Sewa menyewa secara jelas merupakan perbuatan hukum yang diatur di dalam bidang Hukum Perdata karena sewa menyewa mengatur kepentingan para pihak yang melakukan sewa menyewa. Irawan Kantjana merupakan ahli waris dari pihak penyewa tanah dari Alm. Haryanto Tanu selaku pihak yang menyewakan tanah/pemilik tanah yang kemudian oleh Alm. Haryanto Tanu tanah tersebut di jual kepada Saudara Hakim, dan Saudara Hakim melaporkan Irawan Kantjana ke Polisi dengan dasar Pasal 167 ayat (1) KUHP tentang memasuki pekarangan orang lain tanpa ijin dan diajukan Jaksa ke pengadilan yang selanjutnya dijatuhi vonis bersalah oleh Hakim PN Tangerang. Pasal 167 ayat (1) KUHP ini menurut Penulis sebenarnya tidak dapat dikenakan terhadap seorang ahli waris penyewa tanah sehingga Penulis tertarik untuk mengangkat permasalahan mengenai sanksi Pasal 167 ayat (1) KUHP yang dikenakan terhadap seorang ahli waris penyewa tanah. Penulis meneliti masalah tersebut dengan menggunakan metode penelitian normatif. Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Tangerang No. 1121/Pid/B/2010/PN.TNG berdasarkan hasil analisa pengenaan pasal 167 ayat (1) KUHP tersebut oleh Hakim terhadap Terdakwa tidaklah tepat karena unsur-unsur dari pasal tersebut tidak terpenuhi serta Majelis Hakim seharusnya memberikan vonis putusan lepas dari segala tuntutan hukum bagi Irawan Kantjana. Para aparat penegak hukum seharusnya bisa memahami hukum dengan baik sehingga tidak terjadi salah penafsiran atas suatu kasus hukum yang terjadi. The reproduction number is formed using The Next Generation Matrix. Subsequently, numerical simulation conducted by substituting parameter values in model and one of them is psychological therapy parameters, resulting in a R0<1 indicating no spread of smoking behavior and it found that the role of physichological therapy was quite significant. No full textDesa cangkuang merupakan sebuah desa yang terletak di wilayah Kecamatan Rancaekek Kabupaten bandung. Dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan yang ada diwilayah Desa Cangkuang belum sepenuhnya maksimal dilihat dari pembangunan infrastruktur jalan yang tidak merata dan masih banyak jalan yang rusak dan harus dikelola oleh pemerintah desa cangkuang seperti infrastruktur jalan didaerah deglasari, kp. Bojong koneng, kp. Bbk. Jeungjing, kp. Bojong menje, gang-gang yang ada didaerah cangkuang bojong hareueus dan masih banyak daerah yang sering terkena banjir yang menyebabkan masyarakat cangkuang sulit untuk beraktivitas. Padahal infrastruktur jalan merupakan sarana transportasi yang penting untuk melakukan aktivitas masyarakat desa. Ini berpengaruh pada efektivitas pencapaian target tahunan dalam Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Desa (APBDes) Dalam Pembangunan Di Desa Cangkuang.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Desa (APBDes) Dalam Pembangunan serta kendala dalam pengelolaan anggaran pendapatan dan belanja desa dalam penyelenggaraan pembangunan di Desa Cangkuang Kecamatan Rancaekek Kabupaten Bandung.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan deskriptif. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penulis memilih menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, karena dalam penelitian ini penulis lebih menekankan pada penyelidikan untuk memahami masalah sosial. Menurut Sahya Anggara (2015: 28) Metode penelitian kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui nilai variabel mandiri, baik satu variabel maupun lebih (independen) tanpa membuat perbandingan atau menghubungkan antara variabel satu dengan variabel yang lain.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh penulis bahwa anggaran pendapatan dan belanja desa itu belum efektif dalam pelaksanaannya, karena menyebabkan realisasi belanja desa dalam program pembangunan tidak mencapai target yang telah ditentukan sehingga dampak yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat dalam pembangunan dilapangan dirasakan belum efektif. Kendala dalam pengelolaan anggaran pendapatan dan belanja desa dalam pembangunan dari segi perencanaannya, kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam menghadiri musyawarah tingkat desa, tidak adanya sosialisasi secara langsung kepada masyarakat dengan tidak adanya baligo, dan tidak adanya pelatihan khusus untuk aparatur desa cangkuang dalam mengelola Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Desa (APBDes).

Seni Wulan Octaviani: “The Effectiveness of Budget Revenue and Village Expenditure Budget (APBDes) in The Development of Cangkuang Village Rancaekek Subdistrict Bandung District.”.
Cangkuang village is a village located in the District of Rancaekek Bandung regency. In the implementation of existing development in the area of cangkuang village has not been fully seen from the uneven road infrastructure development and there are still many damaged roads and must be managed by the cangkuang village government such as road infrastructure in the region of deglasari, Bojong koneng, Babakan Jeungjing, Bojong menje village, the alleys in the area of bojong hareueus booth and many areas that are often affected by floods that caused the community of cangkuang difficult to move. Whereas the road infrastructure is an important means of transportation to conduct the activities of village communities. It influence affects the effectiveness of the annual achieving target in the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes) Under the Development in Cangkuang Village.
The purpose of this study is to determine the Effectiveness of Revenue and Expenditure Budget Village (APBDes) In Developing and obstacles in the management of revenue and expenditure village budget in the implementation of development in the Village District of Cangkuang Rancaekek Bandung.
The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. In this study, the author used a qualitative approach. The author chooses to use a qualitative approach, because in this study, the author put more emphasis on the investigation in understanding social problems. According to Sahya Anggara (2015: 28) Qualitative research method is research conducted to determine the value of independent variables, either one variable or more (independent) without making a comparison or connection between one variable to another with another with another variable.
Based on the results of the research obtained by the author that the revenue and expenditure budget of the village has not yet effective in its implementation, because it causes the realization of village in the development program does not reach the target that has been determined so that the impact by the community in the field of development was not effective. The constraints in the management of revenue and expenditure of village budgets development in terms of planning, lack of community participation village attendance meetings level, lack of direct socialization to the community in the absence of baligo, and the absence of special training for cangkuang village officials in managing the Revenue and Expenditure Budget Village (APBDes)

As long as the author carries out the Field Work Practice (PKL) the author sees that the layout of the office in the Administration section has a table arrangement of employees facing each other so that it is very possible for employees to often tell each other unimportant stories and not guarantee employee personal and work secrets. Efficacy of Corticosteroid Versus Rituximab For Pemphigus Vulgaris: A Literature Review
No full text<p><strong>Abstract:</strong> Pemphigus Vulgaris (PV) is a mucocutaneous blistering disorder characterized by pathogenic autoantibodies against desmogleins 1 and 3. The etiology of pemphigus vulgaris is unknown, but patients are at risk that has a genetic predisposition. Several studies have linked PV with human leukocyte antigen (HLA). In addition to diet, stress, viral infections, medications, radiation therapy, and allergens, environmental factors may induce immune dysregulation, leading to a flare of PV. Systemic corticosteroids have significantly impacted the treatment of pemphigus vulgaris and remain the backbone in the management of PV. Anti-CD20 monoclonal antibodies, such as rituximab and ofatumumab, have also been used with corticosteroids for first-line treatment in moderate-to-severe pemphigus. Netnografi Pesan Moral Dalam Vlog Atap Negeri Fiersa Besari
No full textThe rapid development of information technology has encouraged the presence of social media which has influenced changes in people's lifestyles and communication patterns. One product of this technological development is YouTube. This research aims to find out the moral message in the Atap Negeri vlog on Fiersa Besari's Youtube in the video entitled "Gunung Patah-Bengkulu". This research is qualitative research using netnography methods. In this research, the author chose the 30 comments most frequently mentioned by netizens on comments pages. Then create coding which then produces 30 (thirty) abstractions which are then formed into 3 (three) categories by the author according to experts. The theory used in this research is computer mediated communication (CMC). The results of the research show that after watching this vlog video, many netizens' perspectives are directed in a positive direction because there are many moral messages that can be taken away which are expressed again by them through the comments page. There are several categories in this research, namely the category of human relationships with nature, the category of human relationships with themselves and the category of human relationships with other humans in the social environment. Netizens' comments in this category can be used as material to raise the enthusiasm of the national roofing team, especially for Fiersa Besari, so that they can create more quality climbing content and also serve as evaluation material for the local government to prevent poaching of protected animals and illegal cutting of trees
The Effect of Guided Inquiry Learning Model on Student’s Scientific Communication Skills in SMPN 1 Gempol: Pengaruh Model Inkuiri Terbimbing Terhadap Keterampilan Komunikasi Ilmiah Siswa di SMPN 1 Gempol
No full textOne of the important skills to develop is scientific communication skills, communication is very important in everyday life. This research aims to determine the effect of the guided inquiry learning model on the scientific communication skills of class VII students at SMPN 1 Gempol, Pasuruan Regency. This research is a quasi-experiment conducted with a posttest-only design. The research sample was class VII D students as the experimental class and class VII C students as the control class with each class having 32 students. In this study, environmental pollution material was used in the experimental class, which was treated using the guided inquiry learning model, while the control class used the learning model commonly used by teachers at the school. The results of the research show that there are significant differences in value and influence in the guided inquiry learning model on written and oral scientific communication skills.

No full textBackground: Post partum is the period from after the placenta is born until the return of
the reproductive organs to normal conditions or before pregnancy. The puerperium
period is also considered a critical period for both mothers and babies because at that
time mothers can experience stress affecting the sustainability of breastfeeding. In
breastfeeding, there are several obstacles or obstacles, including breast milk is not
smooth. One of the non-smooth breastfeeding is swollen breasts. The occurrence of
swelling in the breast, milk will collect in the lactoferous duct area. To overcome the
smoothness of milk production and swollen breasts can be overcome with warm
compresses. Warm compresses on the breast is one of the non-pharmacological methods
that is considered very effective in reducing pain and muscle spasm and can improve
blood circulation to an area. Research Objective: this was done to understand and apply
warm breast compresses to facilitate breast milk in postpartum mothers. Data collection
method: the method of preparing this Scientific Paper by conducting direct observation
and interviews. A preliminary study conducted by researchers in the Surade Health
Center working area obtained data on 12 postpartum mothers experiencing ineffective
breastfeeding problems. Application results: the author applied a warm breast compress
once a meeting for three consecutive days, this application was done so that breast milk
became smooth and swelling in the breast decreased. Conclusion: that there is a
significant effect of applying warm breast compresses to breastfeeding is not effective.
Warm compresses on swollen breasts are highly recommended to be routinely done,
especially in postpartum mothers who experience ineffective breastfeeding and swollen
breast
