, and isesengurantego—to support our literary analysis and help us reach our goals. Through the analysis, we found that these songs promote values such as love, peace, and harmonious living within Rwandan society. The results of our study confirmed that the objectives were successfully met. Indeed, Rugamba Cyprien significantly contributed to fostering a culture of love, peace, and tolerance among Rwandans. This is clearly reflected in both songs, where the author emphasizes that love is fundamental to human relationships. One of the recommendations drawn from our findings is that students should form clubs dedicated to promoting Cyprien Rugamba’s literary works within Rwandan society

St. Maximus the Greek (Mihail Trivolis, Arta, ca. 1470–Maksim Grek, Moscow, 1556): The Insight into His Personal Euchology
This text establishes a datum for claims that Maximus the Greek’s life-work was to protect and preserve ancient precepts for a personal devotional “space” against statist and imperial imprimatur. This task was accomplished through both his work as translator and as author of sacred devotional texts and hymns associated with Byzantine hymnography and the Eastern Orthodox Christian tradition. Notably, it is his inner veneration of the Holy Theotokos that marks the primary sensibility of the defence of this intense, inwardly-focused faith in direct communion with the Divine. Maxim’s defence of the Eastern Orthodox Christian tradition was accomplished by the special guidance of the Holy Spirit as his personal internal principle that he used not only in the prayer (hesychastic, ascetical) and in the theological works (hagiographical, liturgical), but also in the philological works (of editing, translating, redacting), and especially in the exegetical texts.
Therefore, the strong Byzantine patristic and monastic thought as the basis of his contemplative practice, formed in the years spent at the Holy Mount Athos, were only one of the one of the important sources of his original Orthodox theology.
Into detailed consideration are taken especially his prayers. Among them, the most important place is reserved for “The Kanon to the Holy and Divine Spirit Parakletos,” which reflects several possible influences, such as the Akathystos hymn, the Great Kanon, and the individual canon as was St. Constantin’s Kanon to St. Demetrius, all of which confirm the very archaic Byzantine and Slavonic sources that properly could serve Maxim for his Old Church Slavonic linguistic basis. Thus, his prayer is a highly original, monastic and deeply personal work that bears witness to his ascetic (hesychastic) practice. All of this tends to confirm that his grammatical and linguistic view of the Old Church Slavonic language was shaped well before his entrance to Muscovite Russia, and that not only was he unjustly accused of heretical mistakes, and thereby imprisoned, but he was, more importantly, completely misunderstood. Nevertheless, and despite his suffering, Maxim was, until the end of his life, arguing that his use of Slavonic language was guarded and, therefore, sacred

Proteomic analysis of the actin cortex in interphase and mitosis.
Many animal cell shape changes are driven by gradients in the contractile tension of the actomyosin cortex, a thin cytoskeletal network supporting the plasma membrane. Elucidating cortical tension control is thus essential for understanding cell morphogenesis. Increasing evidence shows that alongside myosin activity, actin network organisation and composition are key to cortex tension regulation. However, owing to a poor understanding of how cortex composition changes when tension changes, which cortical components are important remains unclear. In this article, we compared cortices from cells with low and high cortex tensions. We purified cortex-enriched fractions from cells in interphase and mitosis, as mitosis is characterised by high cortical tension. Mass spectrometry analysis identified 922 proteins consistently represented in both interphase and mitotic cortices. Focusing on actin-related proteins narrowed down the list to 238 candidate regulators of the mitotic cortical tension increase. Among these candidates, we found that there is a role for septins in mitotic cell rounding control. Overall, our study provides a comprehensive dataset of candidate cortex regulators, paving the way for systematic investigations of the regulation of cell surface mechanics. Project Summary
This study evaluates experiences in three Mexican cities to assess whether decentralization and commercialization practices have resulted in improved water and sanitation services. It finds that commercialization has increased social conflict surrounding urban services provision, and that local institutional constraints further undermine mayors’ ability to adopt politically contentious policies. This study examines Mexico, a country that has experienced an extensive amount of both decentralization and neoliberal policies, and selects the water and sanitation sector, which 79 percent of all Mexican mayors list as the most important municipal responsibility. Through process tracing the author examines how two-macro-level processes—decentralization and neoliberal commercialization—interacted with the political and institutional context within Mexican municipalities to disincentivize the adoption of cost recovery, adversely affecting service outcomes. The causal leverage of this study is gained from “within-case” analysis of three of the largest urban centers within Mexico State (Estado de México): Naucalpan, Nezahualcóyotl (Neza), and Toluca. As the country’s economic powerhouse, Mexico State is a critical case for examining whether decentralization and commercialization policies have helped improve public services in Mexico more broadly. Such a wealthy state would be the least likely to have public services deficiencies, so if service problems are identified within Mexico State’s urban centers, they are more likely to be seen throughout the country in poorer and less industrialized regions. This article presents data collected as part of a larger research project on the politics of urban services reform in Mexico after the “top-down” implementation of decentralization and commercialization reforms. This larger research project, a subnational comparative research design, entailed extensive field research in more than nine cities located in the states of Mexico State, Guanajuato and Veracruz. The primary research question was: under what conditions do mayors successfully circumvent political and institutional barriers to services reform and adopt commercialization policies in the water and sanitation sector?
Data Abstract
The collected data cover the period from 1997 to 2012 and were gathered during extensive field research in 2007-2008 and 2012 that entailed 180 in-depth interviews, data collection from internal government documents, newspaper articles and archival material. Interviews lasted from one to four hours, and interview subjects were identified using snowball sampling. Almost all interviews were conducted in person at municipal, state and federal level of government with government employees, elected officials, policymakers, business leaders, consultants, engineers and academics. The author also observed meetings with government officials, the day-to-day office work of water utilities and also went on site visits with water utility engineers being interviewed to illustrate the conditions of the infrastructure network. In addition, archival research was conducted at the Archivo Historico del Agua in Mexico City, and in electronic archives in the World Bank and Inter-American Development Bank (exploring the international loan history of Mexico’s water and sewage sector as well as diagnostic studies of the sector). Extensive research was conducted to identify all secondary source material written in Spanish about the cities under study, their local government, economies, party politics, democratization experiences, protests and collective action surrounding reform policies, and technical aspects of the water and sewage sector. This included extensive compilation and analysis of primary source documents – e.g., government performance data – at three tiers of government, including occasional reports from consultants or the private sector and newspaper coverage for the periods under study in local Spanish-language newspapers. Additionally, transparency requests were made to the government regarding the number and content of formal protest and petitions against government regarding the policies under study.
Almost all of interviews were tape recorded; of those, approximately 30 percent were transcribed, while the remaining 70 percent were summarized. Extensive notes were taken during and after each interview. For observations, notes were taken after events. For newspaper articles, information was scanned and later notes were taken on the content of the information (including timelines, and the construction of comparable categories of analysis for each case in table/chart form in order to identify the chain of events). For transparency requests sent to the government, notes were not taken or rewritten.<p
