PERANCANGAN PROTOTYPE SISTEM INFORMASI PENDATAAN ASPIRASI MASYARAKAT MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN DESIGN THINKING (STUDI KASUS: BAPPEDA KOTA MALANG)
No full textBadan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (Bappeda) of Malang City is one of the government institutions that handles the aspirations of the community in the field of development. In its implementation, Bappeda Malang City faces challenges when dealing with community aspirations, such as collection, data recording, and categorization. Therefore, the author has designed a prototype of a community aspiration information system to address the issues faced by Bappeda Malang City. In their research, the author used a design thinking approach to tackle user issues and also using usability testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS) method for testing involving five respondents. Based on the user interviews, it was evident that Bappeda Malang City still using conventional methods in handling community aspirations, which consumes a significant amount of time. As a result of these findings, the author recommends a prototype solution with a final usability testing score is 97 with predicate high and an SUS score of 83, falling within the “acceptable” acceptability range. Furthermore, the prototype receives a grade ‘B’ on the grade scale and is rated as “excellent” in adjective ratings
How the Company That Develops Innovation and Digital Technology Encourages the Gender Equality in Indonesia: Shopeefood as a Case Study
Get PDFThe massive of technology use has increased the number of online motorcycle taxi service industries. However, that issue has created a gender inequality problem, and that is sexual abuse risk at work, especially among female workers. But, the company, named Shopeefood made a different system in developing online service industries, by only providing food-delivery online service. This research used a qualitative method using feminism as a concept. The data used in this article are primary and secondary data. The primary data contains official and ministerial data of the Republic of Indonesia. And the secondary data contains scientific articles, news, books, and other library data. The author aims to analyze how the company that developed the new way of online transportation service could promote gender equality among workers. The author found that Shopeefood which has developed a new way of online transportation service (only providing food-delivery service) can promote effectively gender equality by reducing the risks of sexual abuse

Get PDFKatarak merupakan salah satu penyakit mata yang paling serius yang dapat menyebabkan kebutaan. Deteksi dan pengobatan dini dapat mengurangi kebutaan pada pasien katarak. Seiring berkembangnya teknologi pelayanan kesehatan saat ini mengintegrasikan alat kesehatan dan teknologi informasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan produktivitas dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Hasil gambar funduskopi atau gambar bagian belakang dan dalam mata (fundus) dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi katarak. Dalam Penelitian ini diimplementasikan Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) dengan arsitektur Inception-V3 dalam deteksi katarak berdasarkan gambar digital funduskopi. Terdapat 3 jenis citra fundus yang digunakan yaitu citra fundus normal, citra fundus katarak, dan citra fundus degenerasi makula. Data gambar fundus dipraproses menggunakan histogram equalization dan Contrast Limited Adaptive Histogram Equalization (CLAHE) terhadap channel hijau. Hasil terbaik pada Penelitian ini adalah model dengan praproses CLAHE dengan Fine Tuning yang memiliki akurasi sebesar 98,33%

Get PDFAbstrak: Pengembangan kepariwisataan berbasis teknologi digital sangat penting untuk mendukung potensi ekonomi dan pelestarian budaya di Kecamatan Kemiling, Bandarlampung. Oleh karena itu, Program Penguatan Kompetensi Organisasi Kemahasiswaan (PPK Ormawa) IIB Darmajaya bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan Digital (hardskill) dan Tata Kelola Manajemen (softskill) mitra, yaitu komunitas lokal yang terdiri dari 32 peserta Pelaku Pariwisata, UMKM, dan Pelestari Budaya. Metode yang digunakan meliputi Focus Group Discussion (FGD), pelatihan Literasi Digital dan Keamanan Siber, dan Pelatihan Tata Kelola Manajemen. Dalam mengevaluasi kegiatan ini, PPK Ormawa IIB Darmajaya menggunakan angket pre-test dan post-test, menunjukkan peningkatan skor pelatihan literasi digital dari 8.8 ke 8.9 dan pelatihan Tata Kelola Manajemen dari 8.62 ke 8.87. Program ini juga menghasilkan sistem informasi berupa website dan aplikasi mobile untuk mempromosikan potensi lokal, diharapkan dapat memperkuat ekonomi lokal serta mendukung pelestarian budaya.Abstract: The development of digital technology-based tourism is very important to support economic potential and cultural preservation in Kemiling District, Bandarlampung. Therefore, The Organizational Strengthening Program for Student Organizations (Bahasa: Program Penguatan Kompetensi Organisasi Kemahasiswaan or PPK Ormawa) IIB Darmajaya is to improve the Digital Literation skills (hard skills) and Management Governance (soft skills). This activity is local communities consisting of 32 participants (Tourism Enthusiasms, MSMEs, and Culture Enthusiasms). The methods of this activity are Focus Group Discussions (FGD), Digital Literacy and Cybersecurity training, and Management Governance Training. In evaluating this activity, PPK Ormawa IIB Darmajaya uses pre-test and post-test questionnaires. It shows an increase in digital literacy and cybersecurity training scores from 8.8 to 8.9 and Management Governance training from 8.62 to 8.87. This program also produces an information system on website and mobile application to promote local potential to strengthen the local economy and support cultural preservation
