The final report is titled Calculation of Break Even Point (BEP) on wood products at Business Carpentry RIAN which is located in Jalan Timor No. 40 Palembang. The purpose of this report is to know the cost classification in the production, the BEP in rupiah and the BEP in units for each product. The data were collected by means interviews, observation, and library research by using the theory of Herjanto (2007) for calculation of BEP multiproduct. The results showed that the total BEP(Rp) in 2011 was Rp 216.430.467 achieve 441 units the total BEP(Rp) in 2012 was Rp 215 997 352 achieve 466 units, and the total BEP(Rp) in 2013 was Rp 225.352.592 achieve 504 units. Based on the result, the author suggest Business Carpentry RIAN to doing classification fixed costs and variable costs for each production, and do the calculations break even point at the end of the year its production to know BEP in rupiah and BEP in units, so the Business Carpentry RIAN be able to know the income that will be received by the company every years.

PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE TALKING STICK TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA MATERI MENGENAL BANGUN DATAR PADA ANAK TUNAGRAHITA KELAS V DI SDLB NEGERI CANGAKAN KARANGANYAR
The aim of this research is to know the effect of using cooperative learning model
talking stick on mathematics learning result of to know the flat in student with mental
retardation in V graders at SDLB Negeri Cangakan Karanganyar in the academic year of
2013/2014.
This research use experimental method with one group pretest-posttest, where a
group of subject is given a treatment of cooperative learning model in certain time. The
effect of the tereatment is measured from difference between first measurement (pretest)
and last measurement (posttest). The population of this research is all the student of
SDLB Negeri Cangakan Karanganyar. The samples of this research were 7 student with
mental disorder. The subject were taken by purposive sampling taking of students of
SDLB Negeri Cangakan Karanganyar. Data were collected by test. This research used
non parametric statistical analysis Signed Rank Test Wilcoxon with SPSS 20 computer
program to analyze the data.
According to the result of analysis, it can be found that the probability of Z value
is -2,371 with Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) 0,018 at the 5% significance level (α). It can be
concluded that there is effect of using cooperative learning model on math learning plane
of student with mental disorder in V class of SDLB Negeri Cangakan Karanganyar.

PRC2 Is Required to Maintain Expression of the Maternal Gtl2-Rian-Mirg Locus by Preventing De Novo DNA Methylation in Mouse Embryonic Stem Cells
Polycomb Repressive Complex 2 (PRC2) function and DNA methylation (DNAme) are typically correlated with gene repression. Here, we show that PRC2 is required to maintain expression of maternal microRNAs (miRNAs) and long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) from the Gtl2-Rian-Mirg locus, which is essential for full pluripotency of iPSCs. In the absence of PRC2, the entire locus becomes transcriptionally repressed due to gain of DNAme at the intergenic differentially methylated regions (IG-DMRs). Furthermore, we demonstrate that the IG-DMR serves as an enhancer of the maternal Gtl2-Rian-Mirg locus. Further analysis reveals that PRC2 interacts physically with Dnmt3 methyltransferases and reduces recruitment to and subsequent DNAme at the IG-DMR, thereby allowing for proper expression of the maternal Gtl2-Rian-Mirg locus. Our observations are consistent with a mechanism through which PRC2 counteracts the action of Dnmt3 methyltransferases at an imprinted locus required for full pluripotency. This is the publisher’s final pdf.
