She analyzes four performances: Guilherme Bothelo's "Antes", Adi Weinberg's "Living/leaving", Constanza Macras' "Electrodomestis", and Arkadi Zaides' "Dorky Park and Archive". The description and interpretation of various scenes help the author juxtapose the themes the artists raise with the slogan of this year's edition of the festival: "In Conflict?". Bosak believes that curator Jadwiga Majewska's program let viewers explore the problems in societies threatened by political conflicts, such as those inhabited by the artists invited to Krakow

No full textAbstract Title:CLINTON VS TRUMP -An investigation of how the leadership of US presidential candidates is being designed discursively in Metro and Dagens Nyheter Author: Ewelina Bosak & Sandra Stefanovic In 2016 a man and a woman competed for the first time in history in becoming the President of the United States. In 2016 one could read about the American presidential election every day in any newspaper. With this in mind, we want to examine the leadership being applied to the candidates by the news sources Metro and Dagens Nyheter. As leadership traditionally is considered a masculine feature, we apply a gender perspective to this study. The questions we intend to answer: - What discourse is construed by Metro and Dagens Nyheter regarding the leadership of Clinton and Trump? - How are Clinton and Trump being portrayed from a gender perspective? We used the method of discourse analysis, as it advocates the principle of language being the primary tool in shaping our realities. The theoretical framework we use to interpret and explain our results is based on discourse theory as well as the social construction of age and gender. Our research shows that Trump is generally being portrayed in a way not considered to be "right" in accordance to the leadership- or age norm. The discourse of Trump presents him as an inexperienced, dishonest and attempted leader with an childish behaviour. Trump is also often described through typically considered feminine features. Clinton, being perceived as almost invisible and often depicted in comparison to Trump or other male leaders, is at the same time portrayed as a successful, experienced, driven and intelligent leader. However, we have discovered that in spite of Clinton’s described leadership features she is constantly also criticised for being cold and not evoking any feelings or engagement. Clinton is not only being questioned on the basis of the masculine leadership norms, but also on the lack characteristics in line with the feminine norm

Методи дослідження – теоретичне узагальнення, економіко-статистичний аналіз, групування та зведення. Результати дослідження: проаналізовано існуючі інструменти реалізації теорії Хекшера-Оліна в частині опису параметрів ринку факторів виробництва; перевірено дієвість положень теорії Хекшера-Оліна на статистичній базі України та її торгових партнерів у розрізі експортно-орієнтованих галузей; формалізовано умови застосування теорії Хекшера-Оліна у процесі повоєнного відновлення економіки України. Практична значущість дослідження полягає у формуванні рекомендацій щодо використання інструментів теорії Хекшера-Оліна для розвитку міжнародної економічної діяльності України
PROBLEMS OF INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL MANAGEMENT OF ENTERPRISES
No full textThe article highlights the key issues of intellectual capital management of enterprises. The existence of these problems has a systemic nature and their solution goes beyond the micro level of business. Intellectual capital, as an object of management, is not homogeneous. There are many related and adjacent concepts. The improvement of the terminology apparatus is based on the study of the essential characteristics of certain categories and the identification of the links between them. A separate problem is the structuring of intellectual capital. Within the three traditional constituents (human, organizational and consumer capital), the author presents his own specification of elements of intellectual capital. The problem of the economic evaluation of intellectual capital and its elements lies in the subjectivity of existing methods. Comparative analysis of evaluation methods, identifying their advantages and disadvantages for individual cases allows us to find the best way to evaluate. The author proposes solving the problem of methodology of intellectual capital management at the intersection of functional and process approaches to management. The obtained results have a theoretical character and are the basis for development of applied methods of management of intellectual capital of enterprises.The article highlights the key issues of intellectual capital management of enterprises. An Analysis of the Eucharistic Prayer G of the Church of England
No full textThe article is dedicated to the analysis of one of the contemporary eucharistic prayers of the Church of England. The author analyzes Eucharistic Prayer G, which is one of the main eucharistic prayers in the Church of England. Prayer G is included in the main volume of the liturgical series of Common Worship in Order One, which means that the Prayer is intended for widespread use in the liturgy of the Church of England. Prayer G apart from standard parts of every anaphora, such as the introductory dialogue or the institution narrative, contains also its own characteristics in its content. In the course of the analysis, the author points out specific features of the Prayer, which indicate uniqueness of Prayer G among other eucharistic prayers of the Church of England
