Pada era sekarang ini perkembangan teknologi sangatlah cepat. Teknologi telah mempengaruhi hampir semua aspek kehidupan pada era modern ini. Perkembangan ini dinilai cukup pesat dikarenakan kebutuhan manusia yang diharuskan untuk menggunakan layanan teknologi. Pada sector industry sudah pasti terkenas imbas dari perkembangan teknologi. PT. XYZ telah memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai salah satu alat dalam menunjang keberlangsungan kegiatan di dalam internal perusahaan. Namun, terdapat beberapa sector khususnya dalam hal perekaman aktifitas pegawai yang masih menggunakan pengolahan data maupun sistem yang masih manual dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi yang kurang maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang user experience yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan absensi, pengajuan cuti, dan pengajuan perizinan. Metode yang digunakan dalam melakukan perancangan adalah Human Centered Design (HCD). Hasil akhir dari rancangan sistem yang dibuat adalah berupa prototipe fidelitas tinggi, yang kemudian dievaluasi dengan teknik usability testing dengan mengukur tiga aspek yaitu efektivitas, efisiensi, dan kepuasan yang menggunakan kuesioner Computer System Usability Questionnaire (CSUQ). Hasil pengujian untuk nilai efektivitas mendapatkan hasil sebesar 98,3%, nilai TBE pada aplikasi pegawai sebesar 0,046 goals/sec, nilai TBE pada aplikasi pimpinan sebesar 0,042 goals/sec, dan nilai TBE pada aplikasi admin sebesar 0,167 goals/sec serta memperoleh nilai 5,45 pada tingkat kepuasan pengguna. Dan ditemukan 15 saran dari seluruh partisipan yang dapat dijadikan pedoman untuk penelitian selanjutnya.

In today's era, technology development is very fast. Technology has influenced almost all aspects of life in this modern era. This development is considered quite rapid due to the human needs that are required to use technology services. The industrial sector is definitely affected by technological developments. PT. XYZ has utilized technology as a tool to support the sustainability of internal activities within the company. However, there are several sectors, especially in terms of recording employee activities that still use data processing and systems that are still manual and the use of information technology is not optimal. The purpose of this study is to design a user experience that can be used to perform attendance, request leave, and apply for permits. The method used in doing the design is Human Centered Design (HCD). The final result of the system design made is a high fidelity prototype, which is then evaluated with usability testing techniques by measuring three aspects, namely effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction using the Computer System Usability Questionnaire (CSUQ) questionnaire. The test results for the effectiveness value get results of 98.3%, the TBE value in the employee application is 0.046 goals/sec, the TBE value in the leadership application is 0.042 goals/sec, and the TBE value in the admin application is 0.167 goals/sec and gets a score of 5 .45 on the level of user satisfaction. And found 15 suggestions from all participants that can be used as guidelines for further research.

LUTFİ PAŞA’NIN TUHFETÜ’T-TÂLİBÎN ADLI İLMİHÂL KİTABI VE SEBEB-İ TELİF BÖLÜMÜ
İnanç, ibadet, günlük yaşayış ve ahlâk gibi konulara dair dinî bilgilerin öğretiminde yaygın kullanım alanına sahip ilmihâller, Osmanlı Devleti’nin kuruluşuyla birlikte bu bilgilerin halka ulaşması adına sistemli olarak telif edilmeye başlanmıştır. Tanzimat’a kadar Arapça, Farsça ve nadiren Türkçe eserler verilerek temelde kapsamlı bir değişime uğramaksızın ilmihâl geleneği devam etmiştir. Osmanlı Devleti’nde ilmihâllerin sistemleşmeye geçiş dönemi aşamasında Kanuni Sultan Süleyman’a ithaf edilen ve veziriazamı İşkodralı Lutfi Paşa (ö. 971/1564) tarafından kaleme alınan Tuhfetü’t Tâlibîn dikkatleri çeker. Arnavut kökenli bir devşirme olan ve müellif olarak Âsafnâme ile Tevârîh-i Âl-i Osman eserleriyle tanınan Lutfi Paşa'nın Türkçe eserleri arasında Tuhfetü't-Tâlibîn’in önemli bir yeri vardır. Süleymaniye Kütüphanesi, Fatih Bölümü No. 1507’de kayıtlı olan bu eserini ve Türkçe yazmasını, sebeb i telif bölümünde iki kısımda izah etmiştir: İlk olarak, kendisine gelen taliplilerin fıkh ilmi üzerine bir Türkçe kitap yazılmasını kendisinden rica etmeleri üzerine; ikinci olarak ise Hz. Peygamber’in “İnsanlara anlayışlarına göre konuşun.” hadisini örnek göstererek eserini Türkçe yazdığını açıklamıştır. Yine sebeb i telif bölümünde “müftiler fetvalarını, müderrisler derslerini, vaizler vaazlarını Türkçe verdiğini; müfessirler tefsirlerini, muhaddisler hadisleri yine Türkçe ile ifade ettiklerini” yazmış; "Her memleket halkı kendi yerlerinin elbiseleriyle giyili olması uygun" olacağını belirtmiştir. Bu bilgilerin ışığında, çalışmamızda Lutfi Paşa’nın Tuhfetü’t-Tâlibîn’i Türkçe kaleme almasının sebepleri örneklerle incelenecektir.With the establishment of the Ottoman Empire, ilm-i hâl genre, which have a widespread use inobtaining religious information on subjects such as faith, worship, daily life and morality, weresystematically published in order to make this information reach to the public. Until the TanzimatPeriod, Arabic, Persian and sometimes Turkish works were written to continue the tradition of ilm-ihâls without any fundamental comprehensive change. While the transition period of the ilm-i hâlssystematization was ongoing in the Ottoman Empire, the ilm-i hâl called Tuhfetu't-Tâlibîn, dedicatedto Suleiman the Magnificent and written by his vizier Ishkodrali Lutfi Pasha, stands out from the rest.Tuhfetu’t-Tâlibîn has an importance among the Turkish works of Lutfi Pasha, who was a devshirme ofAlbanian origin and known as the author of Âsafnâme and Tevârih-i Âli Osman. The sebeb-i telif partof the work, which is registered in The Suleymaniye Library, Fatih Section No. 1507, explains thereason why he wrote it in Turkish in two parts: Firstly due to the suitors who came to him and askedhim to write a Turkish book on the knowledge of fiqh, and secondly, because of the Prophet's hadith,"Speak to people according to their understanding." Again in the sebeb-i telif part, he wrote “theMuftis gave their fatwas, the professors gave their lectures, preachers gave their sermons all inTurkish, and again the scholars expressed their Quranic commentary, the Hadith professors expressedtheir hadiths in Turkish'. The Long-Run Effects of a Colonial Institution on Development and Political Economic Preferences: Evidence from Indonesia
Taking advantage of a within-country variation that occurred in Indonesia during the country’s colonization by the Dutch, namely the development of a post road in Java in the early 19th century, this dissertation analyzes whether people who live nearer to the post road tend to have a higher level of economic development and stronger preferences for democracy and market economy compared to people who live in farther away areas. This dissertation finds that cities/regencies that are located closer to the post road tend to have higher development levels, but the people who live there do not show stronger preference for democracy although they do show a significantly stronger preference for market economy compared to people who live farther away from the road. The post road’s original purposes of improving Java’s transportation and communication networks for the Dutch military plausibly initiated the growths of trading and urbanization which eventually led to the increased welfare of societies near the road which then gradually spread into communities farther away. Having more opportunities of benefiting economically from the road may be the reason that people in areas nearer to the post road tend to show more acceptance toward market economy values. This dissertation also finds that regardless of their proximities to the road, democracy is highly preferred by majority of people across Java. However, further inspection shows that the people also generally have high preference for traditionalism values which are used as proxies for a feudalistic culture and generally are incompatible with democracy. This may be a reason to suspect that democracy in Indonesia is still vulnerable. This dissertation calls for more thorough investigations toward the role of enduring cultural traits and their effects on a society’s political economic preferences and suggests some follow-up research ideas building on its findings and elaborations

Tämän opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli osoittaa kääntäjän työ ja lastenkirjojen kääntämisprosessit. Tällä käännöksellä turkkilaiset lapset voivat tutustua hyvin tunnettuun suomalaiseen kirjailijaan omalla äidinkielellään.
Tämä opinnäytetyö sisältää myös seuraavat aiheet: On olemassa muutamia esimerkkejä, joissa kirjoittaja esittää käännösstrategioita ja käännösmenetelmiä. Käännös on esitelty sekä turkilaisille lapsille, jotka asuvat Suomessa, että Turkissa asuville lapsille. Tässä työssä selvitettiin, miksi Suomessa syntyneet ja täällä kasvaneet lapset eivät halunneet muuttaa hahmojen nimeä turkkilaisiin nimiin. Kuitenkin Turkissa asuvat lapset halusivat vaihtaa hahmojen nimeä.
Opinnäytetyö koostuu raportista, käännöstyöstä, ja haastatteluista kohderyhmien ja heidän opettajiensa kanssa. Tämän opinnäytetyön toiminnallista osaa sisältyi käännöksestä keskustelu lasten kanssa. Haastattelu järjestettiin syyskuussa 2017 turkin kielen oppitunneilla 1.‒4.-luokkalaisten oppilaiden kanssa Suomessa ja Turkissa. Turkissa asuvien lasten ja opettajan haastattelu toteutettiin Applen FaceTime-sovelluksen kautta. Oppilaiden opettajat antoivat rakentava palautetta.
Suomessa on rajoitettu määrä turkinkielisia lastenkirjoja. Tästä opinnäytetyöstä voi olla hyötyä turkkilaisille lapsille, jotka ovat syntyneet Suomessa ja joiden vanhemmat haluavat ylläpitää lasten äidinkieltä.ABSTRACT

The aim of this thesis was to show the work of translators and the translation processes of children’s books. With this translation, Turkish children can get acquainted with a very well-known Finnish author in their own mother tongue.
This thesis includes also theory of translation and it also discusses the importance of integration. There are a few examples where the author shows translation strategies and translation methods. The translation was presented both to Turkish-speaking children who live in Finland and children who live in Turkey. This thesis analyzes why children born and grown up in Finland did not like the change of the characters’ names into Turkish names. However, children who live in Turkey wanted to change the characters’ names.
The thesis consists of a report, translation work and interviews with the target children and the teachers. The functional section of this thesis contains discussions with children about the translation. One interview took place in September 2017 in the Turkish language lesson with first to fourth grade students. Another interview was implemented with iPhone programme Face Time with students who live in Turkey.
Finland has a limited amount of Turkish language books so this thesis benefits Turkish children who were born in Finland and the parents who want to maintain their children’s mother tongue. ÖZET

Bu tezin calışılmasının amacı, çevirmenlik çalışmalarını ve çocuk kitaplarının çeviri süreçleri hakkında bilgi sunmaktır. Bu çeviriyle, Türk çoçuklari Finlandiya’nın tanınmış yazarı Tove Jannson’un Muumi öyküsüyle anadilleriyle tanışmış olacaklardır.
Bu tezde, çevirinin ne anlama geldiği açıklanmış ve çeşitli çeviri teorilerini örnekler verilerek ele alınmıştır. Özellikle çevirinin entegrasyon süreci ve bunun önemi ele alınarak incelenmistir. Bu çeviri Finlandiya’da yaşayan türkçeyi konuşabilen ve Türkiye deki öğrencilere yönelik yapılmıştır. Finlandiya’da doğan ve eğitim gören Türk öğrencilerin neden öykünün kahramanlarının isimlerinin Türkçe'ye çevrilmesini istemediklerini ve bunun yanında Türkiye'deki öğrencilerin ise kahramanların isimlerinin yerine Türkçe karsılıklarını (eşdeğerlerini) neden istedikleri incelendi.
Tez bir rapor, bir çeviri çalısması, öğrenciler ve öğretmenleriyle yapılan mülakattan oluşmaktadır. Çalışmanın işlevsel kısmı öğrencilerle yapılan bir mülakatı içermektedir. Bu mülakat 2017 yılı eylül ayında, Türkçe ana dil dersleri alan 1-4 arasındaki sınıflardaki öğrenciler ile gerçekleştirilmistir. Türkiye deki öğrencilerle olan görüşmeler, Facetime iPhone uygulaması kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Öğrencilerin öğretmenleri de bu tez calışmasıyla ilgili yapıcı ve olumlu değerlendirmelerde bulunmuşlardır.
Finlandiya da cok az sayıda Türkçe basılmış çocuk kitabı bulunmaktadır. Bu Tez çalışmasının ürünü olan çeviri hem Finlandiya da doğan Türk çoçukları, hem de onların ebeveynleri için faydalı olacaktır
Q-ball Berotasi dalam Ruang-Waktu Berdimensi D=5
Salah satu objek dari solusi soliton non-topologi dalam teori medan adalah Q-ball dan telah dikaji hampir selama setengah abad dalam berbagai metode. Q-ball dapat dibangun dengan model simetri bola ataupun model simetri axial dan dengan berbagai ruang-waktu dan dimensi. Pada studi ini akan dimodelkan Q-ball berotasi dalam ruang-waktu Minkowski lima dimensi. Pemodelan ini dilakukan baik secara analitik maupun numerik. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pemodelan ini berupa persamaan medan, rapat energi, energi Q-ball, dan muatan Q-ball. Di sini juga akan dibahas tentang kestabilan Q-ball baik secara klasik ataupun secara kuantum.

One object that arises from non-topological soliton solutions in field theory is Q-ball. Q-balls have been studied in various method for almost a half century. Q-balls could be constructed by spherical symmetric model or axial symmetric model and also could be discussied in various spacetime background. In this work, rotating Q-ball is contructed in five dimensional Minkowski spacetime background. Both analitical and numerical methode was used in this work. The result of this approach is the field equation, energy density, energy of Q-ball, and charge of Q-ball. We also discuss about its stability

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh rasio-rasio keuangan terhadap
prediksi kebangkrutan Altman Z”-Score. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh
perusahaan sektor Transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2016-2019.
Metode pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode purposive
sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan, maka diperoleh sampel dalam penelitian
ini adalah 31 perusahaan dengan jumlah observasi sebanyak 75. Metode analisis yang
digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah
menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Metode penelitian menunjukan bahwa
variabel working capital to total asset berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap prediksi
kebangkrutan. Rasio Earned retainings to total asset berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap
terhadap prediksi kebangkrutan. Rasio Earning before interest and taxes to total asset
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prediksi kebangkrutan perusahaan. Rasio Book

PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN EDUGAME ADVENTURE BERBASIS RPG MAKER PADA MATA PELAJARAN PLC DI SMK NEGERI 1 DRIYOREJO
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa media pembelajaran Edugame Adventure berbasis RPG Maker pada mata pelajaran PLC layak untuk digunakan. Subyek uji coba penelitian ini yaitu kelas XII TEI di SMK Negeri 1 Driyorejo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan R&D (research and development) yang dibatasi menjadi tujuh tahap saja yakni (1) potensi dan masalah, (2) pengumpulan data, (3) desain produk, (4) validasi produk, (5) revisi produk, (6) uji coba produk, dan (7) analisis dan pelaporan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah media pembelajaran Edugame Adventure berbasis RPG Maker. Validasi media menujukan bahwa media pembelajaran valid dengan hasil rating sebesar 80,72%. Respon peserta didik terhadap media pembelajaran Edugame Adventure dikategorikan baik dengan hasil rating sebesar 81%. Sedangkan hasil belajar post-test peserta didik juga dikategorikan sangat baik dengan hasil rata-rata nilai post-test peserta didik sebesar 79,4%. This research aims to produce RPG Maker based Edugame Adventure learning media on PLC subject that suitable for use. The subjects of this study is class of XII TEI at SMK Negeri 1 Driyorejo. This research uses R&D (research and development) method which is limited to seven stages, namely (1) potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4) product validation, (5) product revision, (6) product testing, and (7) analysis and reporting. The research results is a RPG Maker based Edugame Adventure learning media. Media validation shows that learning media is valid with a rating of 80.72%. The response of students to Edugame Adventure learning media is categorized as good with a rating of 81%. While the post-test learning scores is also categorized very well with the average student’s post-test scores obtains 79.4%. A Novel OFDM Waveform with Enhanced Physical Layer Security
This letter proposes a secure orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) waveform based on two physical-layer secrecy enhancing methods. The first method is time-domain pre-coding that involves interleaving and scaling based on a key shared between two legitimate parties adopting the OFDM waveform. The second method is a random change of the cyclic prefix (CP) size resulting in the randomization of the OFDM symbol time. The CP size is also changed based on a key agreed upon between the legitimate parties. The proposed methods not only increase the detection complexity at the eavesdropping node, but also suppress any cyclic features that distinguish OFDM waveforms. The evaluation of the proposed methods is carried out by deriving a closed-form expression for the ergodic secrecy rate of the system. Then, the effect of pre-coding on the quality-of-service performance is analyzed. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Kabupaten Takalar. Tipe yang digunakan adalah studi kasus (case study). Sebagaimana prosedur perolehan data penelitian kualitatif, data studi kasus diperoleh dari wawancara, observasi, dan arsip. Hasil-hasil penelitian yang dianggap relevan dengan masalah yang diteliti dianalisis secara kualitatif melalui reduksi data yang sesuai dengan hal-hal pokok pada fokus penelitian dan mengkerucut pada permasalahan utama yang ingin dijawab pada penelitian ini.\ud

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada prinsipnya pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Inspektorat yang menjalankan tugasnya pada dinas Badan Kepegawaian Daerah kabupaten Takalar telah tepat sesuai dengan segala perosedur yang berlaku dan berpedoman pada undang-undang yang berlaku.
