A TANÁRI KOMPETENCIÁK NÉHÁNY KÉRDÉSE IMRE SÁNDOR PEDAGÓGIAI RENDSZERÉBEN : „A TANÍTÓNAK NEM PARANCSOLNI KELL TUDNIA, HANEM ÉSZREVÉTLENÜL KORMÁNYOZNIA” (IMRE, 1928, 196.) ‒ IMRE SÁNDOR AKTUALITÁSA
In this paper, referring back to the Hungarian didactic traditions, the author is examining the pedagogical thoughts of a 20th-century Hungarian educator, Sándor Imre. The main statement of this paper is that his educational work has an impact on today’s modern education.Írásunkban visszanyúlva a magyar didaktikai hagyományokhoz, egy nem elhanyagolható neveléstörténeti jelentőséggel bíró, 20. századi magyar pedagógus a nevelésről, a tanári pályáról vallott gondolatait elemezzük, hiszen véleményünk szerint Imre Sándor neveléstudományi munkássága a mai korszerű oktatásra is hatással van

A szellemtörténet Debrecenben : ifjabb Révész Imre
The first section of this study summarizes the relationship between Imre Révész Jr. and intellectual history. Then it examines Revész’s major works related to intellectual history, especially his summaries of Protestant church history, and among others his ambitious study titled The Spiritual Crisis of Debrecen, which he wrote after becoming a corresponding member of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. After that, the author discusses the titular topic focusing on three central issues, utilizing a large, so far unpublished collection of archival sources. One of these is the correspondence between Gyula Szekfű and Imre Révész Jr., made especially relevant by the fact that Szekfű and intellectual history had been under heavy criticism in Debrecen in the late 1920s and early 1930s. The second issue is the relationship between Elemér Mályusz and Imre Révész Jr., whose conflict reached its climax with the aforementioned presentation at the Academy of Sciences. The third correspondence analized in the study had been between Révész and Jenő Zoványi from the 1910s until the 1950s. While it is not evident in their correspondence, they had heated arguments about certain issues concerning the history of the Reformed Church. In the conclusion the author states that he considers Imre Révész Jr. a church historian of European significance, whose modernity was given by his intellectual historian viewpoint (which he champions in Debrecen, where its opponents had been in the majority)
A tanári kompetenciák néhány kérdése Imre Sándor pedagógiai rendszerében : „A tanítónak nem parancsolni kell tudni, hanem észrevétlenül kormányoznia” (Imre, 1928, 196.) ‒ Imre Sándor aktualitása = A Teacher Should Not Command Rather Steer Unnoticed (Imre, 1928, 196.) Teacher Competences In Sándor Imre's Pedagogical System

Az orvosi hivatásról – Magyar Imre belgyógyászprofesszor emlékére = Medical profession – in memory of the legendary professor of internal medicine, Magyar Imre
| The author recalls the memory of the legendary professor of the 20th century, Magyar Imre, on the 40th anniversary
of the professor’s death. He presents the characteristics of his teacher’s school of internal medicine, the features that
have determined the behavior of internists for decades. The author also describes the expectations that made his
medical profession and thinking credible and ethical, and which are sorely lacking in medical behavior nowadays
Nobel in Literature 2002 Imre Kertész\u27s Aesthetics of the Holocaust
In her paper, Nobel in Literature 2002 Imre Kertész\u27s Aesthetics of the Holocaust, Sára Molnár discusses aspects of Nobel Laureate Imre Kertész\u27s reception in Hungary. In her analysis, Molnár discusses aesthetic features of the author\u27s use of language. Molnár\u27s study illuminates the problem of authorship and questions relating to intersections of fiction and autobiography in Kertész\u27s oeuvre. Molnár\u27s argument is that although the author\u27s personal history is indeed important in his texts, this author should not be identified with Kertész himself and that although Kertész\u27s themes and subjects appear to be autobiographical, not even his diaries should or can be interpreted as autobiographical documents. As it appears in discussions about Kertész\u27s texts in Hungarian media and scholarship -- the latter very limited to date -- an autobiographical interpretation represents a simplification and neglect of the fictional characters called into life in the author\u27s narratives. Further, Molnár suggests that Kertész, influenced by other texts in holocaust literature such as texts by Tadeusz Borowski, Primo Levi, Jean Améry, or Paul Celan, has found a language and an aesthetic to present holocaust literature authentically where his writing is also relevant to issues and problems of our time
The Transformation of Views and Political Activities of Imre Nagy in the 1950s
The article examines the evolution of Imre Nagy’s views during his first
term as Prime minister of Hungary (1953–1955) and during the 1956 uprising.
The emphasis is on his vision of the need for reforming and democratizing the
socialist system, as well as practical political activity at the head of the
popular uprising. The author notes that Imre Nagy was opposed to forced
collectivization, accelerated industrialization, which undermined the national
economy, destroyed the market system, violated the economic and political ties
between urban and rural areas

Eye movements while cycling in GTA V
A common limitation in human factors research is that vehicle simulators often lack perceptual fidelity. Video games, on the other hand, are becoming increasingly realistic and may be a promising tool for simulator-based human factors research. In this work, we explored whether an off-the-shelf video game is suitable for research purposes. We used Grand Theft Auto (GTA) V combined with a Smart Eye DR120 eye tracker to measure eye movements of participants cycling in hazardous traffic situations. Twenty-seven participants encountered various situations representative of urban cycling, such as intersection crossings, a car leaving a parking spot in front of the cyclist, and the opening of a car door in front of the cyclist. Data of participants’ gaze on the computer monitor as recorded by the eye tracker were translated into 3D coordinates in the virtual world, as well as into semantic information regarding the object where the participant was focusing on. We conclude that GTA V allows for the collection of useful data for human factors research.Green Open Access added to TU Delft Institutional Repository ‘You share, we take care!’ – Taverne project https://www.openaccess.nl/en/you-share-we-take-care Otherwise as indicated in the copyright section: the publisher is the copyright holder of this work and the author uses the Dutch legislation to make this work public.Intelligent VehiclesBiomechatronics & Human-Machine ControlMedical Instruments & Bio-Inspired Technolog
