    Modern societies view women as equal to men, especially in government. conversely, societies with traditional stigmas view women as having power only in the domestic sphere. Historically, Javanese women, particularly in the ancient Javanese era, held a strategic position in shaping government policy. This is evident in the presence of Gayatri Rajapatni in the Majapahit Kingdom. Gayatri served as an advisor to the king and a policy maker, although she was not legally the queen. This study aims to determine the leadership strategy of Gayatri Rajapatni, a figure behind the success of Majapahit. This study used historical research methods and resulted in an analysis of Gayatri Rajapatni's leadership strategy in building the Majapahit Empire. The author concludes that Gayatri Rajapatni employed various leadership strategies to implement her vision for Majapahit's glory, namely by developing tactics and leadership patterns inherited from her father (Kertanegara)

Findings This paper provides autobiographical reflections by Spivak. Practical implications The paper provides a glimpse into Spivak’s reflections on her life and work and its impact on her practice.     Salah satu usaha untuk meningkatkan produktivitas sayuran adalah dengan adanya tindakan pengendalian hama dan pemberian pupuk. Adanya pemberian pupuk dan pestisida dalam sistem pertanian dapat menimbulkan berbagai dampak negatif bagi tanaman dan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pertumbuhan tanaman kubis pada tanah yang terakumulasi logam kadmium (Cd). Sampel tanaman kubis didapatkan dari lahan Pertanian Pangalengan Bandung. Parameter yang diamati adalah kadar klorofil, biomassa dan kadar logam Cd pada pupuk, pestisida, tanah dan tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan biomassa tanaman bertambah dari awal penanaman hingga masa panen seiring dengan adanya penambahan kadar klorofil pada tanaman. Hasil analisis logam Cd yang terdapat pada tanah (3.65 ppm) dan tanaman (0.217 ppm) menunjukkan hasil yang melebihi ambang batas. Hal tersebut menunjukkan akumulasi logam berat Cd pada tanaman tidak memberikan dampak pada pertumbuhan tanaman, tetapi akumulasi logam Cd pada tanaman melebihi ambang batas. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tanaman kubis dapat mengakumulasi logam. Kata kunci : Brassica oleracea, Logam Kadmium, Kadar Klorofil, Biomassa, Lingkungan One effort to increase the productivity of vegetables is the existence of pest control measures and the provision of fertilizer. The provision of fertilizers and pesticides in farming systems can cause a range of negative effects for plants and the environment. This research aims to analyze the growth of cabbage crops in soil accumulated metals cadmium (Cd). The cabbage plant samples obtained from agricultural land Pangalengan, Bandung. The parameters observed were the levels of chlorophyll, biomass and the levels of metals Cd in fertilizers, pesticides, soil and plants. The results showed increased plant biomass from planting until harvest time along with the addition of the levels of chlorophyll in plants. Results of the analysis of metal found in the ground Cd (3.65 ppm) and plants (0.217 ppm) indicates results that exceed the threshold. It shows heavy metal Cd accumulation in plants do not give an impact on plant growth, but the accumulation of metal Cd on plants above the threshold level prove that the cabbage plant can accumulate metal. Primakuin merupakan satu-satunya obat antimalaria yang mampu mengeliminasi stadium ini. Namun akibat sering timbulnya kegagalan dalam terapi malaria vivaks, mengakibatkan kekambuhan. Kegagalan ini dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, salah satunya adalah rendahnya aktivitas isoenzim sitokrom P450 yaitu CYP2D6

    Pandemi COVID-19 telah mengubah pola hidup masyarakat, termasuk pelayanan kesehatan. Hal ini menyebabkan peningkatan perilaku swamedikasi. Perilaku ini dapat dilakukan oleh orang tua kepada anak, khususnya pada gejala ringan. Namun, dibutuhkan pengetahuan yang baik untuk melakukan swamedikasi dengan tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antara pola swamedikasi demam anak dengan pengetahuan orang tua. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis cross-sectional secara deskriptif dan analitik. Populasinya merupakan orang tua dengan anak usia di bawah 17 tahun dalam satu sahun terakhir yang berdomisili di DKI Jakarta dan didapat 150 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner online dan analisis data menggunakan chi-square. Berdasarkan analisis, diperoleh hasil antara hubungan pengetahuan-ketepatan obat (p = 0,513), pengetahuan-ketepatan dosis (p = 0,363), dan pengetahuan-ketepatan lama penggunaan (p = 1,000). Faktor-faktor yang bermakna pada hubungan dengan variabel yang diteliti adalah pengalaman pribadi-pemilihan obat (p = 0,033) dan jenis kelamin-dosis (p = 0,012). Prevalensi swamedikasi gejala demam anak pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di wilayah DKI Jakarta sebesar 86,7%. Didapat kesimpulan bahwa tidak ada hubungan bermakna antara pengetahuan orang tua dengan pola swamedikasi. Sebagian besar orang tua di DKI Jakarta memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang baik dan pola swamedikasi dalam pemilihan obat dan lama penggunaan yang sudah tepat, namun kurang tepat pada pemilihan dosis.

    Calculation of collision probability for autonomous vehicles using trajectory prediction

    The aim of this thesis is to create a decision making algorithm. The goal would be to check the feasibility of the current maneuver by nding the probability of collision between the subject and target vehicles. These outputs can be used by other Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) features including path planner, lateral control, longitudinal control, etc. We make use of some sensors like camera/radar (simulated data) and fuse these together for better estimation of measurements. With earlier experience with cameras, they are really poor at giving longitudinal distances whereas radars give more accurate measurements longitudinally. Using these measurements about targets ahead in the environment, we predict the trajectories of the obstacles/targets as well as the subject vehicle (autonomous vehicle). The algorithm predicts if it is safe to continue with the current maneuver in the near future for several seconds ahead of time, and makes the decision if the maneuver is possible. The results are obtained using probabilistic approach whether the future trajectories are going to collide. The thesis primarily focuses on target tracking, e cient sensor data fusion and future collision estimation. With the lessons learnt using existing literature an e cient approach is employed. The simulation is performed in PreScan simulator and MATLAB. Enhancements in the sensor data fusion using standby measurements and quasi-decentralized approach to combine measurements to yield improved results and achieve better scalability are proposed and implemented.M.S.Includes bibliographical referencesby Gayatri Powa
