Kelima tantangan tersebut dapat dimini-malisasi melalui aktualisasi nilai-nilai Aswaja berupa tawassuth (moderat), tawazun (seimbang), i’tidal (tegak lurus, keadilan), dan tasamuh (toleran). Upaya aktualisasi tersebut tentu harus ditopang dengan spirit utama dalam dakwah Islam, yaitu menyemai perda-maian dan penegakan akhlak yang mulia. يعتمد معنى العمل الأدبي على استخدام أسلوب اللغة. يهدف استخدام أساليب متنوعة من قبل المؤلف إلى تحقيق تأثير معين على القارئ، وخاصة فيما يتعلق بالجوانب الجمالية للعمل الأدبي. الشعر بعنوان الشوق إلى الشيخ أحمد نووي عبد الجليل سيداقري يعتبر واحد من الأشعار الممتعة للدراسة في البحث الأدبي. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى: (1) الكشف عن أسلوب اللغة في شعر الشوق إلى الشيخ أحمد نووي عبد الجليل سيداقري. (2) الكشف عن وظيفة أسلوب اللغة في شعر الشوق إلى الشيخ أحمد نووي عبد الجليل سيداقري. نوع البحث المستخدم هو الوصفي النوعي. مصدر البيانات الرئيسية هو شعر الشوق إلى الشيخ أحمد نووي عبد الجليل سيداقري، مصدر البيانات الثانوية هو أسلوب القرآن لأحمد مزكي، وأسلوبية العربية للزبير، ومقالات ومجالات عن الأسلوبية. استخدم الباحث لجمع المصدرين منهج التوثيق والتأويل، الذي تم تحليله وتصنيفه بناءً على نظرية الأسلوبية لشهاب الدين قليوبي. نتائج هذا البحث أن أسلوب اللغة في المستوى الصوتي يتضمن على أربع أساليب مع التفصيل: أسلوب اللغة القافية والبيت المتوازي والتكرار لجعل الشعر أجمل سماعاً، والصوت الحزين لجلب المستمع إلى الحزن. وفي المستوى الصرفي يتضمن على أسلوبين مع التفصيل: (1) استخدام ضمير المتكلم مع الغير لإظهار الاحترام (2) الغموض لتوفير فضول أعمق حول الأفكار في الشعر للقارئ. وفي المستوى النحوي يتضمن على أسلوبين مع التفصيل: (1) التركيب الربطي لتأكيد على ال
أفكار التي ينقلها الشاعر (2) التقديم والتأخير لتأكيد على الكلمة التي تأتي أولا. وفي المستوى الدلالي يتضمن على ثلاثة أساليب مع التفصيل: (1) التضاد لزيادة اهتمام القارئ (2) الترادف لجعل الشعر ليس مملة وممتعة للقارئ (3) المشترك اللفظي لتوفير الراحة للقارئ. وفي المستوى التصويري يتضمن على ثلاثة أساليب مع التفصيل: (1) التشبيه لإقناع القارئ بالشيخ أحمد نووي (2) التجسيد لخلق جو حزين (3) اللقب لتأثير في النفس القارئ بالشيخ أحمد النووي.
ABSTRACT
The meaning of a literary work depends on the use of language style. The use of various language styles by the author is intended to have a certain effect on the readers, especially on the aesthetic aspects of a literary work. The poem entitled longing for kh. A Nawawi Abdul Jalil Sidogiri is one of the interesting poems to study in literary research. This study aims to: (1) Reveal how the style of language in the longing for kh. A Nawawi Abdul Jalil Sidogiri; (2) Reveal how the function of figurative language in the poem longing for kh. A Nawawi Abdul Jalil Sidogiri. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The primary data source is a poem of longing for kh. A nawawi Abdul Jalil Sidogiri, secondary data sources in the form of Stylistics of the Koran by Ahmad Muzakki, Arabic Stylistic by Zubair, and journal articles on stylistics. To collect two sources of data, researchers used documentation and hermeneutic methods, which were then analyzed and classified based on Sihabuddin Qalyubi's stylistic theory. The result of this research is the language style in the poem of longing for KH. Ahmad Nawawi Abdul Jalil by Abdul Hamim in the realm of phonology includes 4 language styles with details: qofiah language style, parallel couplets and tikrar to make the poem more pleasant to hear and sad intonation to bring listeners into sadness. The morphological domain includes 2 language styles with details: (1) Abiguity to give the reader a deeper curiosity about the ideas in the poem. (2) The use of dhamir mutakallim ma`al ghair to show respect. The syntactic domain includes 2 language styles with details: (1) Polysyndeton to reinforce the ideas conveyed by the poet (2) Anostrophes to emphasize the word that comes first. In the semantic domain, there are 3 language styles with details: (1) Antonyms to increase the reader's interest so that the reader does not feel bored (2) Synonyms to make the poem not boring and pleasant to read (3) Homonyms to provide comfort to the reader. In the realm of imagery, 3 language styles were found with details: (1) Simile to convince readers about KH. Ahmad Nawawi (2) Personification to create a sad atmosphere (3) Eponym to impress readers.
ABSTRAK
Makna dari sebuah karya sastra bergantung pada penggunaan gaya bahasa. Penggunaan gaya bahasa yang beragam oleh pengarang dimaksudkan untuk menimbulkan efek tertentu bagi para Pembaca, terutama pada aspek estetika dalam sebuah karya sastra. Syair yang berjudul kerinduan kepada Kh. A Nawawi Abdul Jalil Sidogiri merupakan salah satu syair yang menarik untuk dikaji dalam penelitian sastra. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengungkap bagaimana gaya bahasa pada syair kerinduan kepada Kh. A Nawawi Abdul Jalil Sidogiri; (2) Mengungkap bagaimana fungsi gaya bahasa pada syair kerinduan kepada Kh. A Nawawi Abdul Jalil Sidogiri. Jenis penilitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data primer berupa syair kerinduan kepada Kh. A Nawawi Abdul Jalil Sidogiri, sumber data skunder berupa Stilistika al-Quran karya Ahmad Muzakki, Stilistika arab karya Zubair, dan artikel jurnal tentang stilistika. Untuk mengumpulkan dua sumber data peneliti menggunakan metode dokumentasi dan hermeneutik, yang kemudian dianalisis dan diklasifikasi berdasarkan teori stilistika Sihabuddin Qalyubi. Hasil penilitian ini gaya bahasa pada ranah fonologi mencakup 4 gaya bahasa dengan rincian: gaya bahasa qofiah, bait sejajar dan tikrar untuk membuat syair lebih enak untuk didengar dan intonasi sedih untuk membawa pendengar hanyut dalam kesedihan. Pada ranah morfologi mencakup 2 gaya bahasa dengan rincian: (1) Abiguitas untuk memberikan rasa ingin tahu lebih dalam tentang gagasan pada syair bagi pembaca. (2) Penggunaan dhamir mutakallim ma`al ghair untuk menunjukkan rasa hormat. Pada ranah sintaksis mencakup 2 gaya bahasa dengan rincian: (1) Polisindeton untuk untuk merpekuat gagasan yang disampaikan oleh penyair (2) Anostrof untuk memberikan penekanan terhadap kata yang didahulukan. Pada ranah semantik ditemukan 3 gaya bahasa dengan rincian: (1) Antonim untuk meningkatkan minat pembaca shingga pembaca tidak merasakan bosan (2) Sinonim untuk menjadikan syair tidak membosankan dan enak untuk di baca (3) Homonim untuk memberikan kenyaman terhadap pembaca. Pada ranah imagery ditemukan 3 gaya bahasa dengan rincian: (1) Simile untuk meyakinkan pembaca tentang KH. Ahmad Nawawi (2) Personifikasi untuk mencipatakan suasana sedih (3) Eponim untuk membuat pembaca terkesan

After conducting a literature review and preparing hypotheses, data was collected through a questionnaire method then it was distributed to 100 JCC (jogja course center) customers. The results show the multiple linear regression equation was LP=bKMN+bKP+b3KSI+e. Which means as simultaneously commitment (KMN), trustworthiness (KP), and communication (KSI) make a major contribution to the customers loyalty. Partially, the variables of trust and communication have a significant effect on JCC (jogja course center) customers loyalty. While to the commitment has no significant effect on JCC (jogja course center) customers loyalty. No full textThe Influence of Profit Sharing and Interest Rates of Bank Indonesia on The Growth of Mudharabah Deposits; This study aimed to examine the effect of profit sharing and interest rates of Bank Indonesia on the growth of mudharabah deposits at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. The method used in this study was the quantitative research in methods of data collection techniques of documentation. Sample consists of 35 sample from the quarterly report of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk from January 2005 to September 2013. The method used is the multiple linear regression method. Based on this analysis of the obtained research results showed that profit sharing and interest rates of Bank Indonesia simultaneously influence significantly to growth of mudharabah deposits in Bank Muamalat Indonesia. This shows that information about profit sharing and interest rates of Bank Indonesia can be used to predict the growth of mudharabah deposits in Bank Muamalat Indonesia and collectively can make policy in investment decision making. And other results obtained that profit sharing and interest rates of Bank Indonesia partially positive and significant effect on the growth of deposits mudharabah in Bank Muamalat Indonesia. Results of this study are consistent with previous research indicated by Sutiani (2012) that profit sharing the positive effect of the nominal amount of the savings account holders in the Islamic bank. Because its customers are only willing to keep their funds in the bank that is willing and able to pay back these funds when billed. This proves that the majority of Indonesia's muslim community is still affected by the return will be accepted. The implications of this study are expected in management can improve the performance and management can work together with the Indonesian Ulema council to provide wider dissemination of the prohibition of bank interest is expected to enhance the bank's syariah

Full text linkPelayanan keperawatan di departemen gawat darurat merupakan suatu bentuk pelayanan yang berorientasi kepada pasien dan keluarga dimana perawat memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam tercapainya kesempurnaan pelayanan kesehatan yang secara keseluruhan akan memberikan kesan kepuasan terhadap pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pelayanan keperawatan dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien di instalasi gawat darurat (IGD) RS dr.Soepraoen Malang. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif korelatif dengan pendekatan studi cross-sectional. Pemilihan sampel dengan pendekatan purposive sampling, sebanyak 57 orang. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik pearson product moment. Hasil uji didapatkan bahwa p-value 0,000<0,05 dan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,902. Nilai korelasi ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara pelayanan keperawatan dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien termasuk dalam kategori sangat kuat. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin baik pelayanan yang diberikan oleh perawat maka pasien akan merasa sangat puas dengan pelayanan yang diterima. Oleh karena itu, disarankan kepada rumah sakit khususnya di instalasi gawat darurat (IGD) untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan keperawatannya, sehingga kepuasan pasien tetap terjaga dengan baik dan menambah jumlah tenaga perawat agar pelayanan keperawatan lebih maksimal
Determinants of earnings quality: An empirical study in Indonesia
Full text linkThis study aims to investigate the factors that influence the quality of earnings. In this study, there are three independent variables: capital structure, investment opportunity set, and information asymmetries on earnings quality. Indicators of earnings quality are discretionary accruals. The capital structure will be expressed as a ratio of debt to equity. Comparing the investment opportunity set's market value to its book value allows for its evaluation. Information asymmetries are quantified using the bid-ask spread. The population studied utilizes the manufacturing sector. The method of determining a sample using the technique of purposive sampling. As many as 160 firm years were used to collect research samples that met the criteria. The analysis instrument employs multiple linear regression analysis techniques. According to the findings of the study, capital structure and asymmetric information have a positive impact on earnings quality. Moreover, the investment opportunity set has no effect on the quality of earnings
