KataKunci:Patahan, Aluminium Silikon,Nanomaterial Alumina, UjiTarik Aluminium Silikon merupakan logam yang banyak digunakan dalam berbagai aplikasi mulai dari industri otomotif dan pesawat terbang. Aluminium Silikon dapat dibentuk dengan proses penuangan atau pencetakan. Dalam proses pengecoran aluminium silikon perlu ditambahkan bahanpenguat untuk meningkatkan sifat mekanisnya. Salah satu jenis bahan penguat yang bisa digunakan adalah Nanomaterial Alumina(Al2O3). Penelitianinibertujuanuntukmengetahuikekuatantarikpadapaduan aluminium silikon (Al-Si) dengan variasi penambahan bahan penguat Nanomaterial Alumina (Al2O3). Variasi penelitian tersebut dibagi menjadi 5 jenis dan di analisis dengan menggunakan metode Deskriptif dan juga One Way Anova.Metodepembuatan spesimen adalah stir casting dengan menggunakan cetakan permanen.Kekuatan materialpaduan Al-Si dapatdiketahuidenganujitarik.Metodepenelitianyang digunakanadalahDeskriptif dan One Way Anova yangdiolahdenganIBM SPSS Statistics 22. Dari hasil uji one way anova, menyatakan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan akibat penambahan Nanomaterial Alumina terhadap kekuatan tarik paduan Al-Si.Variasibahan penguatNanomaterial Alumina adalah 0%, 0,05%, 0,1%, 0,15%, dan 0,2%. Kekuatantariktertinggimencapai18,56 kgf/mm2dengan variasi bahan penguat Nanomaterial Alumina sebesar 0,15%. Bentuk patahan yang terjadi pada variasi 0,15% adalah patahan getas. Struktur mikro yang ada pada variasi 0,15% terdiri dari dendrit, aluminium, dan silikon primer, dimana bentuk struktur butir yang terbentuk tidak beraturan dan rapat

(study case on the death of David Hartanto Widjaja) is Singapore obliged to State
Responsibility for the case of David Hartanto in the territory of Singapore during
the Denial of Justice? The Type of this research is the normative legal research to
track the secondary file consisting of primary, secondary and tertiary legal
materials. Search file sources were conducted in the framework of the literature
study and interviews with a variety of sources that would have relevance to the
main question of this legal writing. The author also conducted case studies to
reinforce important points and details of the case. And the method used is the
method of deductive reasoning. The conclusion of this thesis is the Singapore
should make satisfaction as a form of state responsibility for the death of David
Hartanto cases when there is the denial of justice. But with the national interest
factors that cause demand from Singapore's State Responsibility can not be
carried out in absolute. Suggestions of this thesis are first, that the Indonesian
government would take over the case to be matters of state, because if not all
family legal efforts will be vain. second, there is need for a bilateral agreement
with Singapore on the legal protection of citizens of two countries to ensure legal
certainty, justice, and also good relations between the two countries
