OSMOTIC RESPONSES OF SEGARA ANAKAN FINE SHRIMP (Metapenaeus elegans) ADULTS IN VARIOUS SALINITY AND MOLTING STAGES
A research on eco-physiological characteristics of fine shrimp (Metapenaeus elegans) with special emphasis on the osmotic responses and isosmotic medium requirement for adult spawners in various molting stages was conducted. Adult stocks of M. elegans origin from the Segara Anakan lagunas of the South West of Central Java region were collected and used as experimental shrimps. The shrimps were hold in three 500 l-acclimation tanks and treated according to Anggoro and Nakamura’s method. The seawater salinity level in the tank 1, 2, and 3 was 25, 28, and 22 ppt, respectively. Osmotic response of the shrimps was examined during 3 molting stages, i.e. pre-molt/ post-molt, molt, and inter-molt phases by using an automatic microosmometer Roebling. The results showed that osmotic responses were closely related to the salinity of water medium and molting stages. It was also found that the minimum osmotic works of fine shrimp occurred in isosmotic medium, i.e. 16 to 20 ppt for post-molt, 28 to 30 ppt for molt, and 22 to 25 ppt for inter-molt stages. It was concluded that the range of isosmotic media for the adult of fine shrimp was 22 to 28 ppt or equals to 642.06 to 817.31 mOsm/l H2O

Cryptophasa watungi Sutrisno & Suwito, 2015 sp. nov. (Figs. 1–4) Diagnosis. The adult of C. watungi sp. nov. can be easily distinguished from other species based on the wing maculation. The characteristics of male forewing are black fuscous along the entire costa, white fuscous with brown-tinged from the discal cell towards dorsum and two black spots on the discal cell. The hindwing is predominantly white fuscous tinged with brown from the cubito-anal (CuA 1 and CuA 2) area towards dorsum, with an orange-tinged basal line of terminal cilia which becomes paler towards tornus. In the male genitalia, the distinguishing character of this species is a strongly sclerotised apex of the finger-shaped uncus. In the female, the forewings are white-ochreous tinged with brown, more pronouncedly so toward the margins, with a black reniform spot at discal cell, indistinct black dots at margin and a yellow-orange basal line of terminal cilia. Description. Male (Fig 1) : Wing length 14 mm. Head grey. Labial palpus grey, slender, about 2 times vertical diameter of eye, pointed last segment directed slightly forward. Antenna fasciculate-ciliated, extended to about half of length of forewing, dorsal surface covered with longitudinal rows of black scales along entire length. Thorax white, tegula dark grey. Legs black, with hind tibia externally covered greyish-white scales. Forewing oblong, costa slightly arched at base, thence nearly straight, apex obtuse, hind margin slightly oblique, rounded, along entire costa black, discal cell with two dark spots, from discal cell towards dorsum white, terminal cilia black. Hindwing black fuscous, except at 2 / 3 basal costa white, from cubito-anal (CuA 1 and CuA 2) area towards dorsum white-fuscous with brown tinge, terminal cilia grey with orange-tinged basal line at termen, basal line paler towards tornus. Abdomen slender with first segment white, second segment toward seventh segment brown to dark brown gradually, distal segment black with white tinge. Female (Fig. 2) : Wing length 24 mm. Head white. Labial palpus grey, slender, directed upward. Antenna fasciculate-ciliated (cilia less dense than those of male), dorsal surface covered with longitudinal rows of black scales along entire length. Thorax entirely white. Legs black, with last tibia partly covered with grey scales. Forewing white ochreous tinged with brown, denser towards margin; discal cell with a black reniform spot; margin with indistinct black dots; terminal cilia grey with yellow-orange basal line. Hindwing fuscous; hind margin with indistinct black dots; cilia yellow orange. Abdomen dark fuscous, except for first segment greyish white. Male genitalia (Figs 3 a, 3 b) : Uncus divided dorsally into two lobes, divided into two apical processes, slightly bent downward, strongly sclerotised at finger-shaped apex. Gnathos laterally fused with two sclerotised arms to base of uncus. Tegumen broad, gently arched, margins slightly sclerotised; articulated with vinculum. Vinculum Ushaped, with weakly developed saccus. Juxta weakly sclerotised, bottle-shaped, elongate and extended from tegumen to saccus. Anellus tubular, weakly sclerotised, broad towards distal end; apex bifid. Valva tapered with scattered short setae. Costa of valva strongly arched inwardly; apex blunt. Lower margin of supravalva gently curved, slightly sinuate towards base. Basis of valva elongate-triangular. Sacculus elongate, rounded towards base, scattered setae; apex sharply pointed. Claspers joined to upper saccular margin, extended up to apex of sacculus. Aedeagus tapered with a narrowed part near anterior end. Female genitalia (Fig. 4) : Ovipositor lobes tubular with scattered setae, anterior apophyses long, posterior apophyses shorter, about half of length anterior aphophyses. Antrum with rather narrow patch of strong sclerotisation; ductus bursae rather long, about 1.5 length of posterior apophyses, slender, membranous. Corpus bursae ovate, membranous, without signa. Watung (junior author) who has collected extensively larvae in clove plantation in North Sulawesi and reared them during two and half months to get the adults. Distribution and biology. This species is distributed across North Sulawesi following the presence of clove trees in that area. The species is recorded in the following five districts: Minahassa, South Minahassa, North Minahassa, Bolaang Mongondow and South Bolaang Mongondow. The larvae of this species feed in the bark and bore the stem of clove tree (Syzygium aromaticum: Myrtaceae) forming a shallow tunnel (2-3 cm in deep) for burrowing and pupation. The active larvae always build a shelter from the frass or a mix of frass and leaves to protect the burrow from water and predators. Remarks. This species is sexually dimorphic, the male is about half the size of the female. As in other species of Cryptophasa, the male antennal ciliae are also longer than those in the female. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of financing risk on KSPPS BMT Amanah Ray Branch Sutrisno Medan. Medote that writer use in this research is quantitative descriptive method, that is by collecting and analyzing data related to problem faced. The author analyzed data in the form of financing data reports on KSPPS BMT Amanah Ray Branch Sutrisno from 2014 until 2016. The results showed based on the analysis that the Non Performing Loan (NPL) Financing in KSPPS BMT Amanah Ray Branch SutrisnoMedan from 2014 until 2016 fluctuate every year. Viewed from the average percentage of risk level KSPPS BMT Amanah Ray Branch Sutrisno set by Bank Indonesia (BI) is 5% below the percentage for low category loans with an average amount of 0,02%. This study aims to develop a management strategy for Ciujung River. Pollution index method is used to determined water quality status of Ciujung River, AHP method is used in determined priority of criteria and sub-criteria in management of Ciujung River. This study began with calculated pollution index in 2017-2019, next step is AHP hierarchy arrangement and the pairwise comparison matrix, then distributed questionnaires to 10 respondents and data was analised using Expert Choice 11 software. Results of analysis use AHP show that the most influential criteria in managing Ciujung River is goverment policy, the most influential management objective was to improve the quality of Ciujung River water, and the most influential goverment policy was law enforcement. Ciujung river strategy management that must be carried out by goverment is law enforcement to improve water quality

PROSES KREATIF ANTONIUS WAHYUDI SUTRISNO SEBAGAI KOMPOSER GAMELAN
The creativity of Antonius Wahyudi Sutrisno (Dedek) in creating the composition be an interesting thing for the author to be further investigated. This research was focused on the factors behind Dedek in finding creative ideas. Dedek works based on tradition reiterates that he uses the idiom of tradition in his works. The idioms used a series of structures, motifs or patterns, and techniques. From the idiom invention, the author observed the tradition one, of such pathet space, instruments (gamelan), and a model of the work, which all is associated with the science of Javanese gamelan. Through pathet space, the author assume that Dedek has a unique in terms of the selection range of tones, although, that is uncommonly performed in tradition karawitan. The exploration of the instruments and methods in use in Dedek works, gamelan instruments perceived authors have character and distinctive characteristics. While on the model of Dedek composition is not far from the tradition of serving space and schema structure that resembles a traditional convention. This research reviewed the more clearly about the characters of the existing tradition in Dedek works that came from the tradition idioms.

ANALYSIS OF WATER SALINITY LEVEL OF FREQUENCY MOLTING IN VANNAMEI SHRIMP (LITOPENAEUS VANNAMEI) ABLATED
Media salinity is a masking factor that plays an important role in controlling the process of shrimp molting and osmoregulation. Both of them are ecophysiological factors for shrimp life, so it is necessary to know the optimum level or range of media salinity for each phase of the molting phase changes in the stage and osmoregulation phase. This study was conducted to examine the molting frequency of adult L. vannamei which was ablated and cultivated at various levels of salinity. This research was carried out for 60 days. This study uses experimental laboratory methods with a systematic randomized design (RAS) with 4 treatments and 3 replications in each treatment. The treatments tested were salinity with S1 treatments (10 ppt, 289.20 mOsm / l postmolt H2O isosmotic), S2 (15 ppt, 432.80 mOsm / l H2O initial intermolt isosmotic), S3 (25 ± 1 ppt, 725, 15 mOsm / l H2O isosmotic final intermolt) and S4 (29 ± 1 ppt, 820.10 mOsm / l H2O isosmotic molt). Data were analyzed with ANOVA. Meanwhile, the difference in effect between treatments was obtained through Duncan's multiple area test. ANOVA results showed that various levels of isoosmotic media salinity at various molting phases had an influence (p <0.05) on molting frequency. The best value of molting frequency was in the S4 treatment (29 ± 1 ppt) (close to isoosmotic molt) 10 times. In the maintenance of L. vannamei which is affixed, it should pay attention to the needs of isoosmotic media, namely media with a salinity of 25 ± 1-29 ± 1 ppt (final intermolt isoosmotic range / premolt to molt). the difference in effect between treatments was obtained through Duncan's multiple region test. Ethnotaxonomical Study of Mole Crab (Crustacea:Hippoidea) on Coastal Community of Cilacap
Local wisdom is a cultural heritage that needs to be preserved. The Cilacap’s coastal communities have traditional taxonomy knowledge that hasn’t been informed, especially about mole crab. This study aimed to explore the ethnotaxonomy knowledge of sand crabs (Crustacea: Hippoidea) in Widarapayung coastal communities. The purposive snowball sampling was used for the method, followed by observation and semi-structured interviews with 30 respondents. Data were analyzed descriptively based on observations and interviews. The results showed that the coastal communities in Widarapayung tourist areas could be divided into five groups, namely catchers, collectors, processors, traders, and consumers. The catcher was able to recognize and describe three types of sand crabs based on the shape of the body and their catchment areas. Captured crabs had the local name of ‘yutuk jambe’ (Emerita emeritus Linnaeus 1767), the appellation was based on carapace shape that resembled the shape of areca fruit; ‘Yutuk bathok’ (Hippa adactyla Fabricius 1787), had the carapace shape resembling a coconut shell, and ‘yutuk Kethek’ (Albunea symmysta Linnaeus 1758), had ornaments on the carapace surface similar with a monkey face, there were dense setae on the edge of the carapace, spiny long antennas and aggressively pinch when captured. The knowledge and skills of sand crabs classification and local name entitlement acquired by the people were in accordance with the Berlin’s model.
